Adobe 11.0.03 opens, refuses to interact and then closes immediately

My Adobe reader 11.0.3 is opening, will not allow me to click anything and just makes the warning sounds when clicked and then shuts down on its own... think it could be F secure that has blocked it...
I have reinstalled and deleted and repaired... I have also disabled F secure to see if that makes a difference, but alas does not.

Three things to try...
Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, then double-click on Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].

When I try to open Adobe Reader, it just opens a gray page and then closes by itself. This also applies to any pdf files I try to access; they'd all follow the same pattern: Gray page-->automatically closes after 2 to 3 seconds time. I have tried accessing the Eula.exe via C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, however, the only available button for me to click is the "Decline" button and not the "Accept" license agreement. IPad 2 with iOS 6 spontaneously closes apps in the middle of using them. Some wont even open they start working and then close immediately. How can I fix this?

After uploading new iOS 6 my iPad 2 randomly quits apps in the middle of using them and sometimes won't even open apps. What can I do to fix this?

1. Double-click the Home button to close all Inactive Apps in Task Bar
2. Hold the Apps in Task Bar down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close Apps
4. Tap center of screen to return to Home Screen
5. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.

I've tried my best to troubleshoot. . . opening in safe mode nothing seems to work.

First try to reset your device by holding the home and power button for about 30 seconds until you see a silver apple, after that let go of the buttons and let your device start up normally. This will not remove any settings or information from your device.

The downloaded apps, not the apps that came with the phone, close immediately after i open them. i have reseted it multiple times and it doesnt work. HELP!!

I too have just experienced this, I suspect because I hooked my iphone up to a friends laptop when visiting on holiday (in Canada) and thought that rather than opening a new topic, I'd add on the end of this one...
I have tried all suggestions found on Google (a restore, de-authorising my laptop and re-authorising with the itunes store, not syncing apps, downloading a new app (on the iphone and on my laptop) and then re-syncing and none of this has worked.
Interestingly, if I download a brand new app via my laptop and sync it to my iphone, it works but all of my old apps restored from the backup open and then close within 2 seconds.

Facebook app begins to open up and then close immediately

When I am opening up the Facebook application on my iPhone, it just opens the screen and then closes right away.
Does anybody know why? I've powered down and back up, but it still does the same. My phone is just a couple of days old, but I've done the software updates.

I starting having this problem yesterday, for the second time in two weeks (I got my iPhone on the 26th of July). I did a complete restore last night. i got all of my data re-entered into each program. then, i switched my language to Japanese, and all apps started crashing again. I tried un-syncing a bunch of them, re-synching, then synching only part of the 80+ apps I have (okay, I know I'm an app junkie). Hard re-setting didn't work. Nothing did.
I was actually thinking of taking it back and reactivating my old phone.
Then I tried something simple. I re-downloaded a free app (Hangman) directly to my iPhone via the apple store. BAM! Hangman worked, and so did everything else.
The cause of my problem may not have been the same as everyone else's, but here is what I think worked.
1) In OS X on a mac, if something goes awry with a program, you usually can fix it by deleting a plist file.
2) Since you cannot do that on your iPhone, a corrupted plist file somewhere in the iPhone was refreshed/fixed by re-downloading the software directly to the phone.
I know that elsewhere, on Maccast specifically, I heard that it is best to never download programs directly to your phone (it is always better to sync them through iTunes), but this has me thinking otherwise. Once I get iPhone working again, I may try to never again connect the iPhone to iTunes again. I guess this means listening to podcasts ONLY on my other (STABLE, NON-CRASHING) iPod, the classic... so even though I bought the iPhone in part so that I dont have to take a PHONE and a MUSIC PLAYER when I leave the house, then I will have to take two devices anyway...

Software update and now Safari and Mail open and then close immediately

We installed the latest 8-1 software updates on our G4 and Cube.
Now Safari and Mail open and then immediately quit on the Cube - but no peroblems are experienced on the G4.
Do I need to reinstall Tiger and start over?

A couple of things to try before taking those drastic measures.
1. Repair permissions, restart.
2. Boot with the install disk, launch Disk Utility, and verify/repair the disk.
3. Boot into safe mode and see if it works there.
4. Reinstall the 10.4.7 COMBO update, restart, repair permissions, and restart.
If those don't work, consider Archive & Install rather than an Erase & Install. See http://www.apple.com/support/tiger/install/ for details.

Photoshop CC opens and then closes immediately. What gives?

I have signed up for the Photoshop CC and Lightroom package. Lightroom is running fine (Lightroom 5.2, 64-bit, Windows 7).
However, although Photoshop seemed to install OK, when I open it, it immediately shuts down.
When I look in Creative Cloud manager, it says Photoshop CC is "up to date".
Uninstalled Photoshop CC, logged out of Creative Cloud, logged back in again, and re-installed Photoshop CC.
Installation appeared to go OK. I started PS, window opened, and immediately closed. Was asked to complete registration by logging with my Adobe ID. I did (had done so previously but went rhough it again) but PS still crashes.
Signed out of Creative Cloud; signed back in again; PS still crashes, but a pop-up appeared stating that I should complete my registration by signing in with my Adobe ID. Did so, again.
Rebooted. Still no success.

There's a fix!
Un-install Photoshop CC.
Un-install Adobe CC.
Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and find SLCache and delete it.
Go to: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and find SLStore and delete it.
Restart.
Install Adobe CC.
Install Photoshop.
Restart.

I just installed PSE12 and it opens for 1 second and then closes. Is there a fix?

I run Windows 7 64 bit. I have tried some of the solutions on the forum but nothing works including running as administrator.

It's me again. The problem seems to be mainly with the Microsoft Web App that I use to access my office email through Safari. (Although it seems many programs now run slower with Yosemite.) Safari is the only browser I use--would IE or Firefox be more stable? If I can't solve this problem, can I un-install Yosemite? None of the new features are of any use to me, and this persistent problem is really annoying.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
