Well Played Adobe, Thanks For Making me Starve for Seven Months

I can't say I didn't expect something sneaky in Adobe's subscription plan. When I originally signed up for Creative Cloud, I knew that there was a year long commitment, much like a phone. However, what I didn't know is they RENEW their 'annual commitment'. That's incredibly low, Adobe. It's not fair, and it's greedy. Sadly, I can't afford the cancellation fee, because I'm in university, already having to send all of my earnings from work to rent, and food, leaving me with about forty five dollars a week. So, it's either I starve for a week, or, I quit university. That or I continue with a subscription for things I don't even need. Let me put this in perspective for you, let's say if you had a plan for your phone, and it's been passed the two year contract, and you decide to get out of it. However, you realize that you can't because they've locked you in it for another year without even notifying you. And no, I didn't get ANY notification in my e-mail, in fact, I haven't been getting e-mails from adobe, period. I realized this when I tried to get a transcript e-mailed to me with my conversation about canceling my subscription. I was planning to only cancel for half a year, but I'm afraid that when I do cancel in 2016, I will not be coming back until this problem is solved. I don't know if the email issue is with Outlook or not, but, it just costed me a lot of money.
Anyone who's having financial issues, I suggest you don't invest into a subscription. Welp, once again, thanks Adobe.

Please note the note mentioned by you - 805577 is to highlight you that the relevent T-Code which you are using is Obsolete or not required further.
This kind of circumstance will arise when there is any change in the Country Specific requirement.
Hope there is a change in the Country specific may be due to Legislation change or the change in the Tax procedure.
Kindly update the same to the user so that they may also aware the change.

Best Adobe product for me?
Afternoon, I am a graphic novel writer & comic designer.
I have been told that many of Adobe's products can be used
to create drafts for comic book pages. But some people tell me
Illustrator is the best, others say In Design is the way to go and
I have even heard Photoshop works as well. I guess I am just
look for some advice from a Adobe expert. What Adobe product would you recommend to use for making comic book pages?

Well, definitely not Acrobat (this is the Acrobat forum).
Pros don't use one program, and a huge beginner mistake is to try and find that one program that pros use and then try to do everything in it. All three of the products you mention are used:
Photoshop - raster drawing; dealing with scans; preparing web graphics
Illustrator - vector drawing and decorative text
InDesign - not an artists tool, used to assemble content make in Photoshop and Illustrator, and create bodies of text.
Some artists design on the computer (which is every bit as artistic, but a different skill than working on paper)
Some artists design on paper and just scan
Some mix, e.g. outline on paper, colour and letter on screen.
I recommend an introductory hands-on course where you get to see the basics of all three.

Can FI-CAx be used for making outgoing payments to business partners

Hi All,
Can we use the installment plan in FI-CA for the outgoing payments to business partners. Our company has lot of lease contracts and these contracts have payments due to be paid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. All these lease contracts are managed in SAP Real estate Flexible objects. We want to use FI-CAx for making payments to these contracts and hence we are looking for integration between FI-CA and RE-flexible objects.
From what I heard FI-CA is a receivables module and is not best suited for payables, so please let me know if we can use the outgoing payment plan and installment plan in FI-CA for making payments to business partners.
This is a bottleneck in our implementation. So please help me asap.

u2022I would say Yeah. ofcourse there is a way to do it provided you have created existing OI in Real estate in FI-CAX. This is because, weu2019d Refund money to the customer. In the same token I do not see any problem in paying monies to them!!!!
u2022You need to create your RE-FX contracts unto FICA as Contract Accounts <1:1 ratio>.

u2022Assuming that you have your RE-Fx data unto FICA, next step is to configure Instalment plans < monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual >.
u2022Next you create Instalment plans for the contract accounts <FICA> as required.
u2022Now, if you want to pay the amount, you need to attach outgoing payment method in Contract Account, Configure your Payment program.
u2022Now run your Payment Run <FPY1 =4.72; FPYS = ECC>.
u2022All the OI would be cleared. If you want to send the file to the bank, you can do so or you can also issue cheques.

Other points you need to consider:
1. Are the amounts in RE-FX consistent <equal through out the installment plans>?
2. Do you want to create separate Installment plans in FICA?
3. If yes, above should be helpful.
4. If not, identify an Interface between RE-FX and FICA.
5. What are your plans to close the Contracts in RE-FX once all the Installment plans are being paid in FICA?
6. Do you want to establish an Interface between RE-FX and FICA so that data would be transferred bt them automatically?
7.Is point no 6 one way or 2 ways <i.e RE-FX to FICA and vice versa>
8. What is the volume and frequency?
9.Other points if any

While executing TPS report hrgpbs_tps, we are getting a GREEN error
The personnel numnber xxxx will be excluded from TPS Annual return
as it is not recordable under TP regulations at any time during the

When I hit the Buy Now button I am put in a field to buy Photoshop Elements 13, with no way to change to Elements 10. I do not want to go through the hassle of reinstalling etc. In fairness, it's been over a month since making the decision to buy. Still, I consider this a nightmare. Any ideas on how to buy the app I've got withou having to purchase a whole new one? Thanks.

Adobe does not sell older versions of their software. If you wish to purchase an older version you will have to find and take your chances with a third party vendor.

Is there any way to down-grade to the previous v10.0.2?
I know it had some problems,
but having Reflow is worth the occasional crash.
Please consider offering the old version unless there is a v10.2.0
with Reflow real soon now.

SEMI-SOLVED:
I went to http://get.adobe.com/es/reader/otherversions/ ,
downloaded "Reader X (10.0.2) for Android 2.1"
to my Samsung GT-I550 running Android 2.2,
and then installed it with EasyInstaller from the Market.
Now I have Reflow again.
No more upgrade until Reflow is back again.

Drop down fields on Adobe reader for iPad

Hello,
Regarding using an order form in adobe reader for iPad, I am able to check boxes, free form text, etc. but drop down fields are not retaining selection. I will click drop down, make selection, and field is still blank. If I select the same drop down my choice is checked. When I email form the field remains blank.

Thank you for the response. I am currently using Adobe 11.01. I believe I have found the problem. Our company utilizes an app names "Showpad" for our sales teams. Within Showpad you can open PDF's, however any interactive functionality is not available. To solve for this, you can open a PDF within Showpad and then "open with" a different app. In this case, I opened with Adobe Reader. It looks like all the functionality returns to the document minus that drop down issue I am experiencing.
I tried to open the same order form from my email using Adobe Reader and all functionality is available (including drop down).
It looks as though something is getting lost between the Showpad app and Adobe Reader app.

Before trying to answer your question, a bit of advise: don't post your email address in a public forum such as this, as you did in the message above. I am answering to the one before that, so that you may remove your address from your last message.
As to your question, the short and frank answer is "I don't know". The long answer is that I still don't see where the free Reader comes in your making some money. For backing up files, one does not need the program used to create or open them; one can just copy and paste them, without even opening them. And while one does need Reader or Acrobat to open the PDF files and then print them, in the eyes of this complete ignorant of the pertinent laws even in my own country, you would be fully justified if you charged for your time and for the use of your computer and your printer. As I understand things, many print shops (those using presses, not printers) print from PDF files provided by their clients without even needing to ask Adobe for permission to do so.
Let's hope that someone with a better knowledge of the legal aspects of this matter reads your question.
