You can get the latest version of Firefox 3.6 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
You can trash Firefox 4.0 then re-install Firefox 3.6, it will use your existing bookmarks, passwords etc

It's one Cloud membership per Adobe ID. New membership = new Adobe ID.
However, one Cloud membership entitles you to install and activate the software on up to two devices at the same time.
On your second computer, sign in to creative.adobe.com with your Adobe ID, download the Cloud desktop app then download the software.

Hi, I would like to pay an annual membership for adobe cloud and all its products. Will I be able to use the products on multiple machines or do I have to download the programs specifically on one?
Obviously I would like to develop on a powerful pc and perhaps a mac too and obviously my laptop. Oh and I live in Spain so I hope there is an option for me to change the language to English.
Oh - I would like CS6 not the new flash CC is there an option of version download?

Recently purchased the creative cloud membership for students, but all the applications I download run as trials? why is this happening?

I recently purchased the creative cloud student license for one year. After installing the desktop CC app, and downloading the CC 2014 softwares, they open up and require licensing / can be run only as trials. Why is this happening and how can I get the full softwares?

I continuously get a Firefox pop-up saying that there are missing plug-ins. This seems to be the Adobe Flash Player and the installation fails when I click on the button. I've installed it manually but Firefox still gives the pop-up. Very frustrating.

Help: Photoshop CS4, Opens Adobe Help Website Automatically. Stuck in a loop.

Hello there!
I am having an issue with Adobe Photoshop CS4 (part of Creative Suite Web edition). Any action, including switching to the Photoshop windows automatically swaps out to Firefox and opens the Adobe help website.
My current action was converting a pentool path to a selection when the problem began.
I'm using Windows 7 on a PC. Any help on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there and thank you for responding. :-)
I chose poor wording. I wasn't using a predefined action when the problem started. I used the pen tool to create a path and then right clicked to open the drop down, selected make selection and the error occured when the make selection dialogue box opened.
The Adobe help site then opened in Firefox. Returning to Photoshop, even just by alt-tab swapping back resulted in the help site opening again.
Ultimaty, I didn't find a solution, and used the task manager to force Photoshop to quit/crash.
I've had the error pop up once or twice before, but it is infrequent. I'd just like to try to find a preventitive method or solution, as so far, any time it's started, the only thing I can do is force Photoshop to quit completely.
I'm very sorry that I can't provide screenshots, but I hope that the explaination and additional system informaion might help.

I don't know if this will be of any help, but my hardware setup is as follows
Wacom Intuos 4 Tablet and Grip Pen Stylus. (The standard pen which is included with the tablet.)
Processor: Dual Intel Core i7 CPR 920 @ 2.67 GHZ
RAM: 12.0 GB
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, 64 Bit
Graphics Card: Dual Nvidia Gforce 9800

I have an iphone 4s, OS 4.1.1. I am having issues with my messenger. When I have a message open I will see a new text come through and then it disappears. I have to close out of my messenger entirely and reopen it. Once I reopen the message the text reappears. Any suggestions? Also, if I get a new message and there is only one unopened message in my inbox and I open my messenger it automatically opens that message. Any way to fix this so that I decide when I want to open a certain message?

There are several possible reasons that messages seem to 'disappear'.
There are two types of email accounts: IMAP and POP. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/glossary-terms-including-types-accounts
If you have a POP account and are accessing the mail on more than one computer or smartphone, whichever device reads (downloads) the message first will have it locally, but it will no longer be listed or available on the other devices.
If you have an IMAP account, the message stays on the server, but if one device (user) moves or deletes the message, it will affect the view on all devices. So, for example, if you are using your smartphone and take some action on an email, when you get back to your computer, it will reflect that same action (but you might not have realized what caused it).
Sometimes the index of a mail folder (.msf) will get corrupted. If you right click on the name of the folder and select Properties, a 'Folder Properties' window will open. Select 'Repair Folder'. This may take care of the problem.
Another, less likely, reason for messages not to show up in your inbox is having the preference set to show only unread or recent messages. Then once you read them they seem to disappear.
If you are still having problems, please look at the following items and respond with the information.
1) What operating system do you use (Win8, MAC, Linux, etc)?
2) Are you using IMAP or POP?
3) If your mail server has a browser interface (web mail access such as mail.google.com), do the messages show up there?
4) Right click on the folder in question and select Properties.
a) Number of messages?
b) Size on disk?
5) Left click on the account name; View settings for this account; highlight Server settings;
What choices are marked under "When I delete a message"?
6) What, if any, antivirus program do you have installed?

How can I re-install iWork using my software download key? I didn't purchase the CDs and am very frustrated. Help !!

I have had to re-image my IMAC 3x now due to poor performance. Every time, I have to reinstall iWork using my software download key - and for some reason, I cannot find where to do that on the Apple website. Can anyone help ? and if you can't, anyone want to buy a 4 year old iMac ??

Did you do this download at the Apple Online Store? If so then you can examine the information in your account including invoices of prior purchases. Perhaps you'll find it there. You can also locate all your prior product registrations that you've made starting here.

I keep getting drop down messages about updates for my MacBook Pro. These have to do with iphoto, updates that I could care less about. How do I keep these from popping up, with out taking the update. The drop down is very frustrating.
