Adobe compatibility with PS3

Does anybody know which adobe product I should get for my PS3? If so, please reply to [email protected]

Greg,
This forum works via posts. We discourage replies by email so that
everyone can learn from your question and answer.
If by PS3 you mean Playstation 3, then I'm afraid that no version of any
Adobe application runs on the Playstation platform to the best of my
knowledge.
If you wish to request that Adobe support this platform then the
following url is the place to do so:
May I ask why you need/want to run any Adobe application on the PS3?

  • Adobe compatibility with Verizon/Google

I have Verizon as my serving company for email and phone service. I operate in a Windows 7 environment running Office 2010 and have an in home network with 3 computers. I use Internet Explorer and find Adobe XI is not compatible with my environment. How do I download an earlier more compatible version?

I assume that by Adobe XI you mean Adobe Reader XI. Not a familar problem in these parts, so...
Please explain exactly what you mean by "not compatible with my environment".
What happens? What did you expect to happen? If you get any error messages please give them exactly and in full. Or use a screen shot. (But DO NOT TRY TO REPLY BY EMAIL, follow instructions to reply).

  • Compatibility With PS3 (Playstation 3)

Has anyone been able to connect their 2nd gen ipod shuffle to a PS3? I don't have a normal ipod but I've seen reports / videos that it works fine. I'm just trying to use the shuffle as a memory stick, but when I plug it in the lights on the shuffle come on but the PS3 doesn't recognize it.
I've plugged in other memory sticks (not real memory sticks, but pen drives I guess is a better word) and they work fine. Is there something special about the shuffle that makes it different? Is there any chance it will ever work in the PS3?

    Reputedly:
    from http://ps3.ign.com/articles/745/745359p1.html
"...here is also a "Display All" feature when selecting your Memory Stick or other USB-connected device that allows you to browse the entire directory structure, and thus load whatever's on the drive that the system recognizes. This indeed works for any media type. We were able to run music from an iPod and pull video from a random spot on our USB mini-drive. It's a hidden option that some may not notice at first, and sorting through folders isn't exactly easy (an iPod is full of all kinds of dummy files that are not music, for instance, and the folders are not named after the albums or songs stored in them -- if you can sort your media for proper playback on PS3, you're going to want to), but at least the option is there..."
Short form: Triangle, show all files...

Adobe is asking me to install me type Internet plug in x-shockwave-flash.  Is this safe?

Ensure that you're downloading it directly from the developer's site and nowhere else.

Is adobe photoshop CS2 compatable with windows 8?

I have removed and re-installed CS2 twice now and still get the same library application error.
DO NOT INSTALL WINDOWS 8 ONTO YOUR COMPUTER IF YOU WANT TO KEEP CS2!
Telling us to spend more money to upgrade our software to meet OS does not show trust to the users. CS2 should be able to work with new OS systems and if not users should be allowed to update their current program for free to be able to use it on the new OS.
    Thank you,

  • What do I do when I get a message that adobe reader 7 is not compatable with windows 8?

What do I need to do when a website sends me a message that my adobe reader 7 is not compatable with windows 8?

Are you using Adobe Reader 7 on Windows 8? If so, the message is probably correct and you should download the latest version of Adobe Reader (which is XI).
If you already have Reader XI, maybe you can give us some more details about where you are at and what you are doing when you get this message.

Adobe 5.0 compatibility with Windows 7

there's a chance you could use compatibility mode to install acrobat 5.
if that fails, your only option is to buy an old computer with an old os or buy or subscribe to a current acrobat, http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatstandard/buying-guide.html

  • Adobe Flash Player not compatable with Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2

I installed Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 and I noticed Adobe
Flash Player 10 was not compatable with it, so I had to downgrade
back to Internet Explorer 7. Does anybody know if Adobe is
developing a flash player that is compatable with IE 8? I know IE 8
is still in beta, but when it gets released I want to be able to
download it and have Adobe Flash Player work in it.

