Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc-) through Citrix XenApp 6 / 6.5.
We would like to deploy the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc…) through Citrix XenApp 6 / 6.5. Does anyone know if this is possible – are there any deployment guides. I haven’t been able to find any so I’m assuming it’s not officially supported.

We have a few of the products installed. You will find they work okay but nothing replaces working locally.
We are, however, using the Enterprise version that is not tied to cloud accounts.
We have had to play with the video setting of Citrix for better Quality. If you ratchet them up to high for someone that is doing high end editing your performance drops significantly. The screen refresh is blocky and no one doing this work would find it usable.
We have it there fore simple editing and managing our media. I am looking for a much better storage solution that is sharable across platforms and locations.

Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop CC / Photoshop CC (2014) i had first install Photoshop CC with some actualizations , I have install now Photoshop CC (2014) without desinstalling Photoshop CC... I would like stay only with the 2014 version but i don´t find more the desinstaller of old CC version and the 2 versions takes a lopt of space on my disk... is it normal or is there a necessity to stay with the 2 versions... Now I use only the 2014 version but the old version is always there ????

My laptop is having major internet connectivity issues (as in I cannot get online AT all) and the techies are likely going to need to completely reinstall Windows to fix it, so I really need to deactivate my Adobe Creative Suite so I can reinstall later. As I currently have no way to deactivate my software using the normal method (i.e. deactivate via the Help Menu which requires being online), does anyone know another method I can use? I cannot find a phone number to call Adobe with and their online chat forum is currently undergoing "maintenance".
It's actually not a problem. When you reinstall and sign in to the Application Manager, one of your previous active installation will be cancelled. If that turns out to be the wrong one, simply it sign back in again. That will give you the two active installations you are allowed.

Adobe Creative cloud Photoshop CC 2014 , smudge tool freezing
Issue: Adobe CC 2014 , Photoshop smudge tool freezing , application stops responding when using more that 4000px
Facing issue with Adobe photo shop , smudge tool freezes when using >4000px .
issue persists on all workstations with NVidia card on windows 7 and 8.1 with similar specs except video card.

The software stops responding and freezes when photoshop Smudge tool only when size is increased to >4000px ,
Have updated CC desktop from
https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and installed all updates.

Reduced cache set size to 128 in performance.
Tried Advanced graphics card settings in preferences.
Changed processor affinity , no go.

We had tried on multiple operating system and also with latest updates done , same issue persists ,current version is 14.2.1 x64 , Photoshop stops responding once brush size in increased about 1000px.
All latest update were installed via creative common cloud.

Keeping up to date with Creative Cloud - Photoshop/Illustrator
I have recently updated Photoshop and Illustrator to the lastest versions, and have run into two issues thus far.
1. Illustrator will not open a client supplied eps file - saying it was created in a 'newer' version.
2. Photoshop will not open previously created files - it asks to "import' the files and will not recognize the layers.

Actually, I beleive this is a CC issue... but Who Am I? In any event...
I have not been able to Sync.
I have had only one Adobe ID (since around PS 3).
My Network Connection is fine (if evidenced only by us communicating.)
I have quit and lanched PS probably 20 times since I discovered this issue last week.

Using Creative Cloud Photoshop Photography program on 2 home computers
I have a license for the Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop Photography Program (Photoshop CC 2014 & Lightroom 5). I believe I should be able to be signed in on both computers at the same time as long as I'm not using Photoshop or Lightroom simultaneously on both pc's. Or, do I have to always be signed out of Creative Cloud on 1 of the computers when using Creative Cloud on the other one?
Looking forward to clarification on this.

you will be able to use it on two computer flawlessly , i have been using it on two computer and it works great
however if you will try to sign into the third computer them rest two computer are signed out.
so as long as you are signed into computer it will work

Sol 1. Please try sign out from Creative cloud Desktop App and quit it.
1. Launch Creative Cloud application manager.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Preferences.
3. In the Preferences menu, under General, click the Account tab.
4. Click Sign Out from Creative Cloud.
Then re-sign in and launch Photoshop CC 2014 and check.
Sol 2. Check your Hosts file.
Windows
1. Choose Start > Run, type %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, and then press Enter.
2. Locate Hosts file and move it to Desktop
3. Right-click the hosts file and select Open. Select Notepad for the application to open the hosts file.
4. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
5. Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
6. Save and close the file and move it back to Etc folder.
Mac OS
1. Log in as an administrator to edit the hosts file in Mac OS.
2. In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.
3. Type /etc.
4. Select the hosts file and move it on Desktop open it.
5. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
6. Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
7. Move Hosts file back to etc folder
8. Save and close the file.
Then try launching Photoshop CC 2014 or Illustrator CC 2014
If prompt for License this software, please click on it and sign in with the Adobe ID and Password which you have used to purchase the subscription and check if you can activate and use the products.

Adobe Creative Cloud glitched won't allow me to download photoshop 2015
So I had to sign up for Adobe, I did. Than I downloaded the program it told me to do, I did, it was Adobe Creative Cloud. So than I went to the page to download a free trial for photoshop. I clicked on free trial and it brought me to another page, it had a message that I will post here through snipping tool
as you can see I have two options, if I choose do nothing, Nothing happens if I choose launch application, i'm brought to this:I have uninstalled everything to do with Adobe Creative cloud after this, hoping I could redownload it when I was brought to the page again, but NO, this little sucker does not appear in uninstall applications in control panel, basically if you check mark the little box below features in version {0}: and you click the blue or grey bar nothing happens, if you un check the box and click on the blue or grey bar nothing happens. I NEED A FIX SOMEONE PLEASE HELPPPPP!!!!! I would recommend you utilize a different web browser when completing the instructions. -
Hi - I am looking for the Adobe Illustrator 2014 1.2 (or .0.2) bugfix update for Mac - and it is not visible in the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager (Mac version). The only update visible is Illustrator CC 2014.1 - which is what introduced the bugs.
The only thing that I can think of that might be causing the issues that I have a Mac Mini on Mavericks.

He had recently upgraded from wht we now know is 18.0 to 18.1 which is the latest version. He read the above artic
le and supposed that it was a bug fix release for his version - because the v17 ov18 number is not often displayed. It is usually just 2014 CC.
I have asked him to post a bug report about Adobe Illustrator CC 2014.1

Adobe creative cloud and CS6 Illustrator download was a disaster
After downloading Adobe creative cloud and CS6 Illustrator my system wwent into crash mode with one error after another. Had no less than 4 blue screens of death (BSOD) and I had to do restore but lost most of my files and cannnot get them back. What say you? I unistalled any leftover CC and CS6 illustrator thereafter.
We can't know. You have not provided any relevant technical info like system specs and the actual crash logs. just saying that it crashes is pretty useless.

Adobe Creative Cloud - has anybody had any luck running Adobe CC on a new mac mini? Does it run slow for Photoshop?
Adobe CC applications are very large and the base Mac mini isn't a good choice because it has only 4GB of RAM and has a slow standard hard drive. To get the most out of ACC you should upgrade the mini to at least 8GB. I'd also choose an SSD or Fusion drive for better performance.
