Adobe 8.1 object disapear

Question

I create some tool witch creates PDF doc. Ok.
1. The message flashes up (very briefly) that the document is being
repaired. This usually means the xref table is wrongly made.
2. No info dictionary; strongly recommended to include the creating
software so problems can be tracked down.
3. Your patterns are all empty, but I assume you know that.
4. Different versions of Acrobat and Reader differ in what they do.
Some say the document is faulty (but none say why). Some display more
or less of the page (some show the image and text, some show only the
oval).
I recommend fixing the xref and then trying with each in turn of the
different Contents streams to narrow down the problem.
