Adobe Acrobat XI – Mark in other colors than yellow

Good afternoon
I only know this very intense yellow, that can be done by this yellow marker a tool called „Text hervorheben“ in German. Does anyone know whether it is possible to mark in a lighter yellow or even in a differen color?

Could you please specify which tool are you talking about ?Is it the annotations you are referring to under comment section or is it something else?
Are you trying to highlight the text or underline the text? If yes ,this is definitely possible to change color of the highlighted or underlined text.
Please specify which tool are you talking about and how exactly you are trying to mark the text .

The "Other" section on your iPod consists of several different things including album artwork, files you may or could be storing on it externally when using the iPod as a storage disk, the iPod's software/OS, as well as corrupt files that are leftover from failed sync operations with iTunes or are no longer recognized by the iPod's software or iTunes. The size of other is usually quite minute, around less than a GB, sometimes a little more (depending on the amount of media stored on your iPod).
In order to clear this space out, you'll need to restore your iPod to factory settings in iTunes.

Adobe Acrobat wipes the Finder label color of edited-saved PDF files

Adobe Acrobat X Pro 10.1 wipes the Finder label color of PDF files when edited with Acrobat. For instance, if a PDF file has a particular Finder label color, if then it is open and edited or simply modify in any way (for instance, just marking some text with the yellow fluorescent marker) and saved, Acrobat wipes out the Finder label color of such file.

I have been trying to start my subscription again for my Acrobat XI Pro and for the annual subscription of the PDF Export for Word and Excel. The PDF Export expired according to my subscription list, but, I think that I had cancelled my Acrobat XI Pro of $ 29.99 monthly, so, I am wanting to presubscribe for it again, but, when I try to put my Code in for my Debit Card, it will not register with your company.
So, I do not know what to do to get it back again with my monthly and annually subscription payments for PDF Export and for Acrobat XI Pro. I have already downloaded the Adobe Reader XI onto my computer so I am set for that product. I just do not know what to do about the PDF Export and the Acrobat XI Pro to be able to get them started once again.

Snow Leopard prints pdf in other colors than the Illustrator CS3 design

2 days ago I installed Snow Leopard. Yesterday I tried to print an Adobe Illustrator CS3 document that I made into a PDF. My logo which is gradient aqua and yellow prints grey, black and red. It appears fine on the screen and prints fine as an AI document. I emailed the document to my husband as a PDF and he also just installed Snow Leopard. The email pdf shows the proper colors but it prints in the same weird grey, black, red for him as well. All our old documents from years back which have my logo print in this wrong color combo. I spoke to Apple today and I printed a random Safari photo doc ( a zedonk, zebra donkey, check her out)! saved as a PDF in the proper color combo. We installed a graphics update for Illustrator but no resolution. It appears the problem might be the pdf file sent through Snow Leopard can't read the colors. Help!

Why is there a big difference in price for the Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 and other software???

I am looking at selling the ADOBE PRO 9 range of software but i am confused as to why one is selling at £20 and another at £200. The packaging is exactly the same and they look the same, so can anyone tell me why this is?? I had a customer asking me was it a student version or a full retail version and did it have a licence?? Do you get a licence with the cheaper version?? I will be very grateful if you could explain why the prices are so different.

Cannot print to Adobe Acrobat X from any other program

I recently installed Acrobat X on my Windows XP3 system. Previously, the Adobe Printer installed by the Acrobat 8 was accessible from any other program. I simply chose the Adobe PDF printer and the documents "printed" to Acrobat. With the Acrobat X install, this no longer works.
I've tried repairing the Acrobat X - no luck
I've tried deleting the Adobe PDF printer and then allowing Acrobat to re-install the printer during the repair - no luck
I've checked the Adobe PDF printer properties, and do not have "Enable advanced printing features" checked.
I am using the print spooler.
The Adobe PDF printer is using the Adobe PDF Converter driver.
I've read through a number of discussions/posts, and have not found a solution. I am working around the problem by printing to pdfFactory program and then saving as a .pdf, then managing the files in Acrobat X.
If anyone is aware of a solution/location, please respond to this post.

