Reset your phone by holding down the home button with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go. Try it again.

When is apple going to fix the problem of not been able to add and merge call. This seems to be a major software glitch that requires serious attention.
Who is your carrier? That feature is completely carrier dependent.

I HAVE A LOGIC PRO 9 WITH VERSION 9.1.1 AND AFTER I INSTALLED I CANNOT OPEN IT BECAUSE I HAVE MAC OS X. I DOWN LOADED THE 9.1.1 UPDATES STILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. WHAT CAN I DO NEXT.
First: turn off caps lock.
Second: use Software Update and update to 9.1.7 -

As for everyone else external hard drive does not work with Lion.
When will Apple fix this problem. Do they just ignore the customer : (Copy off all your data off the NTFS formatted drive to another drive
Open Disk Utility in the Applications>Utilities folder
Select your external NTFS drive on the far left, should have the drive makers name, a ID perhaps plus the word "media"
Click the Partition Tab, click the big box and click 1 Partition
If you want a Mac only drive > Option: GUID >format OS X Extended (Journaled)
If you want a Mac/PC drive (for over 4GB sized files) > Option: MBR > format exFAT
If you want a Mac/PC drive (for the most compatibility with other devices, Win XP, but only under 4GB sized files) > Option: MBR > format MSDOS (FAT or FAT32)
Give it a name and click Apply.
You can also search Microsoft for a free exFAT download if you have Win XP.

When is Adobe going to fix the problem of updating Creative Cloud
Since September last year, updating Creative Cloud has been a problem.
Every time I try to update I receive a failure message. The "temporary" solution last September was to rename the Creative Cloud folder and try again.
This problem still exists, and requires a permanent fix.

First they wanted me to reformat all my files from .mts to .mpg thru format factory, but that is to much time wasted and lose of quality! Then they directed me to a patch by Sony, but that didn't work either. They need to fix this!

i had a very high expectations on mac but i think it is same as any other latop now... it dosent detect card when connected...
Did you launch Disk Utility and see if it shows up there? Do you have a camera that takes SD cards? if so insert it and format the card. Then try in the Mac. You know it could just be the card and not your Mac. Keep your expectations high.

Imported iTunes will not let me play or authorize my purchased music!
Hi,
I upgraded the hard drive in my trusty MacBook Pro, and then put my old HD in a usb enclosure and used Migration Assistant to transfer over my old stuff. The music I had from my CDs transferred over without issue.
The problem is, the music I had purchased from the iTunes store. When I go to play these songs, I get the authorization window with the option to enter my Apple ID to authorize this computer. Well, I had already authorized this computer right after I transferred these songs to it.
I originally had used my old AOL account for purchases etc. I tried that username and password. No luck, it tells me I have to update my account. (I have, before I had swapped my hard drive, updated my account when I bought an iPhone 4 and MobilMe, but we will get to that in a minute).
So, I clicked 'update,' figuring I will simply enter my new information and this will all be over with, but no! I get a screen that says "Your Request Cannot be Completed. Make sure your computer's date is set correctly and that it accepts cookies from the iTunes Music Store. For detailed solutions to resolve this issue, click More Info."
I clicked 'More Info,' which is of no help, as it takes me to a iTunes for Windows XP Windows 2000 support page with no solution that works. I set my Safari preferences to accept all cookies (something I don't want long term, but figured would do for this and then switch once I got MY music back.) Also, my date and time are set correctly. I scoured the help for a solution, but cannot find one.
So, I repeated this process, clicked on a purchased song, and tried entering my updated ID and PW. I get a message window saying "This Computer is Already Authorized. Including this one, you have authorized 3 computers out of your available 5." And, the purchased music still will not play!
So, I next de-authorized my computer and reauthorized it again. Which had no effect, as what I described above still occurs the same way and I cannot play some of my favorite songs which I did the right thing and paid for and now can only look at their titles wistfully.
So, I am hoping there is someone out there who can help me get my groove back with a solution to this problem. Help please!

I had the exact same problem, interesting, sometimes when you completely re-load the device, it wouold work for a couple of days, and then not play purchased songs.
Go to an apple store and let them know about this, it is their problem to fix.
I would guess, if you connected a nano, this would not happen -
I have had iTunes on my computer, which is not an apple poducts for about 6 or 7yrs now, just recently it will not let me play the music I have downloaded. I get a error message stating this computer is not registered. So I put in the information to register it, and it tells me that this computer is already registered. But I still can't play my music, the error message just keeps popping up. Can anyone help me?
Check the information on the song, Right-Click -> Get Info.
In the fist pane, (Summary), you will see the AppleId (Account Name) that was used to buy the song.
Be sure to login to use this account to register this computer to play the song
What I often see, Is that people have many different AppleID, sometime not even knowing it, which is a big problem. -
DVD and CD sharing will not let you play or share DVD movies and audio CD's. Does any one know of a way to get music from a CD on a MacBook Pro wirelessly to an iMac?
I cannot find the eMac install disk, and I haven't been able to get it to start up from my 10.3 CDRm (holding down option or c), though I read something somewhere about these not being able to start up from system folders earlier than those they shipped with. I've dealt with this sort of thing several times before, and it always seemed to work to simply use target disk mode.
It definitely won't start up fromt the 10.5 DVD-R, and I'm pretty sure I tried putting the MBP into TM to use its optical drive as well, but it didn't work. But it's worth trying again, and I appreciate your input greatly. -
My airplay popped out of no where , and it's not letting me play any music or watch any videos.
Also, when I get a text message or when someone calls me my phone just vibrates no sound or anything at all.Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

I bought several down loads of music and one will not let me play it
I have paid and downloaded music from ITunes many times, but I run into a problem. One song that I purchased and it shows it has been downloaded will not let me play it. It keeps wanting me to verify my computer and I do and then it still won't let me play it.

It may be a corrupt / damaged download.
If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music...
Delete the Song(s) and re-download...

Why is the music on my iPod randomly not letting me play? all my good ones are the ones I purchased won't play, my storage is fine. I tap on the song but it skips to a completly different song on iPod but not laptop. Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings

Is there an ! to the left of the media? If so, this means iTunes is unable to locate the media file.