I am on my home computer and version 10.2.159.1 is installed.   Interestingly, it appears that it is installed correctly.   I can view Youtube flash videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8tSMKGbnW0 and browse to the Adobe home page and view the flash.  However, if I go to certain websites

It tell me to update my flash player.   It works fine in Firefox.

  • Is Adobe Elements 10 compatable with Mac OX version 10.9.2 ?

Is Adobe Elements 10 compatable with Mac OX version 10.9.2 ?
I have just bought a new Mac and would like to know if Elements 10 will work on it please.

    flon
I am strictly an Elements Windows user but try to find common ground between Premiere Elements Windows and Mac to give a viable response to Premiere Elements Mac questions.
On this one, I suspect that the bottom line is going to be "try it" and see what happens in your specific computer environment.
Please review the discussion in the following thread
Re: Premiere Elements 10 crashes on disc templates
Also, you are in for major display problems with Premiere Elements 10 on a computer that uses a NVIDIA GeForce video card/graphics card.
There the fix is to roll back the driver version to May 2013 in order to get Premiere Elements 10 to function properly.
Please review, consider, and then let us know the outcome when your schedule permits.
    Thank you.

Have iMac i7 core processor 8 gb of ram memory.

When talking to other humans and asking a question, phrasing your question in, you know, the form of a question is usually best.
You can get a list of known issues straight from Adobe itself, here:

There are also a large number of other discussions of this topic in this forum. Do a search if you would like additional information.

  • Adobe Elements 9 compatibility with OSX 10.8

Is Photoshop Elements 9 compatible with OS X 10.8?

Great news! PSE 11 is such a disappointment -- Elements seems to get dumbed-down, lose features, and lose compatibility with filters every version.  I do have to say, though...I used to love PSE with LR and Bridge but I'm probably going to leave the Adobe family if the prices keep going up and the need for Flash goes down!  Glad I saw this post -- thanks, friends!

    HI Phillip,
Captivate 7 does work with Yosemite but it is not tested with Restina Display. Can you try to install Captivate 8 trial version and see if you are getting the same issue?

  • Adobe Viewer Compatibility with Android Mobiles... anyone know which?

We've created a digital magazine using Adobe DPS and deployed it online here:  http://www.thinkingtackle.korda.co.uk/landing.html   (click VIEW under TTD3) to launch the online verison rather than App versions
It should redirect to the live mag in Adobe Content Viewer...
Works fine on Mac, PC, iOS.... BUT no joy on the plethora of mobiles we've tried it on...  Samsung Galaxy S3 and various others...
Keen to understand the limitations or extent of Adobe Content Viewer's compatibility with Andriod Mobiles/Tablets
    Can anyone advise?
    Best
    Nick@Code

    Hi Bob,
Adobe Content Viewer from Google Play (May 1, 2013) is both compatible and works fine on my Nexus 4 phone. We understand that adding the Android phone compatibility might cause poor app rating as the buttons/controls will be hard to tap on the smaller screens. But publisher could add these limitations to the app description. So my question is if support for Android phones could be added to the custom viewer as an optional feature checkbox, please.
    Thank you,
    Gennady

  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M compatibility with Adobe CC?

It seems really odd that a late 2013 iMac wouldn't be able to run Adobe CC on it - or, at least, wouldn't be able to support Adobe CC with its Graphics card. The graphics card is GeForce GTX 775M, and I've just been told that the software can't be supported by it. Will there ever be support, or an updates that will allow this?

Which program, and have you asked for help in a specific program forum?
This forum is about the Cloud as a delivery process, not about using individual programs
If you start at the Forums Index http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa
You will be able to select a forum for the specific Adobe product(s) you use
Click the "down arrow" symbol on the right (where it says ALL FORUMS) to open the drop down list and scroll
I do know that "will this card work" questions are common in the Premiere video editing forum, with the answer generally being "yes, if you have a driver that works"
For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself
