  • Change the language from English to Spanish in Adobe CS2 Creative Suite.

    Hello!
How can I change the languaje, from English to Spanish in the product Creative Suite 2 (Adobe Photoshop) ?

You can swap languages for a product you own if you follow thew instructions at the following link:
    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/order-product-platform-language-swap.htm l
I do not know if CS2 products still qualify for language change eligibility.  If you acquired CS2 on the rumor that it was being offered freely by Adobe then you might find you don't have any such option.  You should post back with any information you have regarding your attempt to get the language cvhange so that others can benefit from your experience.

  • Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite Premium (Education) downloads

    Hi,
I have the older CS Premium discs. I used Photoshop but not the other programs. Photoshop stopped working so I tried to reinstall it but could not due to the fact that it has been discontinued. The Adobe site offers CS 2 downloads for the same programs with a serial product code but I am not sure how to proceed. I downloaded the CS 2 products into a folder, have read many download pages from the site. but still do not know how to activate the CS 2 off of the desktop.
    Any suggestions?

Workingdays we have a discussion on this topic at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1195856.

  • BOGUS CS2 Creative Suites serial number need solutions

So I own CS2 Creative Suites Premium and it has been working a treat on my Macbook Pro with no issues at all. My harddrive did decide to pack in after water damage got it fixed tried my Adobe it did not work, and after tlaking with the Adobe helpline and going onto the CS2 section for an alternative serial number so I can still use my product it also does not work.
    What is the solution?
Adobe what do you have to say for yourselves?
And I am not interested in Creative cloud and I cannot afford CS6

I am checking this old thread in need of a few answers. My iMac G5 (OS 10.5.8) running CS2 Professional had a drive failure. So, right now I am unable to access any of my artfiles. But I had an extra copy of CS2 Professional from a previous purchase and tried to load it on an older G5 iMac (OS 10.5.8). Ran in to the same activation issues. So, went online to the Adobe site, downloaded the CS2 files provided. But, as described earlier, the site did not provide or make available the last 2 Disk Images for the Professional Suite - which includes Acrobat 7.
I am dire need to complete the Suite. any information on how to obtain the missing files?

  • Adobe Creative Suite Premium 1.0

We have seem to misplaced one of our CDs. Can anyone tell me how many CDs came with the original Adobe Creative Suite Premium? I have 2 install CDs, one extra/resource CD and one training CD. I want to make sure that I have not lost one of the install CDs.
I also would like to find a list of all of the fonts that come with Adobe Creative Suite Premium. We have installed so many fonts I cannot tell what originally came with the CD and what I need to get permission to use in my work. Thank You.

    Looking at my old copy...
    2 x Install CD's
    2 x Resources and extras CD's
    1 x Video training CD
1 x PageMaker Plug-In Pack CD for InDesign
    Making a total of 6 CD's.
If you have 2 Install CD's, you should be fine. Sounds, like you may have lost one of the resources and extras or the Pagemaker Plug-In Pack CD's though...

  • Adobe Creative Suite Premium All Re-install Except PhotoShop

I have been using Creative Suite Premium for over 4 years.  It was working fine until several days ago when Photoshop locked up.  After closing it, I have was not able to get Photoshop to run.  I have tried to uninstall and re-install the entire suite several times.  All of the programs in CS installed fine and I can open them and work in them, EXCEPT PhotoShop.  PhotoShop is the main program I use.  When I tried to install just PhotoShop, I got an error message that the serial number is invalid.  I re-checked and re-entered the serial number several times, but always got the same error message.  I don't understand whay happened in the first place and why the problem is only with PhotoShop.
I use PhotoShop on a daily basis with my job, so I need it to be up and running.  I am also on a limited income and budget and cannot afford to buy their expensive upgrades, nor should I have to since the program has been working fine all this time.
I tried the Tech suppport chat and after a lengthy wait and discussion, was told that Tech Support does support CS.  I know Adobe is trying to force me to spend hudnreds of dollars to upgrade, but if I am forced to buy new software, it won't be from Adobe.
Does anyone out there know of a solution to fix this?  Thanks.

Before uninstall/reinstalling any software always try to fix the preference file first. Reason is, if the file is corrupted, reinstalling the app will not fix it, as it assumes that you want to keep your prefered settings, hence preference file.
Most apps will recreate the file if it can not find it, but to be safe, moving the file to another location, will allow you to put it back if it does not recreate the file.

  • Help with reinstallation of upgrade CS 5.5 Creative Suite  Premium

My is an upgrade version of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium, from upgrade Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium from Adobe Creative Premium.

I will try to provide that information, but if I remember correctly Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium is not listed  nor is my full version  Adobe Creative Suite Premium.
By the way my phone number is <personal info removed> I do not have Skype at my office.

  • I am unable to open my Photoshop program after installing the entire Creative Suite: Premium Production 6. All other programs work, but with Photoshop it says that the program is "locked or in use by another user". I need this fixed immediately.