Are you saying there is no Adobe PDF printer, or it does not work? If it simply that it does not seem to work, then try to print to file with the printer. Then open the file in Distiller. If you get a resultant PDF, then the problem is most likely that you have somehow deactivated AcroTray.exe in the running applications. The program is in the Acrobat folder and needs to be started in that case. It should also be listed in your boot sequence for startup.

Adobe Acrobat 8 -How do change color of font?

At me all color of font is red when trying to select: Comments->Comment&Markup Tools->Text Box Tool. and all color of font was red.

I had the same question. I spent a lot of time until I found the way. Unfortunately, the help function of the program is not that good. In fact, it is confusing.
Anyhow follow these steps.
1. Pick the text box function.
2. Place the cursor where you want and write.
3. Go to the "View" dropdown menu.
4. Select "Toolsbars" in the dropdown menu.
5. Select the "Property Bar"
6. You will see the toolbar for changing the color and sizes of linew and font.
7. Select the text box you want to change.
8. Double click to select the text inside the text box.
9. Use the toolbar function to change the color, font and size.
The problem with the help documentation is that when they talk about "text" they are refering to the original text of the document and all the solutions that I found did not work because of this.

Other colors than white for docking station?

Hello,
A strong point of the Docking station for iPod is that it can be connected to a HiFi-system.
But most of these beautiful Hifi-component-systems are black.
Now , it would be very nice (and would look very sophisticated) to put my Ipod (in its docking) on the same rack as my Hifi-system.
My problem: It is really ugly to put a black iPod in a WHITE docking station (and with WHITE cables) on my open Hifi-rack next to the black components.
The problem would be solved if Apple made their accessories also in black. I think this should be a logical thing to do, since the iPods and iPods Nano are also available in black. And black in black is far more beautiful then black in white....
In the store they told me that black accessories don't exist. I would like to get confirmation of that information. And maybe, ... if the product managers of Apple read this, it might be a helpful suggestion to improve the product.

I live in Greece, and yet, no nokia shop (of those which I asked) has it.

Is it possible to download adobe acrobat xi pro cc to more than one computer? Can we have more than one user for a single subscription? Thanks

I don't think that changing the $HOME environment variable during install is very straight forward (unless you can override it in the install script, which is buried in the binary installation package).
But, you gave me an idea: I will just install Acrobat for everyone using another account.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Citrix Streaming

Application launches but the following error appears when using the application for less than a minute.
Licensing for this product has stopped working.
You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help. (147:20)

We checked with Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.3.0.148 and as we expected it works fine without any errors.
But the good news is that I probably understand the thing that you have been missing. You need to configure "AppHubWhiteList" in the registry for this to work properly.

Saving Location @ Adobe Acrobat XI Pro

If you open a document with Adobe Acrobat X Pro and sign it, than the Software wants to save the document on the same place, like you opened it. In Adobe Acrobat XI Pro the software wants to save it on an other place.
Do anybody know this issue and is it possible to solve it?

I followed up on this with some people who know more about saving in Acrobat and here's what I learned. When Acrobat saves a PDF it generally populates the 'Save as' dialog with the location for the saved file the same as the original file. But before it does that it checks that it can write to that location. If it cannot write to the location from where the original PDF came from, then it populates the 'Save as' dialog with the Acrobat's default location (it may be different in Acrobat and Reader and whether Reader is in Protected Mode or not). The most likely reason for your problem is that PDFs that you want to sign come from a location (like a network drive or cloud) to which Acrobat does not have full permissions.
To check that open one of your PDFs and try to "Save as" it. See if you get the same location as when you try to sign. Also, you can create a small text document in a Notepad and try to save it to the location from which your PDF came from. Se if Notepad allows you to do that.

Re installing adobe acrobat

this is now about an hour I have spent on this website trying to lodge a request for help. I bought Adobe Acrobat a while ago but less than a a year ago. The hard drive had to be wiped to remove malware. Now i am trying to find someway to recover my licence key so I don't have to buy the product again.
This is the third way i have been given to do this let's hope it works
