Adobe CS6 Design Download Problem

I have purchased Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium for Windows. I was able to download some but not all of the programs. I receive an Adobe window message to indicate thatPhotoshop, InDesign and Flash Professional could not successful be downloaded. It contained this error summary.
I would appreciate any help that may be provided.

The DF012 could also indicate a problem accessing the install files. If you continue to experience this error then please download a new copy of the install files from Adobe.com. You can download the trial for CS6 Design and Web Premium. The install files are identical to what is contained on the DVD.

I am having trouble installing my adobe CS6 design onto my computer. It'll successfully download, then once I click to install, it'll install and then prompt me to enter my serial #, after that it says my serial # is valid but the qualifying product cannot be found on the computer. It gives me an option to choose the product i own in a drop down menu and alongside to enter the serial number for the product. The drop down menu doesn't even list the product I bought. No, if you had the CS5 installed you would not have to do the confirmation of having the qualifying version, but I do not recommend installing CS5 just for that. MAke sure you are providing the CS5 serial number and not the CS6 number for the qualifying version information. If you continue to have a problem try contacting Adobe Support thru chat and they should be able to resolve the matter with you.

Do as it says: Put your downloaded 7z file and the *.exe in a proper folder, not just dump it onto your desktop or whatever.

Did you obtain the serial number from Adobe? Which operating system are you using? Do you have any other Adobe software installed? Are you able to register the serial number successfully on Adobe.com? What is the Platform of the Adobe CS6 Design Suite ( WIndows or Mac)?.

Can i get a new serial number for Adobe CS6 Design Standard for Students and Teachers?

I have had to re-install my Adobe CS6 Design Standard for students and teachers after having problems with my computer (MacBook Pro)
I am wondering if there is a way to access my old serial number from when I originally installed CS6, or do I have to start over again and get a new serial number?

You normally use the same serial number that you are first issued. If you registered your product when you first installed it then you should be able to find your setial number available thru your Adobe account online.

Adobe CS6 Design Standard product code installation failure?

My computer died on me and I am trying to re-install my software's, using the product code/serial numbers. The two first boxes, where you enter the product code, it won't let me fill the space in those, making impossible to install and enter the product code. I had this same problem, when I first tried installed this software on the old and dead computer with Adobe CS6 Design Standard.
Why is my installation disc making it impossible to install the software?

Mine does not have six set of four numbers.More like five. Out of the five, one has six alphanumeric combinations. It won't let me finish adding that last group of numbers and letters to complete re-registration of my software, allowing the disc to install the software data. The first two boxes won't let me add alphabetical letters from the product code number.

First of all, Sorry for my english i'm a french graphism student. So I have a MAC OS X Yosemite 10.10.2, i want to install the Adobe CS6 Design Standard but it doesn't work at all. They recommended me to go on Adobe support Advisor but i didn't find any solutions.
I installed Java for OS X2014-001 but it doesn't work either. Help please !!

If it won't download directly, right click and "Save as"
Go to: Mac HD/Library/Internet Plugins
Trash the Flash Player.plugin file from there
Go to: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Trash the Flash Player folder (the whole folder)
Empty the trash
Reboot
Mount the DMG and run the installer.
BEFORE opening any Flash content in Safari, open Safari>Preferences, and check the Security tab to make sure "Allow all other plugins" is checked.

Have french license for adobe cs6 design but need ENGLISH

My university in Lausanne, Switzerland installed Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premuim with their license. Awesome. Only thing is that I am English speaking and the programs are all in French because they have a French license. I was able to change Photoshop to English easily, but I can't seem to find a way to change the other programs from French to English. I have a PC running Win 7 Pro 64 bit, but I do not know the serial number for Adobe.
Has anyone solved this? I am already slow on the computer and working in another language will make me triple slow, which is frustrating, even with my little knowledge of French.
Is there a patch for English in Illustrator, in Design, Dreamweaver, Bridge, FlashProfessional,etc ??? Please help!!

If that is a Creative Cloud license, you could change the install language, but not so easily with the CS versions.
Maybe your university can get the other language version for a small fee. You could try and ask support.

Where to purchase Adobe CS6 Design Standard for mac? (in the UK).

I'm looking to purchase Adobe CS6 Design Standard for mac for the company I work for (I'm in the IT department).
All the other marketing staff run this version.
I need another copy but it seems it's all been replaced with Creative Cloud.
The finance director is not happy to be paying yearly for this, wants a one off payment for boxed/download version of CS6, so everyone's on the same version.
I've Googled but don't trust any of the online shops I'm finding (could be dodgy copies of the software, might not turn up, etc).
Adobe seem to still sell some CS6 products but only in other countries? (we're in the UK).
