Adobe CC year membership not transferred to new computer - How do I get it back?

Earlier this year, I company I worked for bought me a year's subscription to Adobe CC. When got a new computer I wanted to transfer the membership, so I signed out of the desktop app on my old computer and installed it (and signed in) on my new machine. Whilst my premium typekit membership has transferred, I was just offered to start a 30 Day Trial of the programmes rather than showing them as purchased.
I looked on my adobe account and there's no evidence of a paid membership there it just says 'free trial version'. Any suggestions on how to get it back? Help much appreciated
