Adobe Creative Cloud Packager : trial

Hello,
I'm doing some checks with Adobe Creative Cloud before buying licenses for my company.
I need to try Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for doing some packages, but I can't get a trial access for Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams,
Could you give me a trial license for testing the software ?
Best regards,
Ludovic

@Ludovic R My apologies if I was vague in my response. To Abhijit's point, we would all love to have access to CCP, since we all (in enterprise IT) need to kick the tires. In other words, our Firms rely on Endpoint Engineering to "bless" all software solutions. So no cold call or on site visit from Adobe will result in our Firms getting access.
It's kind of a catch-22, and I'm hoping (like many others on this enterprise deployment forum), that Adobe comes to terms with the fact that the folks they are locking out are the people who are tasked with approving software for deployment, who are the very people who approve/disapprove software for deployment.
Most of us in IT are happy to wait it out, it'll eventually get itself sorted out. Let your Firm formerly notify Adobe that CC isn't an option until your team have proper access to test and POC deployment.

    After creating the Adobe Creative Cloud Package, we try to perform the installation and after the process fully and correctly occur and give success message at the end of installation, the programs simply are nowhere to be found. Even after several attempts.
    We have had an installed TRIAL , but has been removed ;
    We've tried to use the CC CLEANER ;
    We've tried to replace/delete the files in the folder " OOBE " ;
    We restart the machine and test again several times after each of the above processes.
    What can I do now?

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for macintosh fails

    Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for macintosh fails.
    The error log says "[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder -  AdobePackageBuilder : SendPacket returned error : -1".
    I tried 4-5 times.
    Everything is downloaded (took about 14 Gb).
    I now have only 12Gb free space on my disk. Can that be the reason (will the packager need to make a copy of the downloaded stuff?).
    When I am done, how do I reclaim the space eaten by the packager?
    Seems like it is caching it at ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CCP, but will I manually have to delete that cache?
    I cannot find a menu entrance for doing so.
    Would be nice if the packager could use a mounted network disk as destination, but it seems not to discover these.
    /Peter Andersen

    Wanted to join in and say this has been happening to me too. I wiped every adobe file I could find, and used the cleaner too. Started over from scratch in a brand new user account.
    It's been about 7 days and I cannot get CCP to actually build a package. I've gotten a variety of messages but everything single time something fails. The new thing is that it says it fails on individual applications. So I disable them, and the error jumps to a new app. I can see that the .dmg's are fine and intact in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CCP/
    Given the amount of time this has cost me I really wish I had purchased CS6 Master Collection for every workstation. From my perspective, Creative Cloud has been nothing more then a giant waste of time and effort. It's genuinely bad product from an IT management perspective. Why push off the job of building and installer onto the customer? I should just be able to download the full Master Collection dmg, and then turn on and off the apps I want. Instead I am stuck with a workstation down, and everyone using CC trials to work.

    The only thing that I can think of that might be causing the issues that I have a Mac Mini on Mavericks.

    Hi
    I have discovered that my question above is a non-question. A user triggered by looking at the below article about Illustrator 2014 cc 17.0.2
    http://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/release-note/illustrator-17-0-2-release-notes.html
    He had recently upgraded from wht we now know is 18.0 to 18.1 which is the latest version. He read the above artic
    le and supposed that it was a bug fix release for his version - because the v17 ov18 number is not often displayed. It is usually just 2014 CC.
    I have asked him to post a bug report about Adobe Illustrator CC 2014.1

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Package Options

    I am currently paying $9 a month for the basic adobe creative cloud package. I use lightroom religiously but never use photoshop. I do however use photoshop elements with my templates for marketing etc. Is this feature available with the package I have? If so where can i find it? If not is it possible to replace adobe photoshop with elements instead?

    Photoshop Elements is not part of the Cloud

  • Adobe Creative Cloud package fails to Install - Mac OSX Mavericks

    I've been trying to get the Adobe Creative Cloud package that I had built with the Creative Cloud Packager installed onto a staff member's Mac but it always ends with "The Installation Failed" (No error code or explanation). If I watch the Application folders while it's running, Dreamweaver CC 2014 and Flash Builder 4.6 pop up but then get removed and then the installation fails. I have already run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, renamed the OOBE folder, and tried the installation with a newly created admin account. The package installs just fine on other Macs, but this one did have older versions of Adobe Software from CS5 and CS4 installed. I uninstalled them but my guess is that there's left over files somewhere causing a conflict.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated,
    Thank You!

