my company bought 3 license Adobe CS6 Design stardard, but after install CS6 and entre serial number, It's show error and contact Adobe, my license certificate number is 138399145. can you help me?

  • Adobe CS6 Licensing & Activation file locations

    We use Vmware Horizon Mirage to keep our images up to date and are running into an issue with CS6 activations. Basically with Mirage we can make changes to a Base layer then push those changes to our machines, but we found a couple of years ago with CS4 that this "updating" process would strip out the licensing and activation every time we updated the base layer. So after tons and tons of digging we found the folder (c:\ProgramData\FLEXnet) and registry entry(Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\10.0\AdobeViewer) that we needed to tell Mirage not to mess with and this fixed the issue for CS4. So now that we've moved to CS6 we are having the same issues and need to find the coordinating folders and files, I've looked in the usual areas but I'm assuming it's completely different since Adobe changed their activation processes up(which suck by the way). Would anyone happen to know these off the top of your head?

    The window looks so similar to other activation windows, I had only ever seen the DPS login for CS5 which was in the Panel.
    Be good for this window to have some text that relates to DPS. Maybe Sign in to DPS or you must sign in with an Adobe ID to use the Digital Publishing Suite and the Folio Builder.

  • Adobe CS6 audio problem

    Hey guys, I'm really new to Adobe, I've been using SonyVegas for a long time now. I thought I'd try out a different program. I really like CS6's interface, it feels really natural. However, I can't use it for what I want to do. I record game footage from my Hauppauge HDPVR and commentate games on Youtube. Whether I save the recording as an .MP4 or .MT2S when I open up a new project in Adobe and import the video it will not drag the audio in with it. It works fine in Vegas, and when I watch the video the sound plays along just fine.
    This may be a really no-brainer kind of problem, but I've never had an issue importing anything into Vegas, it just simply knows the video is coupled with audio. Adobe seems to only see there is a video.
    If computer specs help rule out hardware incompatibilty I'm using two GTX 670's SLI. 3rd gen i7 processor, and 16gb of ddr3 2333 ram.

    Something is going on here because cs6 supports AC3 audio. Can you upload a small test file to yousendit or some other share site, so I can see if it has audio on my system.
    I'm thinking something might have gone wrong with your install process. Although please try doing this although this is supposed to only apply to AVCHD media it can't hurt to try.
    This solution was originally posted in another thread by a adobe employee, and even though he was talking about AVCHD media it's worth a shot IMO.
    1) Quit Premiere. Launch Premiere again. Go to the Help menu and verify that you are activated (towards bottom, should see "Deactivate..." that signifies that you are activated).
    2) Go to Preferences > Media > Media Cache Database. Click the "Clean" button. Import your file(s) again and see if you get audio now.
    3) If 1 and 2 do not work, then could you please try to uninstall and then install Premiere Pro again.

  • Adobe cs6 yosemite problems

    After I wake the computer, and try to use an already open Photoshop CS6 window, I get strange patterns in the canvas. Purples. Greens. And when it's empty, it goes all black. A restart fixes this, until sleep. Happens every time. Anyone know a fix? Thank you.

  • Does Adobe CS6 now work after Mavericks upgrade? I know people were having problems.

    We have CS6 on multiple iMacs in our department at work with Mavericks. No problems running any CS6 applications at all.
    We have only run into one problem with Acrobat Pro X after installing Creative Cloud, that every time we start that app, it asks for the CS6 license number. Thus we have stopped using it for Acrobat Pro XI.

    I installed Adobe CS6 Master Collection for Mac, licensed it and updated it on twenty iMacs.  This a University computer lab with many users.  Sometimes Adobe software starts in trial mode as if the license key hasn't been entered.  What could be the problem?

    Could you please tell me how did you install Master Collection on 20 machines.
    If you have installed Master Collection on 1 Mac and created an Image of the OS and then installed it on the 20 Mac's then you may come across with this kind of issue.
    In Order to properly deploy the Master Collection please use our Deloyment Tool to create a Serialised Package and then use the same to deploy it on the 20 Mac's.

    My license for Adobe CS6 suddenly does not function anymore, I get the message "license expired"
    Re-activation with the proper license does not work.
    I can also not de-activate the SW
    Please advise

    This is my schools second response.
    "Unfortunately, Adobe has dropped the CS6 keys that were issued to students and are no longer valid. This is Adobe's product and is beyond our control. If your Adobe CS6 key has expired, there is simply no further support that we can provide. We’ve received no information on any fix or replacements"
    After my school pretty much gave up on helping me after not trying. I contacted adobe Via Twitter.

  • Attn: Adobe Received CS6 license Key - Never purchased CS6

    Hopefully this is the right forum group to post this.
    I tried calling Adobe Support today three times to alert them to either Adobe sending out Free CS6 license keys or a scam email and gave up after 3 telephone disconnects:
    1st call was quickly disconnected. 2nd call I spoke to a gentleman who transferred me to customer service where I was disconnected before reaching anyone. And a 3rd time when I spoke to a woman in Adobe customer service and was disconneted after explaining the problem. I wish Adobe would fix their telephone disconnections.
    Problem is:  Today I received a email from a sender simply listed as ADOBE.  The email which I did not open contains "License Key" attachment.  If I hold my cursor over the email it is thanking me for purchasing CS6.
    I have not purchased CS6 yet (I still have CS5.5 Production Premium which I purchased last September).
    If any one from Adobe cares about this issue please feel free to contact me through PM.

