Adobe CreatePDF Online Combine

Impossibile completare la richiesta di conversione PDF.
Si è verificato un problema inatteso durante la combinazione dei file in un singolo file PDF. Riprovate più tardi.

Hello Kensington2010,
Could you try combining just 2 of the files in your set. Use a process of elimination to figure out if it's just one particular file that's causing the problem.

  • Combine files to PDF and selecting files one at a time - Adobe CreatePDF online application

Are you able to select up to 10 files at one time through the "select files" browser window?  The instructions at https://www.acrobat.com/createpdf/en/merge-combine-pdf-files-online.html seem to indicate that you are able to select up to 10 items and then convert and combine.
"1 Sign in to your CreatePDF account online
2 Click on Combine files to PDF, then Select Files
3 Choose one or more files to merge into a single PDF
    4 Click Open"
At this point I am only able to select files 1 at a time, which means steps 3 and 4 repeat up to 10 times if you are combining the maximum 10 files at once.  I have tried using shift select and ctrl select to no avail.
Thank you for any help on this issue.

I think I found my answer at a different set of instuctions at http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/using-createpdf.html.  This set of instructions clearly indicates that files will be selected 1 at a time.
    Click Combine Files To PDF.
    Click Select Files.
Select one of the files that you want to combine.
    Click Open.
Click Add Files and select additional files to combine. Click Open."
If anyone has any ideas on how to more quickly combine files, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Adobe CreatePDF Basic version - deleting pages in PDF and combining PDF files

Does the Adobe CreatePDF Basic version allow for pages to be deleted in a PDF file and for PDF files to be combined? Thanks.

    Deletion, no.
Combination of up to 10, I believe so.

  • Portfolio Feature in Adobe CreatePDF

I would like for my students to be able to create an e-portfolio.  These students would not necessarily take full advantage of the Creative Cloud subscription.   The main goal of the class I'm teaching would be create a well-designed portfolio that integrates a good bit of work they've already done - but is more likely assembling Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other types of files.  I see that an annual subscription to AdobeCreate PDF is less inexpensive than a subscription to Creative Cloud and didn't want to the students to subscribe to anything they were most likly not using.
Given that the goal is to assemble an eportfolio - largely assembled from MS Office Products, what Adobe Product would you recommend?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
Thank you for your interest in Adobe Products.
Combine Files tool can combine the supported files (See http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/using-createpdf.html#main_File_types_you_can_convert _to_PDF) into a single PDF file.  Maximum number of files that can be combined is 12 files. If you need to combine more than 12 files you use the combined file as the input file for the next combine operation. This is a part of CreatePDF subscription.
Another way is to use the Portfolio feature in Acroat XI Pro and you can find the feature at page 187 of http://helpx.adobe.com/en/pdf/acrobat_reference.pdf.
Please download Acrobat XI Pro trial version from www.adobe.com to try out the feature.
You can subscribe Acrobat Plus and please see for more information at https://www.acrobat.com/acrobatplus/en/home.html
Please let us know if you need more information.
    Thank you.

  • Where do my Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer Files Go?

I've spent hours looking through the Adobe website for a simple answer to a simple question.
One reader replied that all you have to do is log on to your account and you will find the document right there.  Good guess, but sorry.  Not so.  Just to test his theory I printed 500,000 pages.  I watched the Windows 7 print window to make sure all pages got spooled and printed.  They did, but they cannot be found.
My congratulations to Adobe for the company with best no customer support support.  Once I log on there is no where to enter a simple question.  You can however enter something to start a discussion.  Maybe, just maybe someone might happen along and make a correct guess.  Who knows?
And then you find a page like this one:
Whoops.  Just like Adobe.  Set up a window to enter an Image.  Select the image, meet the requirements.  Select the image.  An hour later no image, no error message, but the window is still up and active.
When you open the Printer window, and it shows the files printing to Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer, why do some files have the status of "error?"  What does "error" mean?  Where can I find what "error" is there and how to fix it?  Or am I just some dumb ******* who gives up my money for nothing in return.
Adobe is as adobe has always been.  Impossible to navigate.  Slow, slow, slow.  And impossible to get any customer service.  And I am the dumbhead that pays for it.

