Adobe CC install OS X fail
I work for a company that has enterprise version of CC and we've made several packages to do a CC at a remote office, every time it fails during/right after running scripts.
I've done the "uninstall all CS/CC" and run the CC Cleaner. still failing.
I've checked the logs and looked up error dw040 and exit code 33. followed the steps of removing folders under /Library/Application Support/Adobe, and ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe.
Nothing is working, it still errors out and starting to kinda irk me. can anyone help?

なので、CDの問題ではないような気もします。（ひょっとしたら、そのパソコンのCDの読み込みがよくないのかもしれませんが）

When i try installing photoshop from adobe creative cloud it says: fail on update, try again, i try again and says the same, any help?

Install of Adobe Flash Builder 4.5 fails
Installation of Adobe Flash Builder 4.5 fails with 3 warnings and 4 errors.
Attatched are the errors presented in the log.
Some Google searches suggested uninstalling both the Flash plugin and ActiveX controls and/or rebooting to troubleshoot the installtion. Neither solution worked for me.
I have also uninstalled the previous version of Flash Builder (FB4) even though there was supposedly no conflict betweent the two.
Adobe support suggested creating a "webcase;" anyone know where I can do that?

I bought an Adobe photoshop elements 12 and successfully installed. I failed to activate as it said I am offline whereas I am online. I tried offline activation but failed. Could someome help me? Thanks

Adobe Muse CC (2014) - Installation Fails, then Finishes, but no application.
I'm having trouble installing Muse. the installer gets to 84% and fails.
I've uninstalled, repaired permissions, booted from repair partition and repaired, zapped PRAM and then tried them all again twice, but it still doesn't install.

After clicking on "Retry" multiple times, it eventually installs, but the application is not in my Application folder and is nowhere to be found. I quit the Creative cloud app and relaunch it after a "Successful Install'" but the application isn't installed and the CC app shows that I need to upgrade it.
Muse CC shows up as installed even though I uninstalled it.
I've updated it several times, but it still will either fail, or finish and not actually install anything.
** UPDATE **
Tried installing on another computer. while the install said it failed, the application appeared in the application folder and it worked. It failed at 84-85% and apparently the uninstaller wasn't installed. I copied the Muse CC 2014 folder to my machine, restarted the creative cloud app and everything works. no idea why the CC app fail to install Muse, but the act of uninstalling it the first time removed my ability to reinstall Muse. It's working now but was a pain.Same thing here. Will have to work with ver. 7.4 until you guys figure out what the issue is. Please let me know how to resolve.
This update installation process is completely different from previous ones where updates would install within Muse application; this update takes you to Adobe application website - offers "Download" of Muse 2014. This is confusing to me...does this mean download a completely new Muse or install an update? Clicking download offers me all CC applications "Try, try, try" etc. or, for Muse to "Install". Clicking install eventually brought me to OP's issue above.

Adobe CS4 Install freezes at "Preparing to Install..." on Vista
I am trying to install Adobe CS4 for the first time (it's not an upgrade) from DVD on Vista (all the latest updates are installed; Windows Update has nothing more to do). The Vista install is also pretty fresh, although I have installed a few things. The CS4 install starts and I get a "Preparing to Install..." message. But, that's it. It's stuck there indefinitely.
I have disable my antivirus software, tried to use AdobeSupportAdvisor (but it doesn't seem to be able to determine that an install has been attempted), and been working through everything on

to no avail. I get the same behavior no matter what I try.
Any suggestions are very much appreciated.OK, I got it to install. I think what happened was really simple and stupid on my part, but I can't really say for sure because I didn't get any such info from the CS4 install program. I had an upgrade version and I was installing on a new computer. So, possibly the CS4 installer was looking for a previous version.
Anyway, here's what I did:
1. I noticed that in spite of the install not appearing to get anywhere, there were some CS4 components installed. I removed them via the usual Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs routine.
2. Install CS3.
3. Install CS4.
Worked just fine.
So, my only suggestions are:
1. If you have an upgrade version, install the version from which you are upgrading first.
2. If you had this install failure, it might help if you uninstall whatever got installed during the failed attempt(s).
Simple and obvious, I suppose, but it did get the install working. -
I have not been able to reinstall Acrobat Pro on my laptop. I have Suite 6 Design & Web Premium on my HP laptop. I have Windows 7 operating system. All of a sudden Acrobat Pro will not open so I uninstalled and tried to reinstall the program.

I have adobe reader installed on my Macbook Pro and also Adobe flashplayer installed. I am not anble to see any video from the net, news feeds, or anything like that on my computer. I cannot print off certificates that I need all it does when I attempt to print the certificate is that it shows that it is loading and comes back and tells me there was an error in loading the information.