    Either way I look at it as bad news for adobe and it's customers. Either a free CS6 license key or a scam.
    I didn't open the email so I don't know what type is the attachment as I know I didn't order CS6.
    All I know is:  sender email in my mail box shows simply "adobe.
                         Subject line reads "License Key"
                          Email shows attachment to it.
                          when I hold my cursor over the email in my inbox it shows preview text thanking me for purchase of CS6 and states my license key

  • Hanging problem with Adobe CS6 in Mountain Lion

    I recently upgraded my retina Macbook pro to Mountain Lion and was having some trouble with Adobe CS6 apps hanging on startup among other things (including iCal crashing on startup)
    I did a clean install of Mountain Lion and Manually rebuilt my applications folder so that Adobe MAster COllection was installed freshly on a clean install of ML.
    Now it is still sporadically hanging when I try to open Photoshop, Bridge or other Adobe apps. The only thing that seems to fix it is a restart which is inconvenient when you're in the middle of work.
    ANy ideas?

    Thanks for this. I had heard of the fonts problem some people have had. All my fonts were freshly installed by either the system or Adobe when I installed Master Collection. Following your advice, I just verified every font and the only problem that showed up (as you had predicted) was a minor duplication which I corrected. So, it seems unlikely to be the fonts.
    As for your other point, I have been using Final Cut Pro X and that has worked fine. The only other app that has given me trouble has been Calendar which seems to get strangely stuck sometimes while it is updating. Makes me wonder if there's something going on with the network I'm using. 
    One thing I hadn't thought of was that it could be a problem with gfx card switcher. This seems unlikely but I'll try disabling it and see if that helps.
    Weirdly, today when I had this issue, Photoshop loaded up ok but then hung when I tried to load any file into it. Bridge wouldn't start at all. I didn't try the others. Yesterday I was having problems with Illustrator.
    Anyway, I see what you mean about it not being a widespread problem - which is why I started this thread. It seems no one else is having any issues. If anyone else knows what I should look for in my configuration please let me know.

  • How do I enter CS6 license key when Adobe Application Manager immediately tries to authenticate against my expired Creative Cloud membership?

    I have CS6 Master Suite installed along side my now-expired Creative Cloud apps (I am evaluating whether to renew my subscription at this time). Both CS6 and Creative Cloud are currently unlicensed due to a snafu with my educational license, but I have a new CS6 license that I am trying to register CS6 with. However, upon launching any CS6 program, Adobe Application Manager then launches and tells me that my Creative Cloud membership is now expired. How/where to I enter my CS6 license key? I have already tried entering my new license on my Adobe account profile > “My products and services”, and reinstalled CS6 applications from my original disk image (MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg).

    Figured this one out from another thread, after which I was able to sign in again with my Adobe ID and my software was ready to use:
    Windows:
    Delete these folders
    SLStore from C:\ProgramData\Adobe
    SLCache from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    OOBE from C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
    Mac:
    Delete SLStore and SLCache from /Library/Application Support/Adobe
    Delete OOBE from ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  • Problem installing my adobe CS6 design standard

    I am having trouble installing my adobe CS6 design onto my computer. It'll successfully download, then once I click to install, it'll install and then prompt me to enter my serial #, after that it says my serial # is valid but the qualifying product cannot be found on the computer. It gives me an option to choose the product i own in a drop down menu and alongside to enter the serial number for the product. The drop down menu doesn't even list the product I bought. I'm stuck at this point, please help!!!

    No, if you had the CS5 installed you would not have to do the confirmation of having the qualifying version, but I do not recommend installing CS5 just for that.  MAke sure you are providing the CS5 serial number and not the CS6 number for the qualifying version information.  If you continue to have a problem try contacting Adobe Support thru chat and they should be able to resolve the matter with you.

  • ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS6 COLOR PROBLEMS

    hi i have a problem on adobe cs6, i am a photographer and i work heavily on my pictures, sometimes with graphic techniques(like lens flare, light leaks etc) and sometimes just with camera raw. i have this problem in the sense that i am satisfied with how the final image looks on my monitor but when i send these pictures to both my phones (AN HTC android and a blackberry q5) the images look over saturated, the colors are too contrasted and are too deep, everything looks like i over edited it and i dont understand. my laptop monitor supports 32-bit imaging and its set to that by default, but my picture mode in photoshop is set to 16-bit by default, please help as i dont know what to do, could it be my monitor thats rendering false colors? i read something about changing color spaces to between sRGB adobe RGB and ProPhoto RGB but i just dont understand anything, please help

    What is the images’ Color Space and do you embed the profile when saving?
    In all probability your phones are simply not color managed.
    So while converting the images to sRGB might improve the situation the issue may be that you are expecting what’s pretty much impossible – that images appear identically in color managed applications and on non-color managed devices.
