Adobe Acrobat XI pro trial version Export options

How to export a PDF file to HTML file by Acrobat XI pro trial version? There is on HTML option in export menu. This XI version is supposed to support export to HTML.

It definitely supports HTML export. File > Save As Other > HTML Web Page. It does a much better job in XI with TOC  entries and list elements. Here is a link to a tutorial on the subject:

  • I want to buy Adobe Acrobat XI Pro full version... Limited access vs. full access?

I want to buy Adobe Acrobat XI Pro full version, but I don't know what the difference is between limited access to online services offered by the full version and the full access that's offered by the month-to-month version. In other words, what would I losing by acquiring the full version, rather than just paying the $19.99 per month and get full access to online services? Can someone help clear this up for me? Thanks!

    Hi dmoynihan0421,
The retail version of Acrobat costs around US449$ and the monthly subscription is available for a very nominal fee of 19.99$ per month.
The software is the same and there's no difference between the functionality of Acrobat except that in the retail version you have a serial number to permanently activate the software whereas in subscription Acrobat validates the license very month to check if the subscription is active or not.
The main difference between the two however is the Adobe Online services.
When you buy Acrobat XI Pro as a one-time purchase, you get only Acrobat software. No online services are included.
When you subscribe to Acrobat Pro in select countries, you pay a low monthly fee to get:
Acrobat XI Pro desktop software, including any upgrades
The FormsCentral Plus online service for creating and distributing web forms
The Adobe PDF Pack online service that makes it easy to create, convert, and combine PDFs in your browser
Acrobat.com for storing and sharing files in the cloud
The details of these services are as follows:
Adobe online services extend your Acrobat XI working environment to help you streamline and simplify your projects:
Adobe FormsCentral makes it fast and easy to create, distribute, and analyze forms. A desktop version of the online service is included in Acrobat XI Pro. Using the FormsCentral desktop app, you can create unlimited PDF forms for free from scratch or by using professional templates. If you subscribe to Acrobat Pro† or open a free or paid account with the FormsCentral online service, you can also use the desktop app to build web forms and manage form distribution and analysis.
Adobe EchoSign makes it easy to get rid of paper signatures forever. If you open a free or paid account with the service, you can use the Sign pane in Acrobat XI to send documents to others for signature approval and track results online. Recipients can sign electronically without installing software or creating an EchoSign account.
Acrobat.com lets you store and access your files online from within Acrobat or Reader on any device when you sign up for a free account or subscribe† to Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard.
Adobe PDF Pack lets you create, combine, and export PDFs from any browser or mobile device. PDF Pack is included when you subscribe† to Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard — or you can open a paid account.
Adobe Send is an Adobe online service that lets you send and track large files — including audio and video — without the headaches of email size restrictions. Paid subscriptions are available.

  • I just downloaded Acrobat XI Pro trial version - Expired?

I just downloaded Acrobat XI Pro Trial Version and the first time I try to open something it says my trial period has expired but I JUST ENROLLED.  I am needing to upgrade from 9 Pro - hated 10 Pro and would love to try 11 pro before I make a mass purchase for my company.

Since you are at a company, I suggest you try the trial on another computer. Be careful if you have another version installed as XI may uninstall that one or mess it up.

  • How do you transfer Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Student version from old computer to new computer?

i just got a new computer and got my Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Student and Teacher Edition installed from my old computer; however on my new computer, it's only showing up as Adobe Reader and not the Acrobat XI Pro version. I've only had it for less than 3 months and it is NOT a trial version. It is fully paid for. Please help. Thanks!

Same problem here. I deactivated Tech Comm Suite, and when I got my new laptop, I installed the new Tech Comm Suite, which is fully licensed. It won't let me open Acrobat.

  • Adobe Acrobat X Pro - Trial Vesion

    Hi
I have successfully managed to install a trial version of Adobe Acrobat X Pro on to my Mac.  I have created an editable PDF form, but when I go through the process of distributing it I get an error report on the final step and can't send it.  My Mac is pretty full space wise but still has the specified amount free - anyone know why I might be getting this error?
    Thanks

There never has been a trial version of Acrobat Pro for a Mac. So unless you are using the Windows trial on a Mac using either Bootcamp or one of the emulators like Parallel, I have no idea what software you are running. In any case, you are posting to the wrong forum. There is an Acrobat Windows forum (probably what you need to ask in) or the Acrobat Mac forum.

