So, I got Adobe CC a year ago and I recently downloaded ABOBE CC 2014 at adobes SUGGESTION. When I open After effects it says I only have 4 (and counting ) days left to purchase…………I’m supposed to get it for FREE, right?. It doesn’t happen when I open illustrator and Photoshop CC 2014. Am I doing something wrong? If you’re not the one to contact please refer to the correct person……….the school uses AE CC 2014 so I NEED to have the correct version.

When i open up itunes on my computer, it says that i have 2 videos but when i sync it and check my ipod touch, it says i have no videos so it only shows up on my computer but not on my iPod touch and its a 4th Generation.

These could be older unread messages and they may be buried in sub-folders. Your best bet is to go to your email web interface on a computer and search for unread emails there.

I wouldn't think changing your password would have an impact but signing out of the Creative Cloud app and back in again might be something else to test. You might also try installing the trial version of Lightroom 5 and see if it appears in the list in the Creative Cloud app afterwards.

App store insists that I have something installed, but I don't!
I think somewhere along the lines I deleted Numbers and Pages in an 'incorrect' way, trying to solve another problem. Now I find myself in a weird situation:

3. However they are nowhere on my computer:
I have tried everything:
I've looked online, nothing.
I've tried Appstore support, they can't solve it.
I've enabled the AppStore debug menu and cleared cookies, reset the application, that did not help.
I tried command,or option or shift click on the greyed out "Installed" button in the app store to try and force a reinstall, and that didn't work.
I am stumped. Does anyone know what I should try next?That was an exciting possibility... but it didnt pan out. It sounds like something similar is happening but there is no backup that might be confusing things.
Any other ideas? This is really mysterious (and frustrating!) -

I downloaded the iOS7, lost all the custom ring tones that I had on my phone. the iTunes sync page says that they have all been selected but they don't show up in my phone? Help?
I had the same problem and was able to fix it. Go to your iTunes and click on the Tones folder on the left under library. Some of my ring tones had an exclamation mark next to it and those were the ones that did not sync. You have to click on those and find it in your computer. Once the exclamation mark is gone, go to Tones section of your device in iTunes, make sure you select the tones you want synced, and click apply. I hope that helps you!

Mac App Store says that Lion can be installed,but it is already installed

today I opened the Mac App Store and I clicked the tab ''Purchases'' and I saw that in OS X Lion it was saying to install it. But the problem is that I already have Lion installed in my iMac(v10.7.3). Why is this happening, is it a bug or there is a problem with my iMac? Thank you in advance!What you have purchased in the Mac App Store is the installer for OS Lion, not the OS itself. So you can still download the installer, it's just that you already have Lion.

My iPad says that Facebook app is installed but i don't see it anywhere
I recently restored my iPad 3 (iOS 7.0.2) and when I downloaded all the apps that i have again, facebook app doesn't appear in the homescreen and i can't open it from the app store.
What should I do? I'm tired of restore my iPad again and again in order to fix iOS's 7 problems...Is it on another page or in a folder? iOS 7 folders have pages too now.

Mazhar AhmadSomething is blocking the communication of the auxilairy services (quicktimeserver) with AE. Check your firewall and virus scanner and make them behave. also make sure to run with sufficient user privileges.

I synced my new iPhone from my computer. When I log into my Facebook app my friends list appears blank. How do I fix this?
Try deleting the FB app and reinstalling it. That seems to have fixed the problem for me.
