Adobe Application Manager doesn't show updates

I have Bridge version 5.0.0.399 and PS CS6 version 13.0. When I click Help/Updates Adobe Appication Manager says "Your applications are all up to date as checked less than a minute ago." But I know there is Bridge version 5.0.2 and PS CS6 version 13.1. How can I get updates if the App Manager thinks I am up to date. I am on a Mac Pro OS X 10.8.4

Update manually.  Go to Adobe site and click on downloads.

  • Adobe Application Manager Doesn't list any 2014 versions of programs. How do I update to those versions?

My Adobe application manager doesn't list the 2014 versions of the core programs. I need them to grade the work of my students, as my school runs these versions and I can't open the work on my computer.

    Thank you,  for your help
I got it while waiting for the answer. The "Application Manager" is not how these get installed (how would I know that). I installed the "Adobe Creative Cloud" application and got the new versions.
It's was confusing because the Application manager installed on Nov 4. Very recently right! (but just prior to updating my operating system to Yosemite, OK Duh). And of course Yosemite has changed the look and functionality of everything, including this, so anything I was doing that should be intuitive was less so.

Should I use Adobe Application Manager or the CC updater. I have both and sometimes one does the update and another time the other. I would prefer to have one that organises and takes care of the updates.

  • Creative Suite 6, Adobe Application Manager doesn't work.

When I lunched AAM, the error message is:  "There is running another instance of Adobe application Manager program. Please close the another instance" How can I solve the issue ?

You have to provide system info and otehr details. Other AAM instances would only be active if you ran updates on your apps or invoked some otehr online feature from within the programs.

  • Adobe Application Manager doesn't work

We have bought two licences of the Creative Suite, but only one of these is ok. For the second one, when the user accepts the invitation of administrator and starts the download of  adobe application manager, he can only download the trial version and not the full version like the first licenses

    Refer to this:
    Sign in or activation errors
And naturally make sure the e-mail addresses used match exactly.

  • The Adobe Application Manager doesn't work, can't download trial software.

I'm on a Mac, trying to download a trial of Acrobat Pro X, and as I hit download, it launches the Adobe Application Manager. Once it's launched, it keeps spinning the blue-gray squares round and round and nothing happens. Is there a way to directly download the file and install it manually?
    Cheers,
    Rita

Ok, I tried and it has begun the installation.
The first time, before I got to the end, it said 'The Adobe Application Manager is already running.'
I was asked to quit, but there was no quit button, so I Force quitted it.
Then I started the installation process again, and now I get this error message:
The installation cannot proceed, because some of the processes are running.
Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
    I quit all Adobe products.
    Thanks for your attention.

  • Application Manager doesn't show all apps

When launching the Application Manager it starts up great but all apps does not show.
When logging in to my account at Adobe and click "Try" on Premiere Pro, the application manager opens up but there is no sign of Premiere.
Same thing with SpeedGrade and After Effects.
What's wrong? Why doesn't all apps show?

We had that problem and when I asked tech support he asked me whether I had a 64-bit OS. If you don't, Premiere Pro doesn't show up since it's a 64-bit application. If you do have a 64-bit OS, then you have a different problem and should probably contact tech support.
    Good luck!

  • Application Manager doesn't show Edge preview?

I wonder why Edge preview is not present in my Application Manager considering that I'm running Windows 7 64-bit. My Application Manager lists 15 apps. It should be included 16 apps, isn't it?

Adobe Edge Preview is still in beta.  It is not currently included as part of the Creative Cloud offerings.

  • Application manager doesn't show up - Windows 7.

Had it installed before, including some Apps, everything worked fine. Since a few weeks I was experiening some issues with my computer, so I thought the dissapearence of the desktop cloud resulted from this. I bought some new hardware components, activation was nessecary, showed up and worked, all my Apps still work fine. But I cannot call the AM anymore for updtes or installing new Apps. Starting it by clicking its Icon starts a process (as seen in task manager) that suddenly quits. Trying to reinstall does the same - Installation says "preparing to install" and then never is seen again. Windows event monitoring says Errorcode 0xC0000005 in hex.dll Can you please help me?

that sounds like a windows (not adobe) error message.
either google it or attach a screenshot of the error.
