Im trying to download adobe acrobat XI Proand its just saying download complete, what should I do next?

Just purchased Adobe Acrobat XI, when i download it and select run a tab appears with title 'Confirm Upgrade of Acrobat Pro' i select continue, another tab apears stating 'Error Encountered' - Acrobat installer encountered and unexpected failure. Please try again. If it continues to fail contact adobe support. Please assist me asap, i need this working ASAP as i specially purchased for immediate use.. thanks:)

Are you logged in to your account as administrator with anti-virus software disabled.
Were you able to get Acrobat icon or unable to even run the executable file?
What exactly happens when you try launching Acrobat?

Mountain Lion will not download. App just says "download" on purchase button, but nothing happens. Any ideas?
My download took many many hours. Not sure if that is because of our ISP or load on the network. I also thought nothing was happening for my download. Try this:
Open App Store,
click on Purchased
You'll see Mountain Lion being downloaded and it will show the progress and estimated time to complete.
Take deep breaths and be patient. -

I cannot seem to edit PDF files on Adobe Acrobat as it says the files are protected and I need to enter a Permissions Password?
If the files have a permissions password, you need to know it, and remove security, before you can edit the files. That is correct.

That is not clear to me since they only appear to offer Anuual and Prepaid Annual options. You can always go with the free 30 day trial if you haven't already.

When I open my Apps tab on Creative Cloud it doesn't come up with my apps it just says "Download Error. Contact support." I have tried re-downloading it 3 or 4 times and it still doesn't work.

It's totally dependent on your broadband speed.
It took me about 45 minutes to download, but I have a reasonably fast connection.
It will often say in the purchased pane of the Mac App Store how much longer it will take.