This document should help explain a bit What is the Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer and how do I install it? The files get stored back in your online account.
Also, make sure you have this information completed as well.

  • I just installed Adobe CreatePDF desktop printer, when I try to use from Word or Excel, it does not work.  The Adobe print queue says "error" in the status screen.  I have uninstalled and re-installed.  Any ideas of what to do next?

I just installed Adobe CreatePDF desktop printer on a Windows 7 home PC.  When I try to use from Word or EWxcel, it does not print.  The Adobe print device queue reports an "error" in the status column.

Adobe retired this Feb 17, 2014.
This app sent content to and got content from the web based services of "CreatPDF" and "PDF Pack".
These are subscription services out in "the cloud". When the app was live you had to be online and signed into your account.  The user forum for CreatePDF has a DOC that speaks to the app removal.
    Be well...

  • My Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer is not working

When I print a file to this printer, it keeps showing up in the printer status with an error message.  I've already run the Microsoft hotfix that is linked to this problem.  Alternatively, how else can I print one tab from an excel worksheet?  When I go online to my adobe pack subscription, I can only convert the entire document and don't have the capability to edit the document once it's converted (ie to remove the pages I don't want).  Please help!!

    Hi,
Are you using Windows 7 SP1 (64 bit)? If so, please uninstall Adobe CreatePDF Desktop printer from Control Panel then restart Windows and re-install CreatePDF Desktop printer.
If that does not work then please verify the Adobe PS printer driver at C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 folder for PSCRIPT files( See below screenshot)

  • Adobe CreatePDF - How do I get started?

How do I get started in Adobe CreatePDF

    Good day,
Great question!  To get started with Adobe CreatePDF, you must first get logged in to the service.  You can log in to the service by visiting: http://createpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html and entering your Adobe ID (the email address you used to subscribe to the service) and your password.
Once you're logged in, you'll be presented with several options:
Select the option you'd like to use.  If you click 'Convert a File to PDF', you'll be presented with a prompt to select a file from your hard drive to submit to the CreatePDF service.  The 'Combine Files to PDF' is similar, but allows you to select existing PDF files or documents that still need to be converted.  The 'Export PDF to Word/Excel' button will allow you to convert existing PDF files you may have back to Word or Excel documents.  Lastly the 'Print to PDF Setup' button will bring you to instructions on how to install the Adobe CreatePDF desktop printer (Windows-only) to help with converting files types not specified on this list here: What file formats does Adobe CreatePDF support?
If you have any questions, please let us know!  We're happy to help!

  • Does the CreatePDF online service allow you to place an expiry date on a document ?

Does the CreatePDF online service allow you to:
    1) Place a non-removable expiry date on a PDF ?
    2) Force the user to view the PDF online without being able to download the file ?

    Hi, uihdff.
    1) No, the CreatePDF service does not have this functionality. If you'd like to see this functionality in the future, please add it to our Ideas page: http://forums.adobe.com/community/createpdf?view=idea
    2) After you create the PDF, you may view the PDF online (in your CreatePDF file list). Or you may download the PDF to your computer.
Let us know if you have additional questions.

  • Adobe pdf online view issue- End user license agreement

There is an issue with viewing adobe pdf online.

I just found on other thread. I tried this and it helped solve view the contents. I  other words this resolved.
Triple-click the line of text below to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):
    /Library/Internet Plug-ins
    In the Finder, select
    Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste (command-V) into the text box that opens, then press return.
From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
I've seen an unconfirmed report that the "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you might need to remove it as well, if applicable.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
    ~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

  • Re-downloading Adobe CreatePDF Basic

I recently purchased Adobe CreatePDF Basic. Unfortunately, my old computer crased days after downloading the program. I have been trying to download this program to the new computer and although it shows that I have purchased the program it will not allow me to download it.
Is there something that I can do... I was only able to use this program for a couple of weeks and really am upset that I paid $97.00 for something that I now am unable to use.

    Deletion, no.
Combination of up to 10, I believe so.
