Sorry you are having problems. First of all try Fifrefox's safemode.

Next step, if safe mode did not work.
First: Try a clean install, (you have had a none standard version installed previously) that involves deleting the program files. Then if necessary try troubleshooting by creating and using a clean empty Firefox profile.

Uggh, it's so frustrating! I've googled every search phrase I can think of and this seems to be the only thread describing this exact issue. I'm always automatically logged into Facebook on my MBP but just to be sure I logged out and back in and it worked fine.
I gotta say, I wasn't a fan of the Droid I had preceding this iPhone, and from what I hear the iPhone app for FB is a thousand times better - not that I'd know personally because I can't log in!! - but I could always access my FB account on the droid. Just sayin...

Having the same problem. Done everything said in here Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later but nothing helps, I have reinstalled this twice. I have taken firewall and virusprotection off (never going to do that again, terrible mess...).
I have paid nearly €80 (yes, this cost´s here in Europe this much) for this upgrade DVD and worked for several hours trying to install this. I must say, that I am extreamly disappointed.

There is no specific version designated for student/teacher versions, the software you get is the same as any other 'version'... the serial number is what designates the version status. Adobe Reader doesn't work after windows 7 update

My Adobe Reader X was working fine, until one night where Windows 7 automatically updated, and after that Adobe Reader doesn't work anymore. It doesn't respond AT ALL when I click on it, and I cannot view PDF files anymore.
I uninstalled it, and re-installed it --- still doesn't work. I tried downloading version 9, but still it doesn't work.
I also tried to do system restore, but somehow it won't let me --- it says it failed to do so.
When I try to open PDF files in IE 10, it says "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader..." and an error code of 103:103.
Could anyone help me?
