Adobe CS6 after buy Adobe CC

If a will buy Adobe Cloud CC for team 12 month subscription can i use Adobe CS6 products?
I know that i can download older CS6 version in my account, but i can't understand where i can get serial number for activation it.

The CS6 you use by downloading with your Cloud account does not use a serial number... and it stops working if you stop your Cloud subscription

Hi, my computer is getting full and I need to take away programs. Is it safe to unintall Adobe CC after installing Adobe CC 2104? I do need to keep Adobe CS6. Will it destroy something in the files, workflow or can I just install them?

Adobe CS6 vs. Adobe CC

What is the difference between Adobe CS6 vs. Adobe CC? I have some Adobe CS6 and downloaded some of the the latest CC of the same programs. Do I use both? Do I get rid of one?

I guess there are two answers:
- so long as you originally activated as part of the install, it will, barring crashes which lose the disk.
- in any case, it's always easy to get your account repaired, in my experience. They've even done things like consolidate purchases to a recent account from years past, to reduce complexity. All you have to do is phone them.

Uninstalling Adobe Bridge CS6 after installing Adobe Bridge CC

I got all of my Adobe Applications on my MacBook Air through the new Adobe Cloud service. At that time, all of the applications were Adobe CS6. When I saw that Adobe Bridge CC was available, I downloaded it immediately. I had been having problems with Adobe Bridge CS6 working with my Adobe Photoshop CS6. After installing Adobe Bridge CC, I did not find the uninstaller application for Adobe Bridge CS6. I found two copies of the uninstaller for Adobe Bridge CC. Where can I get a copy of the uninstaller for Adobe Bridge CS6 for Mac?

Vizzpat there is no separate uninstaller for Adobe Bridge CS6. Adobe Bridge CS6 is installed by several applications. When those applications have all been removed then Bridge CS6 will be removed as well.
In general you can locate the uninstallers for Mac OS in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. You can also find additional information regarding installing and removing applications at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

Unable to open Bridge CS6 after installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 8

I have been using Bridge CS6 successfully until I installed Photoshop Elements 8 to use with a scanner I bought. After the installation, when clicking on Bridge CS6 it opens Bridge CS5. I had a look at some of the forums and tried Ctrl-clicking on Bridge CS6, but it still opens Bridge CS5. I have also re-installed Photoshop CS6 in the hope that this will fix it. Any suggestions as how to get Bridge CS6 going again will be appreciated!

Thanks for the replies. I was able to sort this myself after I watched the the following video on how to reset the Adobe preferences: http://tv.adobe.com/watch/the-complete-picture-with-julieanne-kost/how-to-reset-photoshop- cs6s-preferences-file/ I did the manual reset where I moved only the preference file to another location e.g. the Desktop. I restarted my computer. Closed Bridge CS5 that was running in the background and then clicked on Bridge CS6 and the program opened. I decided to take a chance to see if this won't fix it and was elated when it worked. Don't ask my why, but it did the job!

Not possible at the moment. I imagine however, that when Creative Cloud Connection becomes available and syncs your files to your computer, you can view your files via Bridge and anything you do on your computer will sync automatically back to the cloud storage.

After buying Adobe Premiere from the cloud, installation by (Adobe service), my InDesign CS6 quits on startup. Need help, Adobe doesn't want to fix this.

If you buy a cloud application while you have a totally legal Creative Suite Premium 6 it might stop working. Adobe made the installation by taking control of my computer. The girl did not seemed totally well trained... my opinion and right after that my InDesign stopped working!!! Now my If I call to get help they send you here because they don't want to spend money fixing that problem. So, I wonder if it's a good idea to buy a new application from the cloud if you already are a good customer. It's probably safer to buy other CS6 or CS5 versions if you already have some. Otherwise you might be stuck to buy the entire package through the cloud even if you don't need the last versions. To solved my problem, I erased the applications with all the preferences on the second time around, reinstalled everything and InDesign still quits on startup. I have the same setup at home but this one does work.

