I am a Creative Cloud subscriber. Downloaded and installed Adobe Acrobat Pro XI today for the first time. When I launch the application, it tells me that my "trial" has expired and that I need to buy it or enter a serial number. Huh? What do I need to do to run the application? It's part of the my Creative Cloud membership...

Go to http://www.adobe.com and sign-in with you Adobe ID ( on which you purchased the subscription).
Then, on right hand side panel, click on 'Desktop' under Apps section. And then location Acrobat XI Pro and download it.

I purchased Premiere Pro CC last night. After downloading, it is asking for a serial number. But, I can not find a serial number at all in my order. Asked someone on chat, and they said something was wrong with the program, but then we lost a connection. Please help!!

Adobe Application Manager Keeps Asking For Serial Number

I bought CS6 Design Standard a few days ago, and although I have already validated the software, these last couple of days every time I open Photoshop, Adobe Application Manager thinks I am using a trial version and asks me to choose between continuing this trial and licensing the software. After I enter my serial number everything works fine but it is a nuissance to be entering the serial all the time. I never even had a CS6 trial installed on this computer before. Is there a way around this? Is this happening because of my firewall settings? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Rather than starting a new thread, I prefer to pile up on this one.
I have the same problem. Quite regularly, Adobe Application Manager (AAM) ask me if I want ot carry onthe trial or enter a license. I entered my license so often that I know it by heart now.
I'm under OSX 10.6.8 (iMac desktop), French language (same for CS6 standard).
I have only one user, and it is an "administrator".
Rather than asking about privileges, what are the files this application manager need access to? Where are they located? Which file? Who should be the owner and what should the permission be on those files? Would a "Repair permission" fix this for these application files (i.e. non system files)?

PS: The same CS6 is installed on a laptop under 10.8.2 (with same serial). I use it rarely. But there it does not seem to have the same issue. So far, AAM did not ask for serial again and keep updating happily.

I never received a serial number for premiere pro cc when i bought a plan. Also i though that creative cloud applications don't have serial numbers. Now i cannot even get onto the program.
Photoshop CC works fine but premiere pro keeps asking for it and i cannot get on it !

I downloaded this program via the direct link after having so much problems with the adobe assistant thing giving me the same error numerous times. I finally have it downloaded and now it wont let me use the trial version of it. It keeps asking me to validate it and enter in my serial number. What if anything can I do to get it to work? My homework is already a day late because of this program not downloading properly. I have Windows 7 dont know if that matters or not on how to fix it.

That was the first time I ever tried to install Acrobat XI Professional though so that doesnt make sense to me. When I started my A&P class + A&P labs I found out I needed this software. I purchased it from my school however I have no idea of when it will get here and since my class has already begun I am just at my wits end. I dont have another computer to try it on to see if it would work or not on there.

I have downloaded the adobe suite and my agency paid for it in the past, now i'm trying to buy for my personal use in my personal laptop. When i choose the plan it took my to a page where they are asking me to add the agency serial number. What i need a annual plan for my personal use.
How can i get that?

What product/plan did your agency provide you in the past, is this the current CC full suite for $50/month, or an older or single-app plan?
Is your issue that your Adobe ID is connected to an existing plan that you cannot pay for, and you want to buy your own for $50/month (or whatever plan you had, before)?
Is your Adobe ID associated with a team or enterprise multi-user plan or was it an individual plan?

Acrobat 8 suddenly asks for serial number, won't launch

I have Acrobat Professional 8.1.3 as part of CS3 Design Premium, student license. Acrobat was not a separate disk. It was installed along with the rest of CS3 and always launched normally. Today, it requested the serial number and would not launch without it. It is acting as if it isn't registered. Rest of the suite is launching normally. I input the serial number from the disk, and it is rejected as incorrect. What is going on?

I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription.

Please then use your web Browser address http://www.adobe.com/ and sign in with your Adobe User ID and Password to your account the has your Subscription and use https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html capture the page which shows you have a subscription like I showed you I have.
Open Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application use the APP tab and capture that scree to show Photoshop is installed and up to date like I did. Capture that screen. Show us you have installed Photoshop and its up to date.
Open Photoshop and use menu Help it should show tha its activated because there will be a menu item Sign Out. If it is Sign In, Sign in using the account that has the subscription the one you used above to Activate Photoshop.
