Adobe Audition 3.0 - first time run - program shutdown

i downloaded the AA3 trial version
it installed on my computer with no problem.
when i first run the program it gives me the trial version window, saying i have 30 days to use trail version program etc.
so far so good
i click on try, to try the program
i starts the program, giving the "green" splash screen. than it prompts me to select my biggest hard drive for my temp folder- i choose yes, and my next laargest drive for secondry temp- i choose yes also.
than it opens a little window thats saying
title: "Shutting Down"
text : "to continue working where you left off, please resatrt audition"
then the window closes.
when i rstart the program, the problem continues.
i tried uninstalling, and reinstalling. no good
i tried safe mode- no good
i tried to install on another windows user - no good.
also i tried selecting no on the temp folder questions, just to try it, nothing happends- same problem.
what can i do? im kinda desperate for this program before i buy it, so can anyone has any idea?
system info:
winxp pro SP3, english version.
im computer administrator.have lots of free space, on my temp folder drivers, and on te windows drive, and the installed AA drive. surely more than the program should require to work OK.

Unfortunately once uninstalled you cannot reinstall the trial version. It only works once, I'm afraid.

There are a Couple of methods you can use for this.
Method 1 -
You can create an ini file and save a boolean Key "First Instance" as True. Now In your Program you read this Key, If it is True then you can show your ID Dialog VI.If False do not run the VI. At the Conclusion of Id Dialog you can update this registry enrty to False. So In effect you have created One time Event. In fact you can save ID as another Config entry.
The Drawback and advantage is that such an INI file can be edited by someone moderately knowledgeable about the Program
Method 2
Use Unitialized Shift Register in A while Loop. Please see LV2 style Globals entry under this forum. You can read and write to this Variable and it retains the Value it last had within it.
You can read
this Global the Very first time and say if it true you display your ID Vi. If False you dont. When you display your ID Vi you can Update your Global Like Before.

How to successfully download adobe flash player the first time

after installing player, go to window 7 programs, its there 12.0.0.70, go to adobe see if its downloaded adobe says its not downloaded. go to programs uninstall player, start over adobe.com download player, says thank you its done go to programs its there 12.0.0.70. also when i press certain things i get one or more of 18 different adwares, and i cant figure out how to get rid of them, i you can suggest an adware uninstaller, i would buy it now. i have tried the download many times without success, running outta ideas, please what am i missing, duh. milan dragin [email address removed]

FIRST TIME RUNNING THE DEFAULT BSP APPLICATION IN ABAP

        I am happy to see many people are solving the problems on BSP in sdn.
I am running the bsp application for the first time by taking the t-code se80 into consideration and executing the default bsp application given there.But I am getting the error   The URL http://nwrbcs:8000/sap/public/bsp/sap/system/login.htm was not called due to an error.The error is common as to all RABAX_STATE and in addressbar the address displayed is

Mainly my problem is i am not able to goto logon page.I am using the version Netweaver04 to run this application.Are there any special prerequisites to run a bsp application.I had donwe some settings in t-code SICF all services are activated(subservices also) and in path /default_host/sap/bc/bsp rightclick display service in handler list tab I added CL_HTTP_EXT_BSP. In RZ10 I added the parameter icm\host_name_full (as I am using workgroup instead of domain in my system) for instance profile.In t-code SCICM status is running.
If not clear with the above details I will send the screenshots of required t-codes and runtime errors to the mail-id immediately.
But I am not able to retrieve the problem.Is it necessary to check any kernel updates.I dont know more about that, I will send the required screenshots clearly to know all the details.I will send the trace file also if u need.It is very urgent for me to work on bsp but I cant.If u r familiar with particular version I will send that screenshots as I tried it in 4.7ee(R/3),ECC5.0(R/3) AND Netweaver04(abap).I am getting different errors in all the three versions.pls go through this and help me.

you need to configure the FQDN. That is causing the issue in your case.
the URL shd start something like abc.mycompany.com:port_number...

InDesign CS4 Error 5 on first time opening program after installing.

Loaded InDesign CS4 on iMAC 10.9.4. All other Adobe CS4 STD Suite applications work well.
In-Design CS4 program would not open and gave me the Error 5 message.
I rebooted as suggested and received the same error.
Obviously I need the InDesign application to open. Please help.

First time launch

After installing 10.4.8, the OS will not remember which program to use when opening a file or a link. If I open a link from an email, the machine tells me that this is the first time your are opening Safari, "do you want etc." If a open a Appleworks file which I used yesterday,I get the same message.
It does not matter what type of file, I always get the message of first time run. What file do I need to trash so that the OS can rebuild it and remember which program to use when a file is opened?

None. That's normal behavior after an incremental update because the database that remembers that you've opened these before is blown away for security reasons.

Help For A Novice User Of Adobe Audition v.3

We purchased Adobe Audition vs. 3 to record programs to put on the radio. The trouble is I am a novice with this program.
Where do I go to learn how to use this program? The only thing I need for now is to know how to :
(1)Record a voice track
(2)Insert a track off a CD for an open to the program.
(3)Insert a track off a CD for a close to the program.
I only need the ABC's of getting started for now. Please direct me to the right source. Adobe wanted $39.00 to help.

http://www.lynda.com have some online training for Audition 3. I had a general subscription there and tried it out, and it's nice! It isn't free, but for little money you get up to speed very quickly and perhaps with a more hands-on approach that you'd prefer over reading yourself. We're all different.

Flash file not loading first time but loads on refresh

I have a problem where a flash program is not loading when
the webpage is first visited, it will get stuck on the loading
screen. Now for this file to finish loading, it needs to load in
another file. Once that file is done loading then the program will
continue. But like I said the first time the program gets stuck on
the loading screen and never continues. If you hit refresh in the
browser then the program will continue past the loading screen.
I've checked the code and everything seems fine there. Could
this be a security issue? The two files are on the same domain. Or
if anyone has any insight into this problem, it would be
appreciated.

That is almost always caused by a faulty preloader code. Post
your preloader code or a link to the website so it can be checked.

Adobe Audition 1.0

I have Adobe Audition 1.0 and recently upgraded to Windows 7 from Windows XP. Adobe Audition 1.0 will not run on Windows 7.
Is there an upgrade option available to me from Audition 1.0?

As far as I know, you're about ten years too late. Usually upgrade charges on go back a couple of versions and you're around seven version old.
However, this is a user to user forum so all I can suggest is ringing your local Adobe sales office and seeing what they have to say. I wouldn't hold my breath though.
