Adobe CC cancellation did not go through

Hello everyone.  I cancelled my subscription on June 19th, 2014 through the website, which was set to renew on the 20th.  A few minutes later I received an email saying my subscription has transitioned from paid to free, suggesting to me that it worked, and my account management showed no active subscriptions.  Today (the 21st) I received an email indicating that my subscription had been renewed, against my wishes, and at the higher rate of pay to my initial student pricing.  Needless to say I have been trying to contact Adobe to dispute this, but all links to any support email either give an html error, or redirect me to the Contact Customer Support page which does not work.  When you try to select any product, it says "Sorry.  No data available for this product at this time."  Nowhere to be found is any other contact information, so I am resorting to the forums.
I like Adobe, and I had been planning on reactivating my subscription in the future, but I am concerned that I can be charged money randomly, that it appears to be impossible to reliably cancel your subscription, and that it is so difficult to receive customer service.  This exact same issue has occurred for other users as well, seen here:  https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1372084
In summary, I would like to please have my subscription cancelled, and for the latest payment taken against my explicit wishes to be reversed as I was well within the time limits set by my subscription, I would forward the email as evidence but there is no given way for me to contact support.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give, and I don't mean for this to sound overly angry, I just was taken aback by the charges today.

That is very interesting, thanks John.  The link you gave actually works as customer support.  The link I could navigate to from my account by clicking on "Customer Support" leads to https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/contact.html?product=creative-cloud and there the second drop-down menu doesn't work.  I'm not sure if this is a problem with the website or I am simply missing something, but somehow yours worked.  I will try that out.

    Are you able to email from Mail with those two accounts?  If so:
    1 - go to iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete both accounts. Now add them back and try again.
    2 - a better solution IMO is to set Mail as the email client for iPhoto is iPhoto's General preference pane.  This gives you better access to your contacts, a sent copy of all emails and, if you want a layout similar to iPhoto's, photo layouts located in Mail's stationary.

    Since I updated my iphone none of my music that I did not purchase through itunes no longer works on my iphone.  It is weird, the music is on the iphone but in gray and the iphone does not recognize it.  The only songs that I could play are my songs that I downloaded on my phone that were purchased through itunes. 
    Another error: When I purchase a new song on itunes it doesn't put the song in my purchased playlist like it used too.  In order for me to play that song I just purchased I have to go back to the itunes store and play it directly from the place I purchased it from which is super annoying.
    Frankly I am really disappointed with the constant errors from upgrades that should be "Up grades" Not "down grades".  Not sure why is going on but not seems to work the same anymore.  Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with my iphone music?

    I am desperate right now. I'm not sure if I got myself into some real trouble since I got the in-app and it works fine, but the purchase did not show up. It usually asks ms if I want to pay 2.99 and I would press "yes," but this time it did not ask and I feel like I got this app without paying for it. please any advice!?

    I was not aware that ctrl+s no longer works in reader and closed the PDF after savign it(with ctrl+s). However ,the data is lost and there seems to be no way to recover it.
    I cannot find any temp files created by Reader on my system.
    Also to my surprize(and shock), the reader did not even show a warning before closing the PDF. Does anybody know if/where can I recover the file from?

    Are you using Adobe Reader XI? And not Acrobat. It does not ask me to save the form if there are unsaved changes.
    I have used previous versions of reader for saving this form data and it did allow me to save it with ctrl+s. And those versions did prompt me to save the changes before closing.
    I guess I should not have updated the reader.

    Then your family members will probably have bought their ipads with a data plan from some phone company like AT&T in the States. Maybe they even got it "sponsored", because they bought a data plan with it.
    If you bought your "iPad only" from a hardware seller, you will have to get a data plan from some phone company. Seems like you only bougth the hardware! You can still use your ipad, however, and if you have an iPhone, you do not even need a sim card in your iPad, because it can use your iPhone's data plan.
    That is what I did. I save the extra money for the 3G version, because with an iPhone 4 there is no need for an own sim Card in an iPad.
    But that is another topic.

    This is all very confusing and frustrating. You recommended that I install the latest updates for:
    1. Shockwave Flash security (but do not tell me the number for the latest update)
    2. Java Plug-In version 1.6.0_07
    3. Flash version 10.0
    However, you do not tell me how install these. I also woke up early so I could access your Chat service from 6:00 - 7:00 am Pacific time but it is not available. I have also not been able to find a contact phone number to get my problem resolved. I regularly purchase on ebay and have had this problem for all 3 purchases I made in the last week. I need to purchase several other items in the next few weeks before I leave the country for 2 months. I need to get this problem resolved immediately.     Try rebuilding your iPhoto library. Directions are simple Rebuilding the iPhoto library. Please post back after doing the rebuild and then re-testing.