I am unable to open my Photoshop program after installing the entire Creative Suite: Premium Production 6. All other programs work, but with Photoshop it says that it "Could not open a scratch file because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the 'Properties' command in the Windows Explorer to unlock the file." Then I select "OK" and the next message comes up "Could not initialize Photoshop because the file is locked, you do not have the necessary permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the 'Properties' command in the Windows Explorer to unlock this file. I installed all of the programs on the same day from a CD. I need this fixed immediately.
I am not interested in switching to Creative Cloud, so don't even suggest it. I spoke to Mashmi (or something to that effect) on the "Support" Chat and there was absolutely no support. Useless actually.
    Thanks in advance.

  • I just installed Mac OS Mavericks, and now my Creative Suite Premium won't work.  I have an education version.  Where do I go to update the software to be compatible with Mavericks?

Does anyone know how I can update my Creative Suite Premium (Education version) to work with OS Mavericks?

You need to tell us what Creative Suite version you're using for us to help you.
Also, did you try to migrate your copy from one computer to another?

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite CS4 with Windows 8.1 (64 BIT)

    Hello,
could you please help me: I installed CS4 on my PC. But now im looking for a new PC, which I will buy in the next days. Is it possible to use the Creative Suite CS4 with a new PC, which has 64 Bit (Windows 8.1.)? ) Or should I buy a PC with only 32 Bits, as it is recommended in the system requirements. Will it give problems? If yes: Which one?
    Thank you!

64bit versions of Windows support 32bit apps. This point is utterly irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. There will definitely be problems, but not because of CS4 being 32bit. More to the point you should be concerned about driver compatibility and the security stuff in Win 8.1. which is something you'd have to take care of in any version.

  • Spaces and Adobe CS3 (Creative Suite 3)

I've noticed a strange flaw with Spaces and Adobe Creative Suite 3.
I initially set up a space for InDesign CS3. Then, because I needed to test something, I attempted to set up a separate space for InDesign CS2. The Spaces Preference Pane won't allow this!
It appears as though the creator codes (or whatever) are identical for CS2 applications and CS3 applications. If you have both installed on your Mac, the system only sees the latest version-CS3. If you have a CS3 application assigned to a particular space and then try to add the corresponding CS2 program, nothing will change. If you delete the CS3 Spaces assignment and then try adding the CS2 application, it will simply add the CS3 version again.
My question? Has anyone found a way to get CS2 and CS3 programs to live together in the Spaces Preference Pane simultaneously?

    Hi there,
    Thanks for the additional information.
Please utilize any available Adobe uninstallers in the Programs and Features control panel.  Once you have removed all Adobe software you can use the CC Cleaner Tool to help ensure complete removal.  You can find details here- http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
Once you have completely removed all Adobe software and have run the CC Cleaner Tool you can then try reinstalling.  If you need a fresh copy of the installation files the retail installers can be found at Download CS3 products.
Please let me know if this helps,
    Madison

  • Creative Suite Premium Upgrade?

If I have Adobe Creative Suite Premium and I buy the CS3 or CS4 upgrade (off ebay), will I get an upgraded version of GoLive?  Will I get Dreamweaver?  Will I get neither?  Can anyone help me out here?

Well if you buy it off ebay its most likely a pirate version and the pirates will have your credit card number too. Not a wise move.
and you only get dreamweaver with CS3 and 4. GoLive 9 was a piece of crap and not worth the upgrade fee.
If you are going to get CS4 which is the only version available retail and from Adobe, now is the time to do so before you are out of the upgrade path.

  • Old Creative Suite Premium product

I have recently moved to a new home. I am running the same computer with the same software, but suddently Photoshop won't run unless I "activate" my product. When I try to activate over the phone, it tells me my activation code doesn't have the right number of numbers. I suppose i it is because it is an older product. Has anyone else run into this problem?  I don't understand why it de-activated itself in the first place.  Chat was no help at all and told me to try the forums.

Adobe Creative Suite Premium, running on Windows XP Professional 5.1. The disks say 3/04  1.1.1  on them. I bought the full package and my receipt is from 7/27/2004. InDesign (version 3) still works, Adobe Acrobat Professional still works (version 6.0), GoLive still works (version 7).  Photoshop (version 8.0) seems to be the only problem. I've pasted below the message I get when I try to use Photoshop.
    Does that help?

  • Change Creative Suite Premium Membership to Creative Cloud Photography

Just got a notice that my membership is about to be automatically renewed. I currently have the full Creative Suite Premium... but it turns out, I really only need Lightroom and Photoshop. So I logged into my account to see if I can find information on how to change that. But there is no information on my account about that (that I can find. I admit, it might be hiding somewhere in the vast FAQ's that I started to look through, until I realized I didn't want to spend all day on that). So then I attempted to contact Adobe's customer service for help... and was directed to this forum.
So long story short, I really hope someone from Adobe is actually reading this, and can help me with my problem. Because I'd really prefer that my account not auto renew, I'd prefer to downgrade my membership, and I'd LOVE to talk to an actual human being about all these things... but apparently, I can't. So I'm trying this.
