Adobe CC Problems - Account Issue

So ive been paying for an adobe cc account since last year, around september 2013 if i remember correctly. Everything has been running smoothly today. After having watched many adobe muse tutorials over the past few weeks, I decided that it was time to start on a project centered around webdesign, and I received a fun notice saying I was in a trial? From my understand my student account had everything already, so I checked my account status, and it said my account was a free account???!!!
I have credit card statements that reflect the amount ive been paying for many months now.. how is this a free account and whats going on adobe?
Any advice anyone can give me?

I have checked your account and found that there are two accounts in the system probably due to the change in country, this particular post was added using your old Adobe Id which is not subscribed to creative cloud.
Could you try to login to www.creative.adobe.com with your new Adobe ID and you should be able to see the subscription details.

    same problem for me. I am using abe edition 3 as I don't think 4 can be used with kobo. Book has been downloaded to kobo but it can't be read as it is not authorised.Help please

    Error in ZIVA for invoice parking and ZIVB for invoice posting
    my user tying to post the invoice through ZIVB with reference of PO number . So at the time of posting this transaction he is getting error like  Balance not zero: 651.25  debits: 1,378.75  credits: 2,030.00
    that difference amount stands for freight clearing - 651.25
    Before that he was posted to ZIVA for Invoice parking with reference of PO
    Can any body give me suggestion on the same

  • Billing Number Range problem ( accounting document not generated)

    Hi All,
    I have created some billing types and for them I have assigned some internal number ranges. Now when I create a billing document it is getting saved with the proper number range but no accounting document is getting generated.
    Also when I try to release the invoice I am getting an error which says " *Incorrect doc.no.: 10000009. Select document number between 0090000000 and 0099999999* "

              Billing Number Range problem ( accounting document not generated) is not an error because when you create billing document then accounting document not generated. Accounting done after posting of that billing document with VFX3 or VF02 T.Code by account department.
               And for second issue you had define number range between 0090000000 and 0099999999 for invoice so thats why it happen.

    HI Experts,
    We are trying to perform ADS Configuration from ERP(DEV) system  to SOlman Java. One more thing is we already have ADS connection(GSD) from another ABAP system to Solman Java.
    In GSD,ADS is working fine but in DEV System(2nd ADS connection to Solman) we are getting below error when we execute FP_CHECK_DESTINATION SERVICE but we are able to execute FP_TEST_00 and FP_PDF_TEST_00 reports successfully.
    SYSTEM ERROR : com/adobe.processingexception:Problem accessing data from Destination dest :FP_ICF_DATA_DEV//sap/bc/fp/form/layout/FP_FORM_SECURITY_TEST.XDP?fp-language=DE
    My question is:
    1.Is it possible to create 2 ADS connections to one Java System(in my case GSD,DEV ABAP systems trying to connect to Solman Java system via ADS)?
    2.If yes, please tell us how can we rectify the above issue we are facing.
    We didnt miss anythig from the config guide, thus we are able to config GSD perfectly.

    I rechecked roles and found the below roles assigned to the ADSUSER but not generated. i generated and executed the program FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE and now ADS  setup is perfectly working fine.
    Z_ADS_SAP_BC_FP_ICF
    Z_ADS_SAP_BC_FPADS_ICF
    Z_ADS_SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION
    It was a mistake that i forgot to generate roles after copying from one system to another system.
    my problem is solved.

    We have configured ADOBE for separate ABAP server and Java Server.
    But when I am execution report FP_TEST_00 getting below error

    Check your ADS Connection .
    Do one thing
    Go to T-code "SM59"  -  "RFC Destinations (Display/Maintain)"
    select "HTTP Connections to External Server" - > ADS
    Double click there and check the all the settings " Administrations "  ,  Technical setting , Logon and security , Special option .
    Please check the log on and pass word with the help of your SAP BASIS consultant it will work fine .

