Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 - I have serial #, lost installation cd, cannot find downloadable files.

I have a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 9, however, I've lost my installation disc. I was able to download files from Abobe, but when I entered my serial number from my account, it says invalid. I noticed it may be because it says it is the 9 Pro Extended version.
Is this why my serial number is not valid and if so, where can I get the files I need for version 9?

The only public download is for 9 Pro, not Extended. If you are talking about the latter you will have to see if one of the staff will provide the link to you. If you are looking for Pro, it is at http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.

When I enter "%temp%", it goes to " "my username"/ appdata/temp" which is a list of file 1718 file folders. Many are empty but I did a small sample. Is that the right place to delete?    I tried Windows- Disk Clean, but that did not help.

    Check you have your iTunes settings (Edit, Preferences, Advanced) to keep iTunes library organised.
    Your songs should be in your music library in iTunes, iTunes Media, Music. 
    If they are not, start menu, type the name of a song in the box and the list should show you where that is located.

    I have installed Adobe Acrobst Pro V9 a total of 3 times now, being careful to ensure that I select "Install Trial Version" each time.
    However, every time I open the programme it requests a serial number and I cannot get past this stage.
    I did also download a trial version in 2008/2009 but deleted it within the 30 day period.
    I have posed this question to the online help chat and they eventually suggested I try this forum.

    You can always print the form and then use your word processor to place the information where it needs to go. It is an iterative process, but it is the way I used to fill out monthly reports in a DOS world. It was faster than using a typewriter back then, at least after I setup the template. It may be they expect the form to be filled out by typewriter (few have one any more - just folks like me) or by hand. In the latter case, be careful to print clearly.

    We have been unable to get the Adobe Acrobat Pro to install in German dispite selecting the specific download, and language settings, it simply has installed in English on our Switzerland users machine.
    Please advise on this.

    Care to provide some screenshots of the install as well as the install logs perhaps? Also, what system language do you use or for that matter what systems actualyl to begin with? Installers fall back to the default language of the insatall package if they cannot detect the system language correctly and due to installer dependencies manual overrides may then not work and still wrong files be installed.

    Thank you for reply back my problem. I opened my pdf file with 700kb size and after I clicked file--printer (or page setup), it took 10 to 15 min (sometime it takes 30 min) to load printer setup window or printer window where I chose my printers. Even the small size of my pdf files (less than 700kb), I have to wait 10 min. to 20 min.for the printer windows screen to be showed.
