Right, I am accessing the control via Insert ->Controls -> ActiveX -> Microsoft Treeview. (unable to find any documentation)
I am actually trying to make a treeview and on selection do some stuff.
I have tried using CxtraPopup to create the same but when publishing it says unregistered version.
Can you please suggest any xtra that supports Menu.

Adobe director 12 bug

i have adobe director 12
i want to play webcam Through swf flash file
i create flash file to open my webcam and import it to director
in the flash sprite property i checked DTS
play the movie to test
a popup settingsPanel window display but cannot click on the allaw or deny button

What I usually do is :
    (the stage).rect = (the desktopRectList)[1]
    (the stage).drawRect = (the desktopRectList)[1]
But this can be done and the WIDTH AND HEIGHT ratio is the same.
The display ratio : 800x600 (square) and 1920x1020 (Wide) are different,
and maybe there are more display ratios.
There are 3 OPTIONS I knew, if you want your presentation CAN DISPLAY AUTO ADJUST
IN MANY DIFFERENT RATIOS :
(1) Build from new zero file again in many DIR files - different width and height ratio
(2) Making an Artificial Inteligent programming Auto Adjust Screen
      LOGIC : If the resolution width=...... and heigt =............ then sprite (logosprite).loch= (the stage).width/2....
     It will take a lot of thoughts concidering many alternatives....
     The hardest : Your design is 1920x1020   but the client sometimes uses 1020x1920 !!!
     Charge A BIGGER BILL to your client, explain this is hard one
(3) First show a small Box displaying 2 alternative screen ratio that LEADS TO DIFFERENT EXE/ projector

It is working coolly. Anyone can draw simplefigures with
colors with it.

content can be saved as jpg

The Sharp Image Export Xtra is not Shockwave Safe, which
basically menas it does
not work in online situations.
The DirectImage Xtra does image exporting and is Shockwave

Basic Adobe Director question.

Greetings all. Thanks for taking the time to look at this post and reply to me. I am very new to Adobe Director and have just gotten it installed on my computer. I am suppose to be taking over a project that some other team members have worked on and developed. However the issue that I run into is I seem to be missing a file or something. I have Director installed and it seems to launch and run ok. However when I open the project that I'm suppose to be taking over I get an error like:
This application requires an Xtra (Grid) that either does not exist or failed to initalize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s).
I click ok and it opens the project and will let me build it. While publishing I get the following errors:
Can't find the Xtra file "Grid Asset.x32". Continue creating project?
I click ok and I get the following message twice:

I was told all the files that I needed to work on the project with was given to me and I have been give all the license keys. However it still seems I am missing a file. I have tried doing a Google search on several different keywords to see if I could find the solution or a file to download. However I have yet to have any luck on this.
If anyone has any information that could help me I would appreciate it.

Adobe Director 11.5 Publish to old player versions?

Is there any way to publish to older Shockwave player versions? I can't see anything in the publish options.
I am asking this because when I publish my movie our users are reporting an error regarding the player version. As we have a huge number of systems, we are unable to update the plugin easily.

Adobe Director 11.5 cannot publish to old versions of the Shockwave player. The introduction of Unicode and other stuff would make it impossible.
Director 10 was able to publish to Shockwave 8.5.1, but that was really a reflection of how little new there was in Director 10 (MX 2004).

Hi all............I was reading my sat nav cd on my computer and 'adobe Reader new downloads' keeps popping up. When I asked a friend do I need this they just say 'no' but I am curious and like to learn. What is 'Adobe' Reader OR 'Acrobat'. You see I'm trying to learn how to use the mp3 plaver on my sat nav and download updates for it but there's never anything to say 'how much' or 'free' and there is so much to read. Anyway does anyone know if these downloads are free? and what do they do? All help welcome as I don't understand at all what it is? Oh and thanks in advance :)

I have an account for Abobe Creative Cloud but I can´t find the Adobe Director application for download in Adobe Application Manager. Does anyone know if Adobe Director is included with Adobe Creative Cloud?

Installation problems for Adobe Director 11.5 for Mac OS X Lion

I've downloaded other Adobe products from this site before, like Photoshop Lightroom, etc. There were no problems concerning installation with that. But when I downloaded the Adobe Director 11.5 for Mac recently, the process of installation stops in the middle of installing it. I thought there was just something wrong with the file I downloaded, so I downloaded it again, and again. But every time I try to install it to my Macbook Pro, it gets stuck at the exact same place. What's wrong with it?
Also, I tried downloading a Windows based Adobe Director. And it said the trial period is for 90 days. But when I activated it, it only registered as a trial for 30 days. Can you please help me with this? I badly need it for my schoolwork.

I'm having the same problem - I can't install on my Mac running OSX 10.8.2. I was having trouble with an existing installation of Director 11.5. I was hoping a fresh install may solve the problem, but the installer freezes at about 75% complete.
Hey Adobe - just put us out of our missery already and either fix Director or officially announce it's been abandoned!

Do I have to purchase Adobe Director to get Projector, so I can fix the Wacom Bamboo tutorial?

As I've noticed, there are OTHER people who get the same message as I do: "Projector has stopped working. Windows wants to close." (in the Wacom Bamboo tutorial. Is this an Adobe OEM error, or is there something going on with the Bamboo software? Surely this can't be a cruel attempt to get us all to lay out $400 to fix a <$100 piece of hardware. Surely we're not ALL yutzes if it is happenning this often. Or is it that I'm running the 64-bit Windows 7 as my operating system, instead of the 32 bit program?

Adobe Director is an application used to make interactive multimedia presentations. Wacom have used it to create their tutorial... and there is a error in the scripts that the Wacom development team have used. Your best chance of finding a solution will be to contact Wacom, and explain which part of the tutorial causes the error, giving details of the computer that you are running it on.
I imagine that Wacom will be somewhat embarrassed about this error, and will be posting an updated tutorial soon.
I am pretty sure that the error in the tutorial does not indicate an error in the functioning of your tablet.

No. Luckily it is very quick to compile and test on the iPad. I've watched people using Flashbuilder and it seems to be a much more complex process.

Did you already have your own info.plist? If not, you would want to leave that alone, as:
Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Director 12:Configuration:Projector iOS Resources:Otto.app:Info.plist
In addition to getting the provisioning file path you need to select the matching App Signing Identity Name.
Also, make sure the iOS Bundle Identifier is compatible with the provisioning profile.
It does publish ok for me, but only after I got all those things right.

I cannot have my certificate ID file to package my xtra. The link in documentation is bad.