    I managed to find a solution to the problem. I ended up uninstalling every Adobe related application and then went through the user/library and system/library and removed everything Adobe from the Application Support and Preferences folders. Unfortunately, I do not know what application or file was ultimately causing the issue.
    Thanks again!

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Packager 1.2 - Paket nach Installation bearbeiten

    Hallo Community,
    IP Adresse vom IIS Server).
    wollen.
    Ist dies möglich?
    Grüße Ric

  • Problems with Adobe creative cloud offline packages ( Windows )

    Hi
    When I try to install packages that are created with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for Enterprise they start installing and then they roll-back in the middle of the process without returning any error.
    Not really sure what can cause this as there are not many options to select from when creating the package itself...
    Any ideas anyone?
    thanks

  • Problems Downloading: Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise-Package

    I am a Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise Administrator. I have gone through the steps of logging in, inputting our serial number, selecting the applications for the package and then downloading the package. The problem is that the download stops at 2%. I even left it running overnight and it is still at 2%. I've tried again this morning, deleted the cache and attempted to create a new package, same result stops at 2%.  Does any one have a clue on how to fix this problem?

  • Introducing Creative Cloud Packager 1.0 | Creative Suite In The Enterprise | Adobe TV

    Adobe Creative Cloud Packager makes it easy for you to create packages that contain Creative Cloud products and updates. These packages can then be deployed to the client machines of the members who are part of Creative Cloud for Teams in your organization.
    http://adobe.ly/ZY84AY

    I've just created a .pkg through CCP and tried installing directly on a local machine as well as through ARD and they both fail to install. I made sure that it ignores conflicting processes. When installing directly on the local machine it says "The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail..."
    Any help would be great as I've got to deploy this out to our company as soon as possible.

  • App-V 5 Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) Enterprise Licensing Error 213:19

    Hello, I've posted this on Adobe forums but also posting here to see if anyone else has experienced/overcome this issue.
    I'm attempting to create an App-V 5 sequence for Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise software, but I appear to be getting licensing errors when launching the App-V sequence.
    From what I understand in Adobe Create Cloud Enterprise, the licensing restrictions which tie the license to the machine have now been removed so that the base packages can be created with serial numbers and can be included within build images etc as opposed
    to creating a trial package and then using a serialization file at install/launch time.
    To start with I've created a package using the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager tool (CCP) for just the Illustrator CC application which includes the serial number. I've  then sequenced this package using App-V 5 SP1.
    When I run this app-v sequence on a test machine , Illustrator loads but I end up with a 213:19 error. Looking in the amt3.log the full error is
    09/24/13 16:58:35:478 | [ERROR] |  |  |  | SLCoreService |  |  | 5624 | error deleting bad mkey:

    I've tested out modifying permissions on the following folders within the app-v package under root but this has no effect.
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\
    C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
    I've also tried creating a package using a trial licence and then using the adobe_prtk.exe tool to serialize the product at launch (startprocess event in userconfig file) with no success.
    Anyone tried this or have any ideas?

    Hello, thanks for the reply.
    I have read those articles (multiple times :-)) I've installed the required c++ redistributables on the sequencer and also on the test machines.
    I'm not getting any errors being reported in the App-V eventlogs.
    I initially used the adobe_prtk.exe tool to serialize the app-v application at launch via startprocess in the userconfig file as shown. This runs but it doesn't work around this issue.
    <UserScripts>
          <StartProcess  RunInVirtualEnvironment="true">
            <Path>[{AppVPackageRoot}]\..\Scripts\adobe_prtk.exe</Path>
            <Arguments>--tool=VolumeSerialize --provfile=[{AppVPackageRoot}]\..\Scripts\prov.xml</Arguments>
            <Wait RollbackOnError="true"/>
     <ApplicationId>[{AppVPackageRoot}]\Support Files\Contents\Windows\Illustrator.exe</ApplicationId>
          </StartProcess>
        </UserScripts>
    Following that I read that AAMEE 3.1 removed the (http://blogs.adobe.com/oobe/2012/09/aamee-3-1or-why-puffer-fish-is-a-delicacy.html) machine to license issue
    therefore allowing packages to be created using serial numbers and to be included within build images.
    As I'm packaging Creative Cloud (not CS6), I'm assuming this has been carried into the Creative Cloud Packager for Enterprise which now must be used.
    Any other ideas appreciated.
