Adobe CS 2 problems

Hi there!
Earlier I had CS 2 installed on my iMac, but problem occured and it got messy and I uninstalled in hope of being able to reinstall again.
followed the uninstall guide that comes with the bundle, but i can't reinstall anyway.
The guide tells you to trash and delete some files in the library and applications directory, and I did it.
But there are 2 files that I can't delete. They are inside the trashcan, and I suspect that those 2 files are the reason for the failed reinstall.
An error occures when I try do delete the trashed files, it says that the files are in use and can't delete them.
So, my question is. How do I delete those files? And wich app is using 2 adobe cs files in my trash?
Is there anyone else who had the same problem as me?

One more thing whilst you have Get Info open
In Ownership and Permissions
Can you Read & Write
Are you the Owner - if not undo the padlock (one click) and set yourself as the Owner
Set the Access to Read And Write
Group to yourself
Access Read & Write
Others Read only
