Adobe 11.0.6 Crash

Question

We have a PDF form that was developed in Adobe Live Cycle Designer ES3 v 10.0.2.20120224.1.869952 that calls a Web Service to retrieve data.  This form works in Adobe Reader 10 and earlier but in Adobe Reader 11 we receive the following crash.  We are on Adobe Reader 11.0.6.  We have researched similar crashes reported and followed the recommendations such as running the Adobe cleaner tool to remove the Adobe products and reinstalling Adobe 11.  We have had no success.  We are using Window 7 and IE 10
Has anyone received this type of crash on the 11.0.6 version of Adobe Reader 11?
