Hallo - ich bräuchte mal dringend Hilfe - BITTE
ich habe die Adobe Creative Suite CS5 Web Premium - und möchte diese nun nur mit DW CS5.5 aufrüsten - funkt das oder MUSS ich mir die komplette Suite CS5.5 besorgen???

klar ist, dass man auf eine Suite nur upgraden kann, wenn man die entsprechende Vorgängersuite besitzt.
Ich glaube aber, dass man auf ein Einzelprodukt einer Suite sehr wohl upgraden kann.

I don't want to delete my old files because I need the setup to remain unchanged, because I don't do well with changes. I think all I should need is to have someone located the license file on drive E: and move it to wherever it is needed on the SSD drive, but I don't know what to look for.

    Tech support is not normally available on weekends.  You should contact them as soon as the weekend passes and pick up where you left off with them.

    A couple of years ago I purchased Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium for my PC at work - not via the Creative Cloud. They recently gave me a new computer, but now the install of this is not on the new one.
    Where can I go to download these files again?  Yes, I know they are older, but that's all I really need (basic Photoshop and Illustrator).

    I am having trouble to find my creative suite web premium cs5 license. I work at a global company and my IT technicians are asking me for this, so they can re-install my web premium suite.     I tried to install Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium from CD:s, but half way through the installation something went wrong and installation was abruptly interrupted and cancelled. I then went to disc 1 again to try and re-install the program, but then it says that I already have an installation (even if it is incomplete) and that I have to finish installing the one I have already started. But I cannot finish the one that is already started because I can't find any way how to continue an installation that has been started.
    What can I do?

    Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. We don't even know what version. For starters run the cleaner tool and try again.

  • I have purchased adobe creative suite design Premium and it will not properly load onto my other laptop because my ist laptop crashed.

    I purchased adobe creative suite design premium as a student and was supposed to be able to download it onto one more computer if needed and now because my other laptop has crashed I still need to use the software on my new laptop. the files load and I get the read only files but it won't set up like the original installation. What kind of company doesn't have customer phone representative service on software we pay big money for?

    No, CS2 does not qualify for a platform swap.  Only the most recent version (CS6) qualifies.

    CS2 did not include Dreamweaver originally, but it was added as an update after the merger.
    If you had that package it would be completely separate installer.

I am desperate. I cannot afford the expense of buying or paying access to the software and, still,  I need the tools for all those little things I do for enjoyment. What can be done?

    The licenses are operating system specific, so one option would be to retain use of the Windows machine you had before the Mac.
    If you want to try to use the older stuff on your new Mac you can try installing Windows emulation software such as Bootcamp.

    インストールCDを装置に入れ、自動でインストール画面が立ち上がりインストールボタンを押すと

    CRIATIVE SUITE4の対処方法で、違うようでしたので解決に至りません。
    状況としてはWindows7のPCは購入時からプレインストール版なので、adobe関連のソフトが入ってます。
    このためのcaps.dbの事情が考えられると思いますが、そのあたりもよくわかりません。
    解決方法を教えて下さい。

    Windows 7で動作確認をしているのはCS5以降になります。
