Adobe create cloud failes all the time

a download of apps is not possible. I installed the cleaning tool and then again the cloud. again not possible....

Only when i go to a different browser (like IE) after i clear it , then all that shows up is the pages i visited in IE , that is what bugs me , why is IE browsing history sowing up in Firefox ??
Basically , i can clear the history in Firefox , and then for a example , go to Craigslist , using IE7 (launching it from a complete different Icon , in other words at that time i never open Firefox) , then after closing out , or even leaving open as it does not seem to matter , i go into Firefox , and hit History , and there is every place i visited in IE7 , on my History in Firefox

Adobe Digital Editions crashes all the time-

I'm trying to use it with Netgalley on my iMac G5. When I download a book and try to open it in Adobe Digital Editions, I get the spinning beachball of death! Twice in a row now, it has simply frozen on me, and I've had to send error reports to Apple. I am running Leopard and the machine, though old, is generally pretty stable. Do I need to update Adobe Digital Editions or perhaps get a different version for a Mac PPC? I don't really understand this - it used to work fine on this machine!

Try running Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.

I'm sorry. I wish that I could help you with this. But if you are getting a message that the card is now being declined, there must be some reason for it.
Are you sure that the card hasn't expired? Have you contacted the credit card company or bank to see if there is some problem with your account?
I would start with the credit card company and make sure that there is no problem with the card. If you are certain that the card is still good, you will have to contact iTunes support in order to get it sorted out.

I've been trying for 2 weeks to update my iPhone 4S (7.0.6) to iOS 7.1 OTA but it fails all the time...telling me software update failed..I need some support pls!!

The problem occurres after the downloading is complete and when its in "Preparing Update" procedure and specfically in its last progress (near the end). Suddenly a message pop ups saying that "Software Update Failed" \n "An error occured downloading iOS 7.1."
I've restarted the update process for the 20 th time!!! and reset my iphone twice to factory settings, but still nothing change, same error occures...

I have the same problem with my iPad mini. I have done almost all updates of my iOS devices OTA.
I never update issues before.
Also iPad 2 and iPhone 5 just worked fine.
Only now my iPad mini struggles with the update. Did a factory reset too.
And now have iOS 7.0.2 (11A501) on an iPad Model MD543FD/A.
World prefer OTA instead of iTunes.

Adobe Premiere CC Crashes ALL the Time (Macbook Pro)

Hi all-
I've been working in Premiere for a few weeks and lately it has started to crash every 2 to 3 minutes, making it impossible to work. Here are my computer specs
Macbook Pro (15 inch, late 2013)
2.6 GHz Intel Core i7
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
OS X 10.9.4
I've tried
1) dumping the render files,
2) re-installing premiere
3) changing the video rendering and playback with all options
4) updating the NVIDIA CUDA driver.
None of this has worked and I'm fresh out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I'm seeking is a sequence that will identify the particulars of the configuration and the failure; no, you should not have to follow an arcane sequence to get this stuff to work, once the stuff is set up (correctly).
Note that I did not ask you to disable all NICs, I asked you to disable one specific NIC; to disable the external NIC.
Why did I ask that?
I'm looking to determine if you have IP routing configuration issues here or DHCP configuration issues here, as Mac boxes make poor IP routers in general (expensive, slow, arcane configuration, and not without some risk of unintended misconfigurations leading to exposures when used as network firewalls) and specifically because an incorrect IP routing configuration can cause the symptoms you're encountering. As for DHCP, that needs to be enabled (only!) on the correct (internal) NIC in this configuration.
For IP routing when running with multiple NICs, you will want to look around the forums for the previous discussions of setting up static routes. I've been in more than a few of those, so a search with static routing and my nick here will find some discussions. Or (simpler) install a firewall-router device. If you're not familiar with IP routing and multiple-NIC boxes, a Mac box most assuredly does not work the way you and I might otherwise expect.
There are a couple of areas where I'm hoping Apple will rework and improve for the next major release of Mac OS X, and this is one area, and the management of the DNS server is another. But I digress.

I downloaded the 30 day free trial of Photoshop on 9/11, but have not been able to open it, or even find it on my computer. I do have the Adobe Create Cloud icon, and when I click it it list PS as downloaded and lets me access tutorials, but that is all.

