Adobe Distiller won't open?

Hi
My Adobe Distiller won't open. I am working on OS X Version 10.8.2 and have a Creativ Cloud account. I installed Distiller months ago and has been working great until now??
When I try to launch, it says, "Suite product activation needed".
I launch Photoshop to activate it, but says it is unable to installl and must quit? This hasn't happened before?
Please can you help?

Can you trying uninstalling Photoshop from Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers and then launch the Adobe Application Manager from the Applications folder and reinstall Photoshop?

Adobe Reader won't open - I eventually get a message saying there is no default mail client & telling me to run Outlook & set it as the default mail client (I'm not going to do that). I then get a message saying that Adobe is not responding. Uninstalled & re-installed & problem persists.

Since you mention Outlook, I assume that you are on Windows. Here are some things to try...
Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, then double-click on Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].
If you cannot open Reader by itself, try to disable Protected Mode in the registry; download, unzip, then run the attached registry script
It could even be a malware issue; see http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-core-dll-error.html

There are multiple problems with these forums, and unfortunately things like that happen all the time (to all of us).

Adobe reader won't open on iPad after recent update

After most recent update, adobe reader won't open on my iPad. I have lots of docs that I need to get to. Please help.

This forum is probably the best you can do. We're now on the weekend, and Adobe engineers don't work 24/7. When they return on Monday and see the reports, they'll work to fix it. The update will need to be submitted to Apple and then approved for an update.
Note that there are other apps on the App Store which can read PDFs.

thank you mike. i tried to follow your shared link to unisntall and re-install the software.
now i can open pdf without any error msg.
however.. the file context cannot be showned... which is in white screen only.. i tried to close and re-open the file, but still can't view the context correctly. could you please help? thanks.

adobe reader won't open because of error - NEED PDF READER NOW!!!!!!!!!

The reason is Adobe has not updated there software yet to play well with Mavericks. The fault is of course with the Adobe Software. I suggest you go to there web site and see if they have a fix yet for there software, If not all you can do is continue to check back with them or get on there fourms and see what others have to say about this same issue.

Student Adobe Cloud won't open

I bought Adobe cloud yesterday and installed InDesign with all its updates. It worked fine. Today, it says my trial expired. InDesign won't open. I have the receipt for my $19.99 monthly in my inbox and have already been charged- I am positive I purchased the yearly plan.
The catch, a few months ago I downloaded a trial of InDesign. It has since expired and I never updated it. I would be less surprised if the program didn't work at all, but for some reason yesterday I had no problems.

This is happening to me also and I am pissed off. All my files saved in CS6 now I can't work in CS5 to finish and it's due tomorrow. Where's the support that is supposed to be on 24/7.....?????????

Adobe reader won't open PDF file

I have Adobe Reader 9 and Windows 8 on a Dell computer. When I try to open a PDF file from a website it sends me to my Library on my computer and won't open the file. If I try to open a PDF file from my Desktop, it opens OK. What can I do to fix this?

Adobe Reader won't open after successful installation??

Hi guys,
I recently installed the latest version of Adobe Reader for my Macbook Air and even got a confirmation that it was successfully installed and everything and yet when I click on its icon, it just won't open. Usually with Macs, the application icon will bounce up and down as the application is loading or waiting to open but the Adobe icon just moves once then stops, and nothing happens. It would say that it is "open" because it gives me the "quit" option when I right click on the icon. I've tried downloading it again twice but it still won't budge and worst of all, it doesn't give me any clues as to what is wrong with it or what I can do about it.
So if any of you know a solution, please let me know and thank you in advance!

Adobe Illustrator won't open after install.

I downloaded AI off of the creative cloud, but it won't open. I see the process "illustrator.exe" come up in the task manager, stays for about 30 seconds, then exits. There's no splash screen or anything. I've reinstalled it twice, and looked at the install log.
Here's errors in the log:

Adobe Story won't open after update

Hi,
I updated Adobe Story this morning, and now it won't open online or offline. I've cleared my browser's cache, restarted my PC, but nothing seems to work. This is a major problem because I have deadlines for this afternoon, and now I can't access my work.

When you launch the application, do you see the login page, or is it a blank gray page?
If you were working online in your last session, you can access your account and all your documents from the browser application. https://story.adobe.com/
Launch any browser(Firefox/IE/Chrome/Safari) and log into your account.

Yes, thanks for responding. The program just wouldn't launch; it's been like this for a long time and I don't remember when it started. I just located the fix though. Here it is:

Adobe Illustrator Won't Open

I installed Adobe Illustrator CS4 and it won't open. I tried deleting all the Adobe preference files and it still didn't work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it still didn't work. Any ideas?

Adobe Acrobat won't open anymore. It says it's "incompatible"

I have been trying to open Adobe Acrobat, but it won't open. I've tried updating. It still won't open and I'm not sure it ever really worked properly, but for some odd reason, it did open once today, then stopped working completely no matter what I do. I've tried updating it. I've tried disabling Symantec Endpoint Protection. Help, please?

What is the COMPLETE message?