InDesign CS6 quits on startup after buying Adobe Premiere from the cloud. Need help, Adobe will not.

I bought all the versions of creative suite over the years and now just bought Adobe Premiere from the cloud. From that moment my InDesign CS6 quits on start up and they tell me that they cannot support me on the phone and to go F myself. I erased everything, even the preferences, reinstalled it and still have the same problem. Do you think this is a marketing trap, buy a new one and we will make sure that you have to change everything? Help, I can't work anymore.

Adobe cs6 upgrade and adobe support

I purchased Adobe 5.5 Creative Suite in April 2012. I was supposed to get a free upgrade to cs6. How do I do this?
Also the program came with no books or support and I am totally lost. What is the best way to familiarize myself with the program and be able to use it. I used to work with photoshop 6, and Illustrator and these new updated programs are totally different.

Read the help and search the web. There's tons of tutorials out there for each and every of the programs. To claim your free upgrade contact support. If at the time of purchasing Cs5.5 you were elligible, they can sort things out.

Can I delete Adobe Reader after purchasing Adobe Acrobat?

Hey all....
I just purchased a Fujitsu ScanSnap that came with Adobe Acrobat. With that, I though I would be able to delete Adobe reader off of my computer thinking that Acrobat would now take over for all .PDF's I wanted to look at, but for some reason I'm getting an error and I had to reinstall Adobe Reader- Even now when I open a .PDF- it opens with reader- if I want to open with Acrobat, I have to open Acrobat and then open the file from the menu bar. Any help on how to get rid of reder would be appreciated!

From what I understand, you uninstalled Reader. However, Acrobat had already been installed. When you uninstalled Reader, you broke Acrobat and would need to do a repair. They share some files and the Acrobat uninstall is not good about checking those files. That is why things started working again when you reinstalled Reader, effectively fixing Acrobat. As graffiti said, having both is not recommended. I would suggest you uninstall Reader again and then repair Acrobat. You can also uninstall both and reinstall Acrobat. Be careful about the uninstalls on Acrobat so that you also do the proper deactivation, not reducing your number of permitted installed.

Why can I not enter my CS6 after buying a new iMac?

After tipping the number you have send me a new number to confirm it. cause I had to switch the provider from 1&1 to all-inkl relaunching my website, I lost the registration number, I can´t find it. It is payed and I am a teacher of the KISD in Cologen, you must have the confirmation of the administration bureau KISD Cologne Ubierring. Now, whenever I want to use CS6 Education Standard, the Mac asks me for the number. can you send the the number, cause everything is clear and correct payed.

Das ist 100% Schwachsinn. Die Programme müssen korrekt installiert werden. Migrationsassistent oder Timemachine kanste in dem Fall in der Pfeife rauchen. Für alles andere den Edu Support anrufen/ per Formular anfunken oder was auch immer. Und beim nächsten Mal den ganzen Spam weglassen.

Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium unable to activate after reinstallation of Crashed Desktop PC hard disk.

I tried reinstalling and activating my copy of Adobe CS6 after my Desktop PC hard disk crashed. I was not able to deactivate that copy since the Hard disk crashed making even booting to windows impossible. Please advise how I can activate this copy on my desktop PC.

Deploying Adobe CS6 Help

The last thorn in my side for enterprise deployment of Adobe CS6 apps is Adobe Help.
I've tried the commands listed in the AAMEE exceptions folder. I've tried updated commands that I found in some obscure PDF on Adobe's website. I've tried the Adobe Exceptions Deployer. None of them work. They always say "successful" in the log files... but Help is not actually installed!
I've been able to install all the other AAMEE Exceptions, but not Help. Has anyone had any luck?
For the record, I'm using an in-house-built software deployment system that is similar to Apple Remote Desktop (only more robust and more scalable). It deploys standard Apple packages and/or shell scripts. Most silent packages are installed as startup packages using root privileges before the login screen appears with no user logged in.
This is on Macintosh, BTW...
