Adobe Acrobat form created and emailed but recipient cannot save the form in reader after filling it out

When I purchased Acrobat today, the Adobe sales rep told me I could create fill-in forms that I could email to others, who could fill them out using Adobe Reader. When the recipient tried to save the completed form, he was unable to save it to his computer, only able to print. Is this correct, or is there a step we are unaware of? He owns Adobe Acrobat Pro 9, but I'm using Acrobat 11 (purchased it today). Acrobat Pro 9 cannot open the forms I sent... now we are stuck.
Solutions?

Installed AcrobatXI PRO 11.0.09 on seven computers and laptops. Two of them gives an error when you try to save a document in WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, or when exporting to... error: Save failed to process this document. No File was created.
But all good saves in the format of TXT and jpg.
I have uninstalled and restored and re-installed and updated and registry cleaned and removed using the special utility Cleaner Tool for Acrobat, but nothing helps.
On one notebook with Windows 8.1 and Microsoft office 2013, on another laptop with Windows 7 and Microsoft office 2010, the same problem, although there are computers with Windows 7 and Microsoft office 2010 and everything works.
Tell me where to find the problem and how to solve it.

I sent a PDF file to someone via email, they were able to fill out the form but they cannot save the file to send back, I have checked the security properties and there were no restrictions. Do I need to save the PDF a specific way? I have sent it to others that have Acrobat Pro and are able to save but those without Acrobat are unable to save. Please advise!

If you cannot get the previous owner (who may not be the seller) to release it the phone is useless; return it to the seller.
Normally someone releasing an iPhone for resale will erase their personal data first (for obvious reasons). To do this they must release Activation Lock. So the previous owner either forgot to do this (unlikely) or the phone was stolen from them. If it was stolen then you are in possession of stolen property, which in itself is a crime, even if you didn't know it was stolen.
There are a few ways to find out who the phone is still locked to. You can try contacting them, but if the phone WAS stolen the outcome will not be a good one. So the best thing you can do now is return the phone for a refund.

Creating forms that are fillable, but I cannot print the full returned form- How do I expand the boxes to see all of the text for print?

I have created several forms for work as I am trying to get new staff on board using digital forms vs. pencil and paper. However, there does need to be the option of printing the final, filled in product. I can see everything on the form through scrolling, but when I print it looks like a screen shot. Help!

If you are finding that people are overfilling the boxes, you probably need to revisit how big you made the boxes. It's a common error in form design to try to save paper at the expense of box sizes.

Why does the form link show up in 2 pages, but when I save the form as PDF it comes up as 3 pages?

A few weeks ago, I asked the above question on why the form link shows up in 2 pages, but when the form is saved as PDF it comes up as 3 pages.
The answer I received was that I can simply select the page break and hit "delete" button or click on the trash can icon at the top right corner.
I tried to do this but, there is NO OPTION to select the page break and hit delete….
I want to combine the page on my PDF because the header takes up one entire page.
How can I do this? Can someone please help or walk me through this live?

I have 14 address labels on a sheet. I want to amend an entry but I cannot save the new text onto the existing document. Any ideas?

If this is just address labels, why not just take the text and put it in a clean Pages template?
You don't have to convert specific files unless there is some incredibly intricate and worthwhile layout involved. Labels are mostly just text, with possibly some graphics in boxes, Not very complex at all.

Are you trying to read eBooks that require your Adobe ID and password?
Adobe Reader is a PDF viewer, not an eBook reader. You will need to find other iOS apps for reading DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected eBooks.
Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) can be used to download and transfer eBooks to your desktop/notebook computer. However, ADE does not support iOS or Android as of July, 2014.

Under no circumstances (except in designing a form where the original was lost) convert a form to Word. The layout will inevitably change, leaving a bad form at best. For official forms, this can lead you into serious trouble. Work only in PDF.

If I understand correctly, you've converted a file and now want to download it and remove it from your Acrobat.com account. Is that correct? What happens when you try to download it from https://cloud.acrobat.com/files? Do you get an error?
Once you've downloaded it, you can delete it from your account by selecting it and clicking the trash can icon.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 and Windows Vista

The last version of Adobe I used to use is version 5. Of
course that is outdated, and it would appear that the files I
created with that version are not compatible with the Adobe Reader
9. So I downloaded the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 and
tried to install it. The computer I am trying to install it on is
new and the OS running is Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit I
believe). When it says it is installing, after it reaches
99.blah-blah % it keeps asking me about a scanner being connected.
What the heck is that all about? It's weird. I connect my scanner
and it scans and I print a document to a Microsoft OneNote file,
after which when I close the scanner window the program is not
installed at all. I check my program list from my start menu to see
if it is there; and nothing. This thing is, why the heck doesn't it
just install the full trial program like any other normal
installation? I just want to be able to send word, excel, etc.

documents. This is very frustrating. If this is some kind of
strange compatibility issue with Vista, than I am really starting
to regret buying a system with Vista on it more and more. Can
anyone tell me what is going on here. What I may be doing wrong?

Adobe Reader XI did not save the form data (unlike previous versions). Any way to recover filled form with data from temp locations?
I was not aware that ctrl+s no longer works in reader and closed the PDF after savign it(with ctrl+s). However ,the data is lost and there seems to be no way to recover it.
I cannot find any temp files created by Reader on my system.
Also to my surprize(and shock), the reader did not even show a warning before closing the PDF. Does anybody know if/where can I recover the file from?

Are you using Adobe Reader XI? And not Acrobat. It does not ask me to save the form if there are unsaved changes.
I have used previous versions of reader for saving this form data and it did allow me to save it with ctrl+s. And those versions did prompt me to save the changes before closing.
I guess I should not have updated the reader.
