Adobe Demos will NOT INSTALL

Question

In the last 2 weeks I've downloaded Adobe Photoshop from this site 30 times. Every single time I when I try to extract it after it downloads I get the same error after about 20% of extracting saying some crap like my harddrive space my be full. I have 100 gigabytes free. There should be no need for this.
I have even been so annoyed by this I reinstalled Windows XP Pro SP3 with all the Windows Updates. Not another file had been installed on this computer. I went to Adobe, downloaded Photoshop again. SAME ERROR.
Yesterday I downloaded 4 trails. Each twice. I extracted all of the trials on my C:\ and I still got the error! I've searched Google and found 100 people having this problem. Why cant Adobe make a downloadable trial that WORKS? Why do I have to run this Akakai crap that probably screws up the download?
This is riduclous that I can't install Adobe on my computer.I have over 100 gig free, there is no harddrive problem. Why wont this install? Why can't you figure out how to fix your download and install process? This has been going on since CS3.
Do you know how fruastrating it is to wait an hour for this to download. Then wait 20 minutes for it to unzip, and then at 40% it says my harddrive is full??? I've done this 10 times in the last week. I'm sick of it. Your a billion dollar company. Take some of those computer scientist from Berkely and Stanford and fix your ****** installation software and get rid of that Akakai ******** noone wants.

Your frustration is understandable, but bear in mind that Adobe would have long been out of business if their software simply wouldn't install on peoples' computers.
I have been buying my Adobe software via download for many years, and have never had a lick of trouble with their installers.
From the sound of things, your internet connection and/or computer and/or Windows setup have serious problems.  You should channel some of that frustration into energy to fix your setup, or maybe even get a new one.  Don't look now but XP is all but obsolete.
Out of curiosity, did you compare the files you downloaded both times yesterday?  Were they identical to one another?
Finding other people on Google who have had problems with installs is akin to finding people in the real world who have had car accidents.  You think they were all the cars' faults?
