Must have been a font or something causing the problems, as opening in safe mode allowed the software to install correctly.

    Hi,
This issue may be caused by corrupted files or application conflicts. I recommend you to run "sfc /scannow" at the command prompt to check the system files. In addition, you can perform a clean boot to see if any service is causing the issue.
If the above cannot solve it, maybe you can find if there is any hotfix for the application or uninstall the application.
    Best regards,
    Susie

  • Application error event id 1000

Hello I have a problem with application error. Since Im new here, I cannot post any links, so I can only describe it as best as I can. The error happens few minutes after I start my computer. It shows as mncjywbe.exe stopped working. When I look at event
log, I cant read anything from there. I searched forums, I searched it on google, nothing. I will provide more information later when they will allow me to post images and links I guess. It started happening afterwards I bought a new graphic card and installed
some utilities with it (nvidia experience, live update, msi afterburner).
    Thanks for reading

    Hi,
Please post in the following link to verify your account.
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/5a35b6c8-7a1a-4dc9-9b28-be69c55afb96/verify-your-account-13?forum=reportabug
I searched and failed to find a exe called mncjywbe.exe, maybe I need more research but please make sure to type it correctly.
Since this issue occurred after installing some other utilities, then I suspect that it is caused by some software conflicts, you can uninstall the newly installed software if possible as a test.
If the mncjywbe.exe means the newly installed software, then install it in a compatibility mode
or boot your system in a clean boot mode to narrow down the cause. please refer to this link:

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro application is not giving correct scale to drawings

When using Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard I have issues when trying to scale off PDF’s that I receive from Architects. When using the distance, area, or perimeter tool it will not scale correctly even after I change the scale in the tool box. I’ve tried to change the scale to different setting and the same measurements will be produced regardless of what scale I set it to.
Example: ¼” inch per 1’ foot will scale will produce the same distance as ½” inch per 1’ foot.

    Hi emcfrazier7,
This might be a bug with Acrobat 8 version, however I cannot verify this.
With the latest version Acrobat 11, I do not see this problem occurring.
So you might want to purchase the latest version.

  • Can't install Adobe Acrobat Pro XI - error 7

Hey Gentlemen - please see the error I am getting while installing Acrobat XI Pro.
Will I follow the same procedures I saw to solve error 1?

What does "More Information" link (in the screenshot) tell you?
To isolate the problem on Windows OS it would be best to post the MSI log. To enable Windows Installer logging yourself, open the registry editor with Regedit.exe and create the following path and keys:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
    Reg_SZ: Logging
    Value: voicewarmupx
More info about enabling MSI logging is at http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/223300
Once MSI logging is enabled try to re-install Acrobat. If it fails then follow the steps below to get MSI log:
    1) Open folder %temp%
    2) Sort all items in folder by date modified column with latest at the top.
    3) Copy the file named MSIxxxxx.log where xxxxx is a random string (could be anything).
    4) Upload this log file here.

    Hi,
Thank you for posting in Windows Server Forum.
Generally the error which you are facing occurs due to many different scenario. But the main reason to cause this will result from a corrupt or damaged version of the ntdll.dll file itself, corrupt hardware drivers, corrupt printer drivers, or issues between
    Windows and other programs.
    - Please run sfc /scannow from your command prompt.
    - Delete the printer driver and re-install again with specific printing models.
Apart you can check below link for print spooler crash troubleshooting guides.

  • Errors Opening and Installing Adobe Acrobat Pro

Originally mine was a single problem with the following error after attempting to open Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0, "An error has been detected with a required application library and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application."
Now after reading the Adobe Community Forum article which recommended a complete uninstall of my Adobe Acrobat Pro 7 using this tool 'acrobat_ittools_cleaner_p1_040612' I have an additional problem with the following error,
    "Error 1310.Error writing to file: C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 7.02\ActiveX\AcroPDF.dll
Verify that you have access to tha directory."
Whereas previously I was able to reinstall the program successfully after an 'uninstall', now I encounter this error and cannot remedy it.
Please note that I have performed all of the solutions offered in this url: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-1310-error-writing-file.html#main_Vista to no avail. The problem persists.
Therefore, my hope is that after having used the tool 'acrobat_ittools_cleaner_p1_040612' and then successfully reinstalling Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional, I will find that the original problem has also been fixed.
Again, the original problem was this error:
"An error has been detected with a required application library and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application."
And the additional problem which came about after having used the tool is this:
    "Error 1310.Error writing to file: C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 7.02\ActiveX\AcroPDF.dll
Verify that you have access to tha directory."
Has anyone ever encountered either or both of these issues? If so, please share your experience and what you did to fix the problem(s).
    Thank you,
    -Dan Sacapano

Recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro, when trying to install get an error message 'Your account subscription cannot be validated'. Have tried several times, double checked login etc, but same message each time.
Please help, how to fix this issue??

    Hi camelon,
Please delete the "Acrobat" and "OOBE" folders found in
    on Mac: <yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe
    on Windows XP: <youruser>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe
    on Windows 7: <youruser>\AppData\Local\Adobe

    on Mac: <yourusername>/Library/Preferences
    on Windows XP: <youruser>\Local Settings\
    on Windows 7: <youruser>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
Then launch Acrobat. It will go through the first launch experience of asking for UI language, AdobeID, etc.
If there's no change in behavior, please attempt to go to:
    https://na1mbls.licenses.adobe.com
If you can't get to this website there may be a firewall or other software blocking the connection. Acrobat must be able to reach this https URL and 3 others in order to complete and monitor the subscription/trial process.

  • Error converting files to PDF in Internet Explorer- Adobe Acrobat Pro 8

I've recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro 8, from AAP 7. With AAP 7 I was able to open my windows based program, right click and convert the page to PDF. Since I've upgraded I am unable to do this anymore. When I right click and click to convert to PDF nothing happens. I've reinstalled the program, but still receiving the same error. Is there a way to fix this?

If you open the file, what do your right click on? If you are talking about right-clicking the file icon in Explorer, that is not opening the file but using the functionality of Windows. Apparently the file associations did not get installed correctly or the print function does not work. You need to go back to step one and determine the functional aspects that fail.
