Adobe Cloud löscht Dateien

Hallo allerseits,
ich nutze nun seit rund 2,5 Monaten die Adobe CC und versuche mich eigentlich immer mit allen neuen Funktionen anzufreunden. So nutze ich auch seit dem Start der Dateisynchronisierung diese um meine Projekte in dem Synch-Ordner der Cloud zu lagern und zu bearbeiten. In der Idee ganz praktisch: auf der Arbeit bearbeiten, im Home-Office immer aktuell und natürlich umgekehrt.
Für private Projekte klappt das mit einem riesiegen Team auch in der Dropbox komplett fehlerfrei – die Adobe Version aber hingegen löscht einfach mal ganz wilkürlich vereinzelte Dateien oder hält die Synch. komplett an, meist weil er mit den .idlk Dateien ständig im Konflikt steht. Aber nicht nur die Wiederherstellungsdateien der einzelnen Programme sind ein Problem, auch .pdf, .eps, oder ganz einfach Ordner verursachen gelegentlich Probleme oder verschwinden urplötzlich.
Erst heute wieder könnte ich an die Decke gehen weil die Cloud mir vor ca. 20 Minuten mal wieder freundlich mitteilte, das eine nicht ganz unkomplex von Hand erstellte Illustrator-Datei entfernt wurde. Ich frage mich nur warum? Ich arbeitete derzeit in InDesign und habe die Datei außer über die Verlinkung in das .indd nicht berührt.
Hat noch jemand ähnliche Probleme?
Betriebssystem Mac OS X 10.9, CC auf aktuellstem Stand.

    Ja du hast recht es ist nur eine Lizenz die aber auf zwei Rechnern wie erlaubt genutzt wird das Problem besteht leider weiterhin das der Rechner  A (PC Windows) die Daten empfängt die vom iPad gesendet werden und der Rechner B (Mac OS 10.10.3) die Daten nicht  empfängt. Da ich in neun von zehn Fällen am Mac arbeite hätte ich gerne die Datei auf dem Mac und nicht auf dem PC.
    Zwischenzeitlich habe ich auch das Passwort für die Cloud geändert und somit den PC aus dem Procedere ausgeschlossen trotzdem funktioniert das Übertragen der Dateien an den Mac nicht.
    Auch die neue Installation aller  beteiligte  Software hat bisher nicht geholfen.

    I have the Adobe Cloud downloaded on my desktop and have used the Photoshop program. I also purchased it so I can continue using it. At this time, I am unable to open my photoshop documents for further editing. It says I have already purchased a plan for it so I should have access.

    Please try to log out & then sign back in of the CC desktop app , or launch Photoshop, click on " licenses this agreement & sign with the Adobe ID .
    It should work, or else you can contact Adobe support.

    It works the same way like you installed on your work machine. Simply login to https://creative.adobe.com/ and download the desired CC applications of your machine.

  • Adobe cloud - opens to blank white window

    just downloaded the adobe cloud for the first time.  30 day trial opens to blank white screen everytime, I can't try any programs.  Thanks

    I have the same issue.
    Downloaded and installed CC ok.
    Start CC and all I get is the CC banner at top of screen with cog symbol.
    Rest of screen is white, blue circle goes round and round for few seconds while loading then disappears.
    The only options when click on cog is Help, Pin to Notification area & Quit.
    Have tried running as admin - no good.
    Have tried renaming odm.db to odb_old.db - no good.
    this is on desktop.
    i signed up for the PS & LR package.

  • Adobe cloud tries to load addon which I have deleted in Extension manager

    when Adobe Cloud starts it tries to load an application (Edge FX lite) that I have deleted in Adobe Extension Manager cc. I get the error message ' unable to install the addon EdgeFX lite  error 603. How do I stop this?
    Also in Adobe Exchange in 'My Stuff'  there are showing addons which I have removed in Adobe extension Manager cc which I would like to be removed from this listing as I will never use them, but if I right click to uninstall I fail to get rid of them.

    Apologies, without making the assumption that you are signed in
    1) Go to https://creative.adobe.com/addons/
    2) In the top right hand corner select sign in and enter your Adobe ID and password
    3) Once logged in, on the center of the screen at the left hand side, select the link 'All your purchases and shared items'
    4) You will then be taken to a page that is the equivalent of your My Stuff panel.
    5) You can then install individual add-ons/extensions.

    Adobe cloud has lost connection with the server, can't get adobe cloud to work so I can re-install photoshop to fix a corrupted DLL file.

    *Adding new items/removing orphans*
    Try iTunes Folder Watch or iTunes Library Updater. Folder Watch is much faster on the adding files front, can be set to run in the background and includes a useful exclusion feature, however it’s slow at removing orphans. iTLU is better for this although doing it manually after looking at a list of proposed removals generated by Folder Watch is probably faster still. iTLU can also be set to update iTunes when you've used 3rd party tools to change tag info.
    You may need to amend the list of file types these programs look for. My list includes:
    .mp3 .mp4 .m4a .m4b .m4p .m4v .mov .wav .aif .mid .ipa .ipg .ite .itlp .m4r .pdf
    Note the last 6 types may not be recognised as already being in the library so should either be omitted from the search or you can add (at least for Folder Watch) individual exclusions for files you know are already in your library.