  • Adobe Edge 3 animations issues with webview on Android v4.1.1 and v4.2.1

    I am developing an Android App using webview (using phonegap/cordova v2.8.1 ) . I used Adobe Edge 3 and generated few animations using SVG images and couple of html pages
    Query #1:    Scaling of image is continously increasing with every orientation change
                 On Nexus 5,  Nexus 7 and Nexus 4 (all with Android version v4.4.2)  the Adobe Edge animations work as expected in my App, however there is one issue when ConfigChanges option in Android manifest file is set to  "orientation|screenSize" used in the main activity of my App to allow it to automatically resize this screen/images when screen orientations between portrait and landscape. This works but image size keeps increasing (never reset to original size) every time change the orientation of my Android device from portrait to landscape and vice versa.
    Is there any issue with Adobe Edge based animations w.r.t to automatically resizing based changes to screen orientation on Android ?
    Query #2:  Images(i.e. symbols) are incorrectly loaded/shown and sometime stage itself is not loaded
        On Samsung Tab 2 (v4.1.1) and Samsung S3 (v4.2.1), the same Android App runs fine, however some images are not loaded randomly, sometimes the image  is blank and sometimes incorrect symbols are overlayed onto the stage1 and stage 2 screens.
      Has body faced similar issues while using Adobe Edge generated animations with webview/phonegap based Android applications ? if yes how it was fixed ?
    This Android  App uses only the two html pages (as stage 1 and 2) and then it loads different symbols (i.e svg images) using hide and show , load composition methods to create animations.
    Let me know if there are any Adobe Edge 3 related issues specific to different version of Android  ...in particular  Android v4.0,  v4.1 and v4.2  ..because the same App works fine on Android v4.3 and v4.4
    I suspect it is due to differences and support available in webview implementations in different versions of Android.
    Any help on this is greatly appreciated !

    Sadly I don't have answers either. I'm not sure what happened but as of the last few days i've been having the same problems. There are also times when my mac mini wont even connect to the base station.
    What I find strange is that my sister has the same airport firmware installed and her machine is unaffected. I'm on hold with apple atm, so we shall see what they can figure out.

    What John said ... and additionally, though these are user-to-user forums, some of their staffers do pop in here (on their own time, we so appreciate it when they do!) and so between the bug/wish-form requests that John linked to, staffers do monitor what goes onto the boards here. And they do fix a ton of things on a constant basis. Every problem that every individual user has? No.
    But with the incredibly complicated software they've created to give us the inter-operability betwixt an ingestion program (Prelude), an NLE (PrPro), a grading program (Speedgrade), an effects program (AeFx), an audio-effects program (Audition), and an out-put rendering program (AME) ... there are unfortunately times when bits & pieces of software between the OS, programs & plugins, video cards & drivers, and add-on or separate modification programs (such as Plural Eyes for instance) can conflict with each other. Some problems have been incredibly difficult for their staffers to duplicate ... and often, until they can duplicate a particular set of complex circumstances they can't see exactly what went wrong in that case ... and understand why it happens ONLY with that specific set of 500 possible variables and no others.
    Some of the re-current problems on here are shared by quite a number of people ... and many of the problems only occur in very rare circumstances ... it takes precisely the right mix of loaded programs, footage, working steps, and hardware for that problem to exist. While that situation is of course incredibly annoying and oft infuriating to those few that have that problem ... by it's very nature, not many do have that problem. So you will hear of it on the boards here in far greater numbers than it occurs as a percentage of the user base.
    And that btw is a given on a user complaint forum, which for most people is what this place is. Past some of us who use it for a learning "facility" not many jump on here unless they've got a problem or complaint. It most people are happy &/simply functioning, they don't post here.

    I've written on this forum about my problem with this, too. Today, being the first of the month (I suppose) evreything comes up saying it is the trial version again. I hit continue trial, but today Acrobat comes back everytime it gets launched asking the same frustrating question. The only advice I was given was to uninstall and reinstall. I've done that more times than I can count since I signed up for Creative Cloud months ago. I also own TS4, and I've wondered if there is some interaction problem there - especially with Acrobat, as it TS4 also comes with that "module" as well as Bridge, Application Manager, etc.
    I *really* wish they would get the bugs out of this whole Creative Cloud licensing thing...

    That sure reads like I pirated the apps that my friend bought, so if that's what you did then simply buy them legally. If it's not what you did then contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues. However, when you do, be sure to explain what you've done more clearly, so it doesn't sound like piracy.

  • Adobe PDF for Goods Issue / Stock

    I've been looking thru the list of available Adobe Forms in SFP, and there are a few for purchasing (MEDRUCK etc) and some for issuing and receipting. I haven't  been able to locate any around the inventory control area.
    It is easy to use adobe forms for Purchase Orders (assigned in Define Message Types for Purchase Order) however it is not clear in configuration where to assign an adobe form for receipts / issues and inventory.
    Has anyone had any luck using adobe forms for these functions or is everyone still using smartforms? Does SAP even support adobe forms for Goods Issues / receipt and pyhsical inventory documents?

    Nomally,  PDF forms are supported for only External documents , since IM related documents are for the companys internal purpose i guess there isnt an option given for PDF forms for them . But there are standard programs which you can use to convert any Spool to PDF  SE38: RSTXPDFT4  .
    Or you can install PDF printer , and get any output in PDF format directly from SAP.
    Or you need your abaper to use OTF in the Print program to gte an outpurt in PDF.
