Does CS 6 Design Standard run in 32-bit windows 7 (SP1) operating system?

The O/S is partially supported but only for 32 bit apps. But you haven't mentioned your processor or RAM.

Yes, as long as the machine meets the system requirements for the software you can install and activate it. Your license allows you to have the software installed and activated on two machines.

I cannot afford the expense of buying or paying access to the software and, still, I need the tools for all those little things I do for enjoyment. What can be done?

The licenses are operating system specific, so one option would be to retain use of the Windows machine you had before the Mac.
If you want to try to use the older stuff on your new Mac you can try installing Windows emulation software such as Bootcamp.

I have just purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard and Teacher Edition. When I proceed to download the file it does but once it reaches the end of download a messege reading "Content verification failure (Content invalid) appears on the screen. How can I fix this error?

Do you mean install? If you were able to install any of the products that would indicate the installer downloaded ok. Do you receive any error messages when you try to install InDesign? Also which operating system are you using?

I purchased a new computer and am trying to reinstall Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard which i purchased as a download last year, when i login to my account there is not option to download the software.

I think that you'll need to get in touch with support to sort this out.
But you could check your order to see if you ordered and upgrade or a new purchase. The serial numbers for upgrade are different, and require the earlier version on your computer ( or its serial number instead).
If you've oredered an upgrade, check that you're entering the correct serial number. You'll probably be prompted to enter both: once for qualifying product and once for the new upgrade.
Let us know if this was the issue. If not, I suggest that you get in touch with Adobe Support.

I got creative suite 6 design standard and bridge isn´t working anymore.

i got creative suite 6 design standard and bridge isn´t working anymore.
it says I should delete the cache in order to get started but it always breaks down while doing it.
I tried to reinstall but also this didn´t work.
what can I do?

Without proper system information nobody can tell you anything specific. You can always delete the Bridge cache at the operating system level - it is, after all, merely a file/ folder.

If your machine does not meet the tech specs for an application, the application will not be listed/offered in the manager. In this case Premiere Pro CC is a 64-bit application and your machine is 32-bit.
