Adobe Cloud aktivierung auf neuem Rechner

Hallo,
ich habe die Cloud abonniert und will Sie auf 2 Rechnern nutzen, Büro und Privat. Ich hatte die Cloud auf beiden Rechnern bereits aktiviert. Nun bin ich in ein anderes Büro umgezogen mit neuem Rechner. Bevor dies geschehen ist, habe ich einen Adobe Mitarbeiter gefragt wie hier vor zu gehen ist, damit ich den neuen Rechner aktivieren kann. Es hies ich müsse mich an dem einen Rechner nur von der Cloud abmelden, gesagt getan. Nun bekomme ich aber auf dem neuen Rechner die Meldung das die Aktivierung nicht möglich ist, da zu viele Rechner verwendet werden. Das stimmt aber nicht, es sind 2, bzw. 1 auf dem ich aktiv angemeldet bin. Die Option "Wiederholen, ich habe mich bereits an einem der Geräte abgemeldet" funktioniert nicht.
Soll ich nun die 2 Option nutzen? "Bei allen anderen Computern oder Geräten abmelden". Und geht dann der zur Zeit einzige private Rechner auch nicht mehr?
Wäre für Hilfe sehr dankbar.

Einfach die "Deactivate all" Funktion nutzen.
Danach sind alle Aktivierungen auf 0 gesetzt. Das ist sozusagen der Status wie nach dem Kauf. Danach einfach an den 2 Rechnern wo die Software installiert werden soll mit Adobe ID und Passwort anmelden. War die Software schon installiert wird ggf. einmal der Login beim Starten einer Applikation verlangt
Wichtig ist das in der Cloud Desktop Anwendung die Anmeldedaten hinterlegt sind.
Das ist der große Vorteil der Cloud - bei allen Lizenzen bis CS6 musste bei nicht erfolgter Deaktivierung der Support ran.

ich habe heute PS CS3 mit Hilfe einer Kollegin (Manja Kügler im Chat) von ihnen auf dem neuen Mac aktiviert, über den Punkt telefonische Aktivierung. Das hat super geklappt.
Mit After Effects CS3 geht das auch, nach ihrer Aussage.
Sie brauchen nur die Sereinnummer und die Aktivierungsnummer. Daraufhin gab sie mir einen Autorisierungscode.
Hier die Seriennummer: 1023-0046-1462-2509-5636-1057 After Effects CS3 professional.
Die Aktivierungsnummer: 2829-1191-0792-9742-4033-2721-6550-4959
Es wäre nett, wenn sie mir die Autorisierungsnummer zusenden können.

Migration geht bei Adobe-Produkten nicht. Die musst Du schon vom Originaldatenträger installieren.
Zudem habe ich Zweifel, dass CS3 mit Deinem neuen Mac und dessen OS kompatibel ist. Da wirst Du wohl upgraden müssen.

Neuinstallation auf neuem Rechner möglich?

Ich habe eine lzensierte Version von Creative 6 Design Standard. Ich habe die Software auf zwei Rechnern installiert. einen dieser Rechner möchte ich aus Alterngründen austauschen, dort die Software löschen. Kann ich auf dem neuen Rechner meine Software wieder installieren? Wen muss ich benachrichtigen oder geschieht das automatisch?

Adobe Cloud: coding auf unterster Ebene

Ich bin jetzt 52 Jahre Alt und benutze Adobe Produkte in meinem Job und Alltag seit den Anfängen von Windows resp. Apple! Dies teils weil die Produkte gut waren oder meistens weil Adobe alles andere aufgekauft hat (siehe Makromedia)
Ich kann behaupten dass Ich als Firmenchef, Designer, Grafiker und was noch Alles 1000de von Euro resp Dollar in den letzten 10-20 Jahren an Adobe abgedrückt habe (rechnet man die Firmen mit die Adobe alle inzwischen aufgekauft hatt)
Ich hab jetzt ein Cloud Abbo auf meinen Namen laufen, mehrer Suits Nenn ich mein eigen und in dem Gymnasium wo Ich arbeite 100te von Adobe Lizensen eingeführt.
Das was Adobe sich in letzter Zeit auf coding Ebene leistet, Hauptsächlich der "Adobe Application Manager" zeugt von einem Dilettantismus, einem Unvermögen Sauber zu programmieren wie es auf Ebene solch einer grossen Firma, Marketleader noch NIE gegeben hat!
Ich habe die ganze Suite mehrmals komplett von meinem System genommen, das System läuft sauber und stabil. Sobald Ich die einzelnen Elemente "Photoshop, Dreamweaver usw über den Manager installiere crasht regelmässig mein System oder wird extrem langsam!
Ich erinnere nur an den offenen Brief von Steve Jobs (nein, Ich bin kein Apple Jünger) an Adobe vor ein paar Jahren. Ich zahle eine Monatliche Gebühr und muss arbeiten um meine Familie zu ernähren, ADOBE!

