Adobe CC Availability in Panama

Since I searched / contacted and got no answer I'll ask here:
I have a design company in Panama, and we are willing to purchase some "Adobe Creative Cloud" for Teams accounts.
The issue: Not availability online for the country, and resellers' fees here are too high. About $40 plus the $69 that is the service's value.
Will it be available to our country any time soon?

I know there are resellers here in Panamá, however there are a few issues, and it would be a lot more expensive to hire them, that for us to pay directly to you.
Paying a reseller $40/mo extra for each user while we could pay by using a credit card is just bad business. Not to mention the lack of professionalism of some of those companies. One couldn't even write me in a regular average grammar, and other one called me 4 times in 2 days to ask me the same thing.
Also I'm professor in a local University and I have to contact one of those every week because they are running wrong the University's account, but that's other topic.
Anyway, I run a professional company, and I expect professional providers. I can't hire for my business resellers which managers can't even write good spanish, nor companies which call center have no idea who they are calling.
What would I have to do in order to hire Adobe directly? If I get a US bank issued Credit Card would I be able to hire your services?

I encountered the same issue. You (in theory) would simply update the APK file. Find the AndroidManifest.xml

recompile, package, deploy.
NOTE: I have not been able to get this to actually work LIVE in the play store where I have had some success with actually putting it on my device. I can get the app store to say that it is compatabile on small/medium/large/xlarge screens, teasing me with joy prior to the error I get when I attempt to install that the item is "not properly signed". This could be something with the META_INF xml file, the version of JDK and apktools or jarsign I am using, I certainly dont know... yet, but after about 10+ hours I am fairly certain of one thing: Adobe does not want it working on small/medium screens.
(perhaps for good reason...)
If I do come up with a solution I will post. As perhaps a feature request, would be great to have the following in the App builder:
1- Advanced tab
A: allows us to manually enter the
android:versionCode="00000"
android:versionName="0.0.0.0.0"
B: allows us to change
<supports-screens android:smallScreens="true" android:normalScreens="true" android:largeScreens="true" android:xlargeScreens="true" />
values.

Adobe Support Availability Questions and Feedback

I am currently having an issue with Adobe Shape not saving/syncing to my CC Library, on a Saturday evening here in the U.S.A. I decided to contact Adobe Support. After navigating to this page:
I clicked on chat as was recommended. I tried to be more specific about Adobe Shape, but when I clicked on choose a different product, it just looped me back to the start. (At the start, though many other mobile apps were available to select, neither Adobe Shape, nor Shape, was available.)
After waiting for almost an hour in queue, I was informed that I was chatting with the installation dept, and should try chatting again during business hours, as chatting about troubleshooting a specific issue or product is not available during non-business hours.
If this is indeed the case, then why was Chat recommended to me after I selected troubleshooting? Why is there no mention of this on any of your support pages? Displaying this fact somewhere in your Support pages might greatly shorten your weekend and night queues greatly.
I'm also wondering, is this is a policy change? I do seem to vaguely recall getting support through chat for specific issues during off hours in the past.

For those wondering, the folios shown are the exact same folios as were published for iOS. We didn't make any content changes at all in building the app.
In general everything works well but we did learn a few tips along the way. The most important: if you are adding a web overlay to your folio and intend to use it on other platforms make sure to check the "scale content to fit" option. Otherwise when it shows up on a device that will scale the folio to fit the screen (like Windows and Android) the web content won't be scaled and will look somewhat... odd. We have ideas to make this at least a little better in future releases, but the best thing you can do from a content authoring perspective is to check that scale to fit option!
Don't forget to pin the app to your start screen to check out the sweet live tile action too.

Microsoft has recently expanded the marketplace around the world.
Sadly, most developers still don't know they need to update their applications to make them available in those countries.
And the adobe reader is not an exception.. I really need this application and it would be great to get it again.

Thanks, but no luck. Adobe Reader Get Info does not show a Rosetta option. I also downloaded the latest version of Quicktime, at the suggestion of the Adobe knowledgebase. That failed as well.

Isn't Adobe Color available for use with desktop applications?? It looks like Adobe Kuler has NOT been replaced with Adobe Color - It has been Deleted!

It looks like the new Adobe Color is for iPad / iPhone only. Why isn't it available for desktop use like Kuler?
Kuler server seems to have been turned off. Why? Kuler and colour themes were very useful.

Adobe "greyscale" available through Lightroom 5.4 or CC 'Basic Panel, B&W'?

Does "Black and White" selection In Lightroom 5.4/CC "Basic Panel" completely, fully convert an image to Adobe "Greyscale"? Do not want to create another large file by having to go into PS CC just to 'convert to 'greyscale'. Need to know if all color in files are removed when selecting B&W for publishing purposes, please.

Here's what I just got on four random images;
This is on image 3 but the same thing applies to all of them.
Before;                     brightness 0, contrast 0, blacks 0,
Auto (one image)       brightness 23, contrast 10, blacks 6,
Group, sync on          brightness 23, contrast 10, blacks 5,
is auto still lit?                 YES
Apply auto again        brightness 23, contrast 10, blacks 6,
Point one is that the AUTO button is still lit after being applied. ?
Point 2 is in this case only the blacks are moving, allbeit only one notch I know, but I seem to recall it being a larger number on the other files I was trying it with and it varies from image to image as I recall.
The same thing seems to happen with the other auto button in DEVELOP, HSL / Color / B&W but the differences seem more noticable there, but there's more of them...
