ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE3 WEB PREMIUM インストールエラー

以前使用していたWindowsXpにインストールしていたADOBE CRIATIVE SUITE3 WEB PREMIAMを
PC破損によって廃棄したため、新しいPCのWindows7に再インストールしようとしたところ。
問題がでましたので解決方法をさがしています。
インストールCDを装置に入れ、自動でインストール画面が立ち上がりインストールボタンを押すと
次のエラーメッセージが表示されインストールが始まりません。
出たエラーメッセージ
　インストーラのデータベースが壊れています。Adobeカスタマーサー
　ビスまでお問い合わせください。
とでます。そののちＯＫクリックで閉じるだけの処理となり、インストールができません。

に同じエラーメッセージの絵があるので、その手順を参考に考えてみましたが、
CRIATIVE SUITE4の対処方法で、違うようでしたので解決に至りません。
状況としてはWindows7のPCは購入時からプレインストール版なので、adobe関連のソフトが入ってます。
このためのcaps.dbの事情が考えられると思いますが、そのあたりもよくわかりません。
解決方法を教えて下さい。

CS3はWindows 7に正式に対応していません。
Windows 7で動作確認をしているのはCS5以降になります。

ただ、すでに試されているようにエラー・メッセージ自体は
こちらと同じなので、caps.dbを削除することで解決するかもしれませんね。

Windows7で64ビットでしたら以下の場所に保存されます。
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe¥backup

    Tech support is not normally available on weekends.  You should contact them as soon as the weekend passes and pick up where you left off with them.

    A couple of years ago I purchased Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium for my PC at work - not via the Creative Cloud. They recently gave me a new computer, but now the install of this is not on the new one.
    Where can I go to download these files again?  Yes, I know they are older, but that's all I really need (basic Photoshop and Illustrator).

    I am having trouble to find my creative suite web premium cs5 license. I work at a global company and my IT technicians are asking me for this, so they can re-install my web premium suite.     Eduardo Alejandro Lazo what specific error do you receive when trying to apply the update?
    I would also recommend checking the installation logs for the updates you are attempting to apply for errors.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.

I tried to follow the deactivation procedure specified at the adobe website, but the deactivation option  is not appearing on my software HELP menu. What could I do to solve this problem.     I bought Adobe CS6 Design Web Premium in marth 2014.
    Now I'm in university and I will learn how to use Adobe Premiere Pro.

    As a student you are usually able to purchase Adobe software at a reduced price.  While you cannot usually upgrade a student/teacher version of software you can still purchase the software at a substantial savings.  You should look into this if you have noit already done so.

    Hi,
    I tried to install Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium from CD:s, but half way through the installation something went wrong and installation was abruptly interrupted and cancelled. I then went to disc 1 again to try and re-install the program, but then it says that I already have an installation (even if it is incomplete) and that I have to finish installing the one I have already started. But I cannot finish the one that is already started because I can't find any way how to continue an installation that has been started.
    What can I do?

    Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. We don't even know what version. For starters run the cleaner tool and try again.

    I have been trying to install Adobe Creative CS3 Design Premium for 2 days. The problem is when I try to install the software the Photoshop CS3 is gray out. I can install the all except the Photoshop. I have no idea what  is wrong but has failed to install photoshop cs3. Do I need to unistall the Photoshop CS2 in order to make it work.     I have been looking at my error logs to try to see what my problem is and it only says the word error once at the bottom and I can't really tell what the error is for. It says successful on one line and then error on the next line. Is tehre anyone here that knows these logs well and can tell me what my problem is by reading my error logs?