Ja, wissen wir doch. Schön, dass wir mal drüber gesprochen haben.

Neuinstallaton Studio 8 auf neuem Rechner

Hallo,
in älteren Studio Version konnte man ja die aktuelle
Installation über einen
Menüpunkt deaktivieren um den "Installationszähler"
zurückzusetzen. Wie
mache ich das denn bei Studio 8? Ich brauche eine
grössere Platte u. möchte
dabei gleich mein Notebook neu aufsetzen.
Kann ich einfach nochmal installieren? Oder gibt es da
irgendwo ein
verstecktes Menü?

hallo zusammen,
Ich habe nun einige Neuigkeiten. Es scheint, unter anderem, ein problem mit der Auflösung zu sein. Ich denke dass die Adobe CC Programme nicht (noch nicht hoffe ich) mit der hohen auflösung klar kommen. Ich habe als Zweitblidschirm einen Eizo CG24W mit einer Auflösung von 1920x1280. Auf diesem laufen die Programme flüssiger. Jedenfalls ist mir das bei Illustrator CC aufgefallen.
Was jedoch das Ruckel der Einstellungsebenen angeht, da habe ich keine Lösung. Die Einstellungen sind immer noch mit einer Verzögerung.
Ich habe mittlerweile schon mit einigen CC Programmen gearbeitet und ich muss sagen, es geht. Flüssig ist jedoch anders und wirklich spass macht es so natürlich auch nicht
Ich muss zugeben, dass ich entäuscht bin vom neuen Imac. Da kauft man sich ein solch teures Gerät und leistet sich auch noch zusätzliche updates wie RAM, eine schneller Grafikkarte und schnelleren Prozessor, und schlussendlich arbeitet man noch langsamer als mit einem 8 Jahre alten Windows Gerät.
Ich hoffe natürlich, dass es noch Lösungen gib. Evtl. liegt es doch an einer Einstellung des Systems oder es werden Updates von Adobe und oder Apple geliefert, die diese Probleme lösen. (ich habe alle aktuellen Updates instelliert)
Wirklich schade. Mit der aktuellen Situation, kann ich den Imac 5k Yosemite nicht für grafische und photografische Arbeiten empfehlen.

Adobe Cloud auf einem zweiten Computer

Ich habe die Adobe Cloud von meiner Arbeit. Es wurde mir gesagt, dass ich die Cloud ein zweites mal auf meinem privaten Computer installieren kann. Wie geht das?

Adobe Air lässt sich auf meinem Rechner nicht installieren

Hallo!
Leider lässt sich auf meinem Rechner Adobe Air nicht insatllieren, ich bitte dringend um Hilfe.
Folgende Vorgehensweise habe ich angewandt.
Adobe Air von folgender Site heruntergeladen. http://get.adobe.com/de/air/
Die installationsroutine durch Doppelklick auf die heruntergeladene Datei gestartet.
Danach öffnet sich das Installationsfenster, Aufforderung zur Zustimmung erscheint.
Zustimmung erteilt.
Dann läuft die Installation, ca. 2 bis 3 sec.
Dann erscheint die Meldung: Installation erfolgreich durchgeführt.
Wenn ich dann versuche ein Programm welches Adobe benötigt zu öffnen, erscheint die Meldung das dieses Programm Adobe Air benötigt, Adobe Air wurde nicht gefunden.
Wenn ich dann in das Verzeichnis gehe C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0 und die Setup.exe ausführe eschein folgende Meldung..... Could not access network location (computed).
Die Install Log habe ich auch ausfindig gemacht leider kann ich nicht ganz viel damit anfangen.
Wie kann ich die Install Log hier einfügen?

Adobe Cloud App Problems

Cannot sign into adobe cloud app. Will sign in and then kick me right out. I can on the web but the app will not work. Ive tried uninstalling it and installing it again but still nothing has worked. Any help will be appreciated thank you .

I have the Adobe Cloud downloaded on my desktop and have used the Photoshop program. I also purchased it so I can continue using it. At this time, I am unable to open my photoshop documents for further editing. It says I have already purchased a plan for it so I should have access.

Please try to log out & then sign back in of the CC desktop app , or launch Photoshop, click on " licenses this agreement & sign with the Adobe ID .
It should work, or else you can contact Adobe support.

Adobe cloud - opens to blank white window

just downloaded the adobe cloud for the first time. 30 day trial opens to blank white screen everytime, I can't try any programs. Thanks

I have the same issue.
Downloaded and installed CC ok.
Start CC and all I get is the CC banner at top of screen with cog symbol.
Rest of screen is white, blue circle goes round and round for few seconds while loading then disappears.
The only options when click on cog is Help, Pin to Notification area & Quit.
Have tried running as admin - no good.
Have tried renaming odm.db to odb_old.db - no good.
this is on desktop.
i signed up for the PS & LR package.