  • Converting pdf to word Adobe Acrobat XI Pro trial

I am using a 30 day trial of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, when I convert a pdf to word doc, it has several hidden letters & symbols, is this because it is a trial?

The trial is fully functional so, no.
That being said, the Acrobat forum is at http://forums.adobe.com/community/acrobat. You'll want to ask your questions there.

  • Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Trial Download

    Dear Sir/Madam:-
Using Windows 7, I7 Processor, 64 bit OS, 16GB memory. Had Adobe Acrobat X, OK.
Uninstalled Adobe X, using the normal Windows uninstall procedure. Rebooted.
Downloaded and installed the trial Adobe Acrobat XI.
Double click Adobe Acrobat desktop icon, nothing happens.
    Go to Distiller runs OK.
Time is running out on the trial?
Before I spend any money is it possible to get it to work?
    Regards Oggy

    Dear Sir/Madam:-
Acrobat XI:- Windows 64 bit, Intel i7 @ 2.6GHz, 24 GB memory (not overclocked).
Tried the Acrobat Cleaner Tool and reinstalled XI, not OK, same as before, Acrobat XI does not run.
Tried a normal Windows un-install of Acrobat XI, then reboot, then Acrobat Cleaner Tool, then reboot, then re-install XI, same as before, does not run.
    XI Distiller OK.
Reinstalled previous version Acrobat Pro X, all OK. Why does Acrobat XI not run if Acrobat X works?
Wondering if there is a generic problem with 64 bit OS and Acrobat XI?
Is the Acrobat Cleaner Tool suitable for Acrobat XI?
    Regards Oggy.

  • How do I uninstall Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Trial?

    To who it may concern:
I downloaded the trial Adobe Acrobat IX on my Mac but get an error about images and therefore cannot take advantage of the trial.  I would instead like to uninstall the trial.
    Thank you,
    Sherri

    Hi Sherri Stevens,
For MAC, you might need to go into /Applications/Adobe Acrobat XI/ and then run the uninstaller from that directory to remove the trial version.

  • Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Trial

    Hello,
How do I decline the offer to buy AA 9 Pro after my one month
trial? I get a message to register a serial # or quit. When I quit,
it closes all pdf files. I need to use my pdfs, so what do I do
now? Can I just remove the program from the control panel, or is
there something more to do. I don't want to make matters worse.
    Thank you,
    Marciamae

With apologies, I am still a bit confused about the trial
    version of Acrobat 9.
I was recently notified that my trial version had expired,
however, other than being told I could purchase it (sorry, it's
w-a-a-a-ay beyond my means these days), I'm feeling a bit left in
the lurch re the following issues:
    (1) Will I still be able to access/use the "My Files"
    feature, Connect Now, and Buzzword?
    (2) I'm always a tad nervous about deleting applications; how
do I delete the trial without effing up my system?
Some feedback: I admit to being unclear from the beginning
about what exactly Acrobat 9 is intended to be -- is it meant to be
a one-stop shop for file creation, storage, and sharing or ??????
As for the ability to create PDF's, that's not a particular help,
thanks to other means of accomplishing that task; a central "file
room" with the ability to control/restrict and direct others to a
particular document via a URL is somewhat useful, but I can also do
that via my Gmail Docs; Buzzword is cute, but the font limitations
are a BIG deterrent and frankly, with laptops and net-tops so
widely available, the advantages of Buzzword are elusive; Connect
Now -- ok, it's "under the same roof" but I already subscribe to
another conferencing tool which works well and is free.
All this to say, given my somewhat foggy understanding of the
Acrobat 9 concept, direction, and practical day-to-day
applications, and the availability of alternative means for
satisfying the obvious needs, that other than the fact the "My
Files" UI is very cool, I could NEVER justify the price, especially
in the current economic environment. Ironically, I am an early
adopter of cloud computing and webware and firmly believe it is The
    Coming Thing :-/
Thanks for useful feedback/direction on #1 and 2
    above!

  • Uninstalling acrobat x pro = trial version

Sorry if I am in the wrong place but the search wouldn't take me anywhere!!! :-(
I need to uninstall a trial verson of Acrobat X Pro but it gets all the way to the uninstall but says that it can't continue b/c the Program Manager is open. I tried to click ignore but nothing happens.
Please help me get this off my machine.
    Heidi

First I would reboot the PC into safe mode (press F8) while booting the computer.  Try uninstalling that way.  If that doesn't work, search Google for "revo uninstaller"  it's a nice piece of software that will literally uninstall anything you can think of.
