Adobe CC Membership Cancellation/Reactivation

On January 12th, 2015, I purchased a one year Student subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. My current subscription was set to expire on the 18th of January, 2015. I wanted to wait to activate my new purchase until the expiration date, due to some confusion as to whether or not I was going to pay double for the month of January. So, I wanted till the expiration day, and before I could put in the new code, I received and email saying that $29.99 had been charged to my account for the month of January. Needless to say, I was a little pissed since I had spent $245 for a one year subscription. I was not aware that when you put in the activation code for the one year subscription that it picks up the next month (February) that you have not paid for and goes for a year. Not knowing this, I contacted customer support and they cancelled my subscription for January, and have issued me a refund. After all this happened, I put in my one year activation code thinking that everything had been solved. But now I'm worried that my activation code will be a waste since my plan had been cancelled and it's not showing up in my plans section of my account. Any help as to how to fix this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    If I want to cancel an annual creative cloud membership, I've had for just over a year (renewed on feb 18th 2015), if I cancel it before the first renewed month, (march 18th 2015) will I still be charged the remaining 50% of fees for the year?     I asked about my membership cancelation twice. Twice you told me it's canceled and still I am charged for this. I even got the message that you have renewed my membership: Per your request, we have reactivated your subscription to Creative Cloud. It's a pleasure to welcome you back! Sign in to access all your membership features. - This is nuts. I never asked for this and I want my money back. This is the third time I ask for this here at forums since chat is always dead. It's not funny anymore. Cancel my membership and give me back my money.

    And yeah - I can't call you because I live in Russia, so please just do this.

    If it asks for an activation to activate the develop, it must be a CC version installed. If you use a CC version you have to pay you for your selected plan like monthly or annually.
    If you should have the stand-alone version because you don't have/want a CC plan, then you probably have installed the wrong version - the CC instead of the stand-alone.

    Do you mean Acrobat subscription by Script pro monthly ?
    Is unlimited app subscription referring to CC ?
    If that is the case, then you can use the Acrobat 11 pro present in CC & not use the acrobat subscription.

    My goal is to build a projector that plays on a local PC, but Flash CC doesn't create projectors (except through some elaborate AIR route).  So, I need to download Flash CS6 apparently to build the .exe without going through AIR.
    Can I download Flash CS6 using Adobe CC membership?  I had read on board postings about 4 months ago that this was an option. But I don't see the option anymore.  Has Adobe changed this?  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

    The CC has been activated twice on
    Dec 8, 2013 & Jun 17, 2014
    You need to deactivate it from PC,
    When you install it on the third computer or for the third time & when you to activate it, if it installed & activated already twice, there will be an option of deactivating it from the previous computers, please click on that.(To deactivate from preinstalled machine, Open any Adobe CC application > Help Menu > Signout.)
    Next it will allow you to activate on your new machine,
    Now you can go back to your first computer, log out & log back in of Desktopp CC App, launch any product, if there is any product to buy, in that prompt there will be an option to " license the software", please click on that & sign in.
    It will reactivate the CC on the first machine.
    You have already deactivated it from one machine, hence you can activate it on third computer.

  • Adobe CS5 production premium "doesn't" qualify for new Adobe cc membership discount, WHY?

    Hi All,
       I have tried to qualify for the Adobe CC membership discount using my CS5 production premium serial number and the website is telling me that I do not qualify.
    However on reading the terms and conditions it stipulates anyone from CS3 and above can get the discount. Not only that the adobe live chat is only for paid memberships so I cant talk to anyone until I pay... frustration.
    Can anyone clarify this situation at all?

    The support people keep asking me to direct call adobe support. I´ve bought my subscription through Brazil´s Adobe Store, that doesn´t sound correct for me.
