I've signed up with Adobe Creative Cloud but the apps arent downloading to my computer. Also the application manager tries to open up twice at the same time and neither one opens up.

  • Adobe creative cloud cc downloading issues

    Hi,
I signed up for and am paying for the Adobe Creative Cloud but for some insane reason it has never really worked on my Mac home computer as it's never really given me the option to download the CC versions only the CC (2014) or the trials and has just been an utter pain so I uninstalled all creative cloud stuff and just stuck with my CS6 programs with no problems even while still paying for the Creative Cloud but the other day I had a go at installing the CC software via Creative Cloud on my Mum's laptop and there were no problems whatsoever and I can't understand whats going on, I have been had 2 separate online chats with Adobe personal that both lasted over an hour or 2 and it has never been resolved. My friend has all the exact software (CS6 and now Adobe Creative Cloud) and she has never had a problem and the same Mac and iMac laptop so I don't get what's going on and am getting very frustrated for paying for a service I can't even use!!
    Hope someone can help,
    Ali

We can't know. You have not provided any exact system info or other technical details such as Internet connection, drive configuration, language settings and whatnot. That and of course nobody can tell you anything about your specific issues without some log files or similar info.

  • Adobe creative cloud not finding updates

    Hey everyone,
I've got a problem at the moment, for some reason, Adobe Creative Cloud isn't alerting me with any new updates. At the moment my creative cloud reads that I have updated all my app's and that they are all up to date, yet I know today Photoshop 14.1 with Generator was released, yet I can't seem to download it.
On my Desktop however, I was prompted to download a lot of updates, downloaded them all, but to my surprise, photoshop wasn't an app included with an update, or at least it's still 14.0.
Is there any way I can fix this? I've been searching and searching and unable to find an answer.
    Thank's for your help.

    @sanchaithw,
As Vikas mentioned "if you are in an enterprise environment and could you please check with your Admin if he has  disabled/suppressed updates from Adobe and hosting in on a local server"
Please let us know if this works, if not please check your private messages so that we can setup a connect session to resolve this.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud not working

the adobe creative cloud home screen is all black and i cannot visualise anything. How can i resolve this?

Guido_guido I am sorry but what home screen are you referring too?  Is it within the Creative Cloud Desktop application?  If so have you utilized the steps listed in Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application?

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Apps "Download Error"

I wonder if anyone can help?
I recently migrated my iMac, which had Creative Cloud setup all fine, to a new iMac. Both run OSX Mavericks.
The new one was having initial problems opening any creative cloud apps that had been migrated over, including CC Manager itself.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but no change. I resorted to manually binning all Adobe files and starting again.
This appeared to initially work and I downloaded CC manager, got that running without errors and also downloaded Photoshop without a problem.
However, there was a Photoshop 'Update' available almost immediately which I downloaded and since doing this, I now get an error on the CC Manager's 'Apps' tab.
I have tried the 'Reload Applications' button but that has no effect.
My Photoshop still appears to be working fine but I yet need to download Indesign and Flash and others from CC Manager.
    Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Did you run the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling?

  • Adobe creative cloud not updating

I have not been asked to update any of my adobe applications by the cloud in months. Why is that?

    Hi Jeff,
I would create a new administrative account and attempt to update from there instead of your current account first.
Here are instructions if you need them
    10.6 - http://support.apple.com/kb/PH6651
    10.7 - http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4600
    10.8 - http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11468
If you are still facing issues after doing this I think you'll most likely need to reinstall to resolve the issue.
Uninstall all Creative Cloud applications from
Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers
I'd also run the Adobe Cleaner Tool using the Creative Cloud selection just to be thorough
    http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
And then reinstall and update everything again.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Not Loading Correctly Windows 7 Pro Sp1

When I open CC, the below screenshot is what I get:
    System specs are as follows:
    Processors: 8
    Video Card: Nvidia Quadro 2000D
All Adobe products are trusted within Kaspersky. Kaspersky logs indicate that Adobe CC is not being blocked in any way. Adobe CC works on my other computers, one of which is virtually identicle to this one.
This is the third computer I've installed CC on, but I don't see how it can be a licensing issue, as I can't even sign in to Adobe CC on this one (I do realize one of the other two computers will need its permissions recinded for CC to be useable on this third one) and CC is therefore unable to determine if it has permission to run on this computer.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue could be? I would really like to get it working on this machine.

I've still no luck getting this to run on my machine. I've unistalled, reinstalled, use the cleaner, updated my flash players, installed Air, deactivated my other two machines . . . nothing is working.
This has become incredibly frustrating. The results are the same as with the screenshot in the above post.

  • I live in the country. I have ADSL but it is slow. I have just upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud and downloaded the installer. After three attempts to install I give up because the installer has too! What do I do now?  Joan McGovern, Camilo Enterprises, Au

I probably should not have asked this question at this time as I need to go to bed. It's 11.34 pm. I do hope someone has an answer because I feel very dudded, having finally decided to join the Adobe cloud!

    either
    1) have someone else download for you and send you the installation files on a usb stick
    2) find a better connection yourself and download to a usb stick
    3) use your current connection and a download manager to download the installation files.
in all cases, use the the direct downloads,

  • Message asking to stop CC during reinstall (was:Question about installing Adobe Creative Cloud)

In October of 2013, I tried the 30 day trial Adobe Creative Cloud and downloaded Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Prelude CC, Adobe Photoshop, adobe Media Encoder CC, Adobe Audition CC and Adobe After Effects CC.  After a day or so, I decided to purchase the Student Teacher Edition.  When I did that, I deleted the Adobe Crative Cloud and installed the Adobe Creative Cloud for that wasn't the trail.
Every thing worked for a moment. I was able to add other things or had the option to add, because I could go to the Adobe Creative Cloud.  Then when I was exiting from the Premier Pro CC tuturial, I somehow deleted the Adobe Creative Cloud icon.  Whenever I tgry to download the updates and even re-install th ACC, la warning comes up to stop the Adobe Creative Cloud that is running, so, I can download the updates.
However, I am not able to do so.  How can I re-install the Adobe Creative Cloud and by pass the warningf?
    Thank you
    Reginald D. Brown

    Hi Reginald,
Please quit Adobe creative cloud desktop app. Open the task manager in Windows or terminal in MAC. Kill below Adobe services and try installing the CC apps again.
    Adobe AAM updater notifier
    Adobe creative cloud.
    Adobe CEF helper service.
Once you end these processes, relaunch the creative cloud app and then try to install the updates.
Let us know if it works.
    Thanks,
    Ashish

Try logging out of the CC Application and restarting your computer. Also, try running the CC app as an administrator.
