Administrative privileges problem while installing an app

Hi,
I'm using late 2012 iMac with OS X Mavericks. (Upgrade from all beta versions of Mavericks)
Sometimes (not allways) administrator privileges window not pops-up when installing an app. When I click install button, nothing happend.
After logoff or restart computer and then retry to installation, administrator privileges window pops-up and installation starts after writing user password.
verify and repair disk permission doesn't help.
Any advice?

I haven't come across such an issue before but I would like to help. This could be probably because, the downloaded file may be corrupted due to come reasons. I would recomend you to give a try after downloading it once again. Please let me know your thoughts on the same.

Problem in installing any app

Why I'm always having a problem in installing any app? They keep telling me retry on all apps while installing ...

1. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
2. Make sure Time Zone is correct
3. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo

Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11) Installed on your computer
iTunes free download from www.itunes.com/download
1) Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore

2) If necessary Place the Device into Recovery mode...

You may need to try this More than Once...
Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
Once you have Recovered your Device...

Also consider Deleting any Apps you have Purchased / Downloaded but you now never use..

Database 11gR2 could be used for Installing Application Server 10.1.3.x but with some limitation.
So please review the note:-887365.1 Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2) Certification for Oracle Application Server 10g (10.1.2, 10.1.3, 10.1.4)

Problem while installing solaris 10 on HP proliant DL 380 G5.

facing problem while installing solaris 10 05/09 on HP proliant DL 380G5. The array controller is E200.
i have installed the raid controller driver CPQary3-2.1.0-solaris10-i386, it is going ahead but not detecting the whole hard disk space. My hard disk space is SAS 146GB. There are two 146GB hard disk present. It is showing only 978 MB & only one hard disk. So please help me out. my mail ID is [email protected]

I have a similar issue trying to load Solaris 10u4 on an IBM x236.
I had to put in a recognized SCSI card, attach an external array to the card, and install Solaris 10u4 on the array. Then I had to install the correct driver from OpenSolaris (an Adaptec one for IBM ServeRAID), and do a live upgrade onto the now-visible internal disks. Then I removed the array and cleaned up the traces from the live upgrade.
You may have to do something similar.
And last month the boot drive got corrupted when power was interrupted. "Oops. Wrong plugs..." This time the external array will stay connected.

Did you copy the http structure from '$FORTE_ROOT/appdist/webenv' to
'$FORTE_ROOT/appdist/WhateverYourEnvironment' ?

but while installing following got error

I think you just need below rpms to configure asmlib:
