Adobe Bridge. Palabras clave en diferentes idiomas.

Utilizo Adobe Bridge para añadir palabras clave en Inglés para mis imágenes, pero sería mucho más fácil si en el panel donde se gestionan pudiera añadirse junto a la palabra clave en ingles su traducción al español o una descripcion, pero al marcarla sólo se añadiera la palabra clave en Inglés.
¿Existe un plugin para esto? ¿Podría con Adobe Extended Script Toolkit crear un script para esto? ¿Alguien sabe hacerlo?

Visualización incorrecta en pantalla completa y proyección de diapositivas con Adobe Bridge

Pese a tener configurado Adobe Bridge (tanto CC como CS 6) para " generar vistas del mismo tamaño del monitor" y "siempre en calidad alta", al visualizar una imagen a pantalla completa o en la proyección de diapositivas, las imágenes se ven con poca calidad, muchas veces pixeladas - especialmente en zonas lisas y degradados suaves, como cielos, etc - y sin enfoque, con mucha menos nitidez de la que realmente tienen. Nada que ver con como está la imagen en realidad, tal como se presenta en ACR o en Photoshop. Al ampliar al 100% desde pantalla completa, se produce un cambio súbito muy apreciable y la imagen se ve correctamente, desapareciendo el pixelado, los artefactos y aplicándose el enfoque. Es la única forma de ver como está la imagen en realidad, pero obviamente no es uina forma adecuada, ya que no permite ver de una vez la imagen en su totalidad, ni realizar una proyección con la calidaa de imagen correcta que realmente tengan dichas imágenes.
El caso de la proyecciòn de diapositivas es muy significativo, ya que en realidad las imágenes visualizadas tal como las presenta, no sirven para una proyecciòn de diapositivas, pues no se ven como realmente están, obteniendo una visualización de muy baja calidad que no representa realmente la imagen.
¿Hay alguna forma de solucionar esto? He probado todo lo que habitualmente suele comentarse poara solucionarlo - seleccionar en las preferencias "Generar vistas del mismo tamaño que el monitor", "Depurar la cache", reiniciar el programa después, etc.
Les agradecería sinceramente si me pudieran ayudar en este problema, ya que me obliga a utilizar un segundo programa para visualizar las imágenes correctamente, lo que me obliga a pasar previamente dichas imágenes a jpg, para hacer presentaciones, proyecciones, etc., cuando debería poder hacerlo directamente con Bridge. El problema es mucho menor con imágenes ya procesadas y convertidas a jpg (casi desaparece, aunque no del todo - se parecia aun un cambio al ampliar al 100% - por lo que da la sensación de que Bridge no aplicara algunos ajustes al visualizar a pantalla completa los archivos originales tratados en ACR, como debería (probablemente los correspondientes al panel de "Detalle")).

El monitir es un Dell ultrasharp U2413 calibrado. La tarjeta gráfica es una Intel HD grafics 4000, nada del otro mundo, pero puedo asegurarte que el problema es de otro tipo, porque me pasaba lo mismo con otra configuración totalmente distinta, tanto de tarjeta gráfica, como de monitor (incluso de procesador, el de ahora es un i7).
Ten en cuenta que el problema de que hablo es con imágenes RAW con ajustes de ACR (tanto NEF, como CR2, como PEF y tanto en el RAW propietario como en DNG). Con jpg la cosa es mucho menos perceptible.
Cuando pones la imagen a pantalla completa - en Bridge, pulsando la barra espaciadora. Pasa lo mismo en la presentación de diapositicas, que es a pantalla completa - , las imágenes con ajustes se ven como si estuvieran a muy baja resolución o algo así. En los cielos intensos, en paisaje, por ejemplo, se llega a ver un pixelado enorme, banding y artefactos. Pero si aumentas la imagen al 100% - con la rueda del ratón - a los pocos segundos se aplica algún ajuste y la imagen cambia por completo, quedando como debe, desapareciendo el pixelado, los artefactos, el banding y aplicándose el enfoque. En esas condiciones, la imagen se ve exactamente igual que en ACR o en Ps. Repito, con jpg sin ajustes, apenas se nota....
Dicen que una imagen vale mas que mil palabras, así que aquí van unos ejemplos (todas redimensionadas a 800 Px de alto en Ps. No se ha realizado gestión de color, por lo que los colores están algo alterados. La imagen original está en Adobe RGB, pero el programa de captura está en sRGB)):

Y por último una comparativa paralela (esta vez con gestión de color) de la captura de pantalla completa de Bridge y la foto abierta en Ps, donde se aprecia perfectamente el problema al que me refiero:
Como puedes ver, la imagen que me presenta Bridge en pantalla completa y en la proyección de diapositivas - exactamente la misma - dista mucho de ser corecta y desde luego, hasta que no se amplia al 100% - con lo que se pierde la visualización completa - la imagen no es la correcta, tal como realmente está.
El problema se mantiene con distintas tarjetas gráficas y distintos monitores, el desajuste es mucho mayor - y de distinto carácter - que el que pudiera deberse tanto a la tarjeta como al monitor.
A ver si con esto puedo aportar algo de claridad a la pregunta y con ello alguien puede identificar el problema.....
Consultando con un nº relativamente importante de compañeros, ellos tienen el mismo problema y tampoco saben como resolverlo.

Error in starting Adobe Bridge in Photoshop CS2

I've just installed Photoshop CS2, however upon opening Adobe Bridge this error message appears " The application has failed to start because libagluc28.dll was not found. Reinstalling to application may fix the problem"
I have reinstalled and click repair but to no avail
I followed Adobe Support Knowledgebase solution and run CMD and this appears:
c:Documents and Settings/Jesus M Ferraris>
then i entered the command
cacls c:\windows\installer /T /E /C /G administrators:F
but an error message appears - 'cacls' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or bathc file
I also entered the next command
cacls "c:\documents and setting\all users" /Y /E /C /G administrators:F
still the same error as above appears, Please help, have I miss something or was my procedure correct...

Error Message: Need to purge Cache in Adobe Bridge CC (on PC)

I tried purging using Adobe Bridge by going to Edit/Preferences/Cache then purging, but it becomes non responsive. The error message said the problem files were at Users/(my user name)/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/BridgeCC/Cache. There are 4 files in there that are taking up 124 GB! Can I simply delete these files or will it corrupt my regular files? I tried doing as some other forums suggested and hold the ALT key down when opening Bridge before purging, but no luck.

Yes, you can delete the cache files manually, Just be advised that Bridge will become very, very slow until it finishes rebuilding its caches. Depending on your files, that can take a few minutes or several hours.
A good way of doing it is at night, so you can do it before going to bed and let Bridge rebuild caches overnight.
If you can, save the cache files before deleting them to an external drive, so that you'll have them as backup if something goes wrong.

In adobe bridge in Tools menu below the cache submenu it only says "process collections in Photoshop". It does not give me the option to "load images in layers is Photoshop"

If all the items do not appear, consider resetting Bridge Preferences.
Close Bridge, hold down Command-Option-Shift (PC: Control-Alt-Shift) and then launch Bridge again. A dialog will appear asking what you want to do. Turn on the Reset Preferences checkbox and click OK. Now when Bridge appears, the preferences are factory-fresh.

i work in advertising agency Made by Vaculik (formerly Vaculik Advertising), we are located in Europe/Slovakia/Bratislava and we was using Adobe Bridge since CS2 release. CS3 was longest used and we was VERY satisfied with its technology. Creative, graphics and DTP department worked closely on each project, every save was synchronized with our server with name of user etc. It was much better environment than find latest version on someone's computer. But since CS6 it is not longer supported internal servers, only cloud engine. We are ad agency that primarily sells ideas and we simply cannot store our data on external servers, so i and my collegaues are VERY surprised that this technology was changed to different target group. We was probably first bigger agency who used this technology in Czech and Slovak republic and nowadays we are searching for similar solutions for our needs, but for example we are preparing really some YEARS to implement Alfresco with JIRA, but it got many problems. So what Adobe, really we are only agency in the world who missed Bridge to use with our internal servers? Cheers.

Adobe Bridge in Photoshop - How to install Bridge and camera raw? And what is it all about?

Hi everyone! I am actually in love with this adobe photoshop. I used PSCS2 before, but later on upgraded to CS4. But I feel tired in upgrading to CS5.
One time, I found a tutorial in youtube about camera raw, and would really want to use it. But I was wondering how to install the camera raw. I believe camera raw is a plugin? so I downloaded the plugin here, installed it in my PS. I downloaded a file Camera Raw.8bi and paste it on my C drive - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS4\Plug-ins\File Formats.
I now am very confused, how will I open it? I do not have adobe bridge! After I installed the camera raw, I opened my PS. I clicked the file>then browse in bridge. I had an error, it's "error 2 photoshop11 undefined". Which is what I thought, I might have done something wrong with installing it.
My question is, do you still need adobe bridge installed in order to use camera raw?
If yes, how does it work? How am I suppose to open camera raw?
If no, how am I going to open camera raw without bridge?
And also, where will I download adobe bridge? I cannot find one here for CS4, only adobe bridge for CS5. I am wondering, is it okay to install adobe bridge CS5 and use it with my PS CS4?

Set file type associations in Adobe Bridge for Photoshop CS6

Is there a way I can edit the registry so that in Adobe Bridge, under edit, preferences, file type associations, the jpg extension is forced to use the 32-bit version of Photoshop? I can do it manually, but is there a registry key i can export to apply it to multiple computers?

Yes, in theory, but it is generally not recommended. But that location would depend on what OS you are on. Adobe Bridge Always Opens CS2

Recent thunderstorn activity caused several rapid cycling of power on and off to my computer. Now have some change in behavior as how Adobe Bridge and PhotoShop CS2 interact. Previously I could open Bridge (ver. 1.0.4.6) as a standalone app and make my raw edits. Now upon trying to open Bridge, CS2 always opens first and then Bridge. CS2 always remains in the background. I am not able to open Bridge as atandalone. While this is not a major problem, it is certainly different from the workflow to which I was accustomed. I reinstalled Bridge and ACR 3.7 but same symptons present. Should I reinstall CS2? Any ideas??

I never had CS2, but in CS3 open PS and in the preferences section there is an option to "start Bridge on login". I don't recall an option to start PS at startup.
Might check the OS startup preferences.
If all else fails you can reset the preferences for Bridge and Photoshop. Believe for CS2 you have to press and hold down the ctrl + alt + shift while clicking on icon to start program.

Adobe Bridge CS3 windows error

Hi,
When I open Bridge cs3 on its own after a few seconds the window banner comes up. Adobe bridge has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for any inconvenience. The same happens if I try to open bridge from within Photoshop cs3
I can still work in the programme ok and move the windows error aside, I would like to fix the problem, Tried to debug but the programme just closes.
I use windows xp pro with all the latest updates that are available.
have any others experienced this problem and how to fix it.

Go to Edit > Prefs > Enable Version Cue. Once you do
that look in the lower left corner of the flash
application - you should see "Open" with an arrow. Clicking
on it will popup "Reveal in Bridge" button.

Adobe Bridge is a part of Photoshop and will be removed once you uninstall the existing version Photoshop. In other words, if you uninstall PS CS5, Br CS5 will also be removed.