If you are using Mac, please open the finder window click on go and choose applications and try to launch Photoshop from there.
If windows, please navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 and double click on the Photoshop.exe file.

Yes.
The only difference is the installation method and the ownership verification. The program still is installed on and runs from your local machine. You only have to hook up to the internet every 60-90 days to verify ownership.

Not able to use Adobe Reader all the time

I have a coworker who gets PDF documents in her email all the time (multi times daily). These could be POs, they could be requests, they could be most anything.
Here is the troubles ... For the last few weeks to a month she has been able to open and save as for most of the documents she gets. However, this is not the case with all the files. Some will open but not allow her to save. When she tries to go to save as, the computer freezes up on her.
I've checked all her windows updates, adobe updates, etc.This doesn't seem to help the issue any. We've uninstalled adobe reader X (which is what she had most recently with the issue), removed ALL adobe products off the computer, restarted the computer, and then re-downloaded & installed adobe X again. However, when I got back to my desk, there was a message saying that it had happened again.
Computer is running Win XP. Adobe X. All windows updates were completed as of this morning.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry about the 20 questions thing ... I didn't know what else to put that would be helpful at the beginning.
As for what file(s) - it is always PDF docs, but not always the same doc, some small in size, some not so small. For example, if she opens file A, she can view/save. Then opens file B, which will not save. Go back in and file B opens/saves.
As for what program created the PDF, that I don't know.
We use Lotus Note as our email client.

ADOBE PRIEMERE ELEMENTS QUITS UNEXPECTEDLY ALL THE TIME!?

crashes all the time. Sometimes when I try to insert footage. Sometimes when I try
to edit or add an effect. It laggs up and then quits with this error message.

Well, not really foolish. With new CODEC's and variations on older ones, coming out every month, decisions must be made to define what works best for an editing program. In the case of Adobe, the options were chosen to focus on DV-AVI Type II (the standard of SD video), HDV (the standard of HD video) and AVCHD (an emerging standard for consumer HD video, but requiring a very powerful computer). The answer for a consumer is to convert their footage to one of those standards.
One should also be aware that the vast majority of CODEC's are not designed to be edited to being with. They are delivery-only formats and even if they can be edited, the results will be low quality. There is no way around this. It is a choice that too many camera mfgrs. make, assuming that their customers will only view, or directly upload to YouTube, or similar, and never try to edit this material.
It is first incumbent on the consumer to know what format/CODEC their camera is using, and then either find an NLE that will work best with that, or convert that footage to work with the NLE of their choice. Some NLE's handle certain formats/CODEC's, than do others. I have six NLE's, and five of those are used as "tools," to get all sorts of odd footage into my NLE of choice, PrPro. I also have several conversion programs, that are not NLE's. Again, my goal is to get the odd footage into a form that will work perfectly (except for that lower quality, but I cannot do anything about that) in PrPro.
I am waiting for some new CODEC's to hit the consumer market about now, that will create even more problems.
To me, the "crime" is that camera mfgrs. do not go into detail on what the created footage is, how to edit it, and then that they do not provide their version of the CODEC to allow for smooth editing. No NLE can anticipate what will become "hot" any quarter. The camera mfgrs. know what their product produces, but they choose to not inform the buyer, nor do they make it easy for their buyer to edit the resultant footage. That is where one's venom should be directed. Unfortunately, even the majority of reviewers do not concentrate on the editability of the resultant footage. Most either do not know about editing, or they choose to ignore that aspect. The poor consumer is stuck with delivery-only footage, and a boatload of NLE's, that cannot handle it.
To all, who are having problems with the various delivery-only CODEC's - find an NLE that will handle it, and use that one. Some are better with some footage, than are others. Go with what works for you, regardless of which software company offers it.
Even the industry standard image editing program, Adobe Photoshop, is particular about how the image data header is written, especially with JPEG images. I often get failures to open/parse some JPEG files in PS. However, Ulead PhotoImpact, IrfanView and ThumbsPlus will open those poorly written JPEG files fine. I just do a Save from those, and get a properly written JPEG, to edit in PS. Those other programs are cheap, or even free, and PS is not cheap, nor is it free. It is just particular, that's all.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. The standard answer with all text issues simply is, that you have a "bad font" on your system and need to get rid of it.
