Adobe Encoder flashing problems

Adobe Encoder takes wmv and has Flashes in it between fading pictures.
when I try to convert it to a F4V or H.264 format.
How can a get rid of these post fade flashbacks (to previous pictures)

Problem is with Adobe On-line installer of Flash player, which is very buggy and almost always crashes with some error. Please use full Off-line installer of Flash player, download from here:

Problem exporting with adobe encoder. Please help

While using adobe premiere cs4 I export my project as mpeg4. then it opens the NTSC, 176x144, 15 fps.. It opens in adobe encoder and then i hit queue. after it is done it open up in "adobe device central" and that's where i'm lost. All i want to do is upload my video on to Youtube.com. What am I doing wrong??

You never showed a screen capture of what your starting media is.
Im guessing its standard DV at 720x480 ?
Dont use MPEG4
Use the H264 and then select the YouTube pre-set that matches your source footage.
3GP (3GPP file format) is a multimedia container format defined by the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) for 3G UMTS multimedia services. It is used on 3G mobile phones but can also be played on some 2G and 4G phones.
Using the H264 should get you what you want.
It you shoot in widescreen you can choose that one too.

Adobe macromedia flash mx pro 2004

Hello,
I have problem with compatibility between macromedia flash mx pro 2004 and win 7 . Flash crashes after about 1 min after loading . Any solution or advice?

Well there is no answer to my question, but I did finally get the Adobe Media Encoder dialog box to come back again.
After uninstalling Premiere and QuickTime, then shutting down the computer, rebooting and logging on to the Admin account, shutting down again, rebooting again, logging in to the Admin account again ...
I then went in to the registry and removed all the Entries that had either of these in it:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\DVA\COM
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\DVA\FLASH
and these as well
C:\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime\QTComponents\FLV.qtx
C?\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime\QTComponents\FLV.qtx
Rebooted the computer, logged back in to Admin.
I then re-installed QuickTime, and rebooted.
I then installed Premiere and the Adobe Media Encoder Flash dialog now shows up.
I'd be careful messy with the registry if you are trying to fix this type of problem. Try uninstalling quicktime and premiere and do the above shutdown, reboot sequence a number of times before doing anything to the registry.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that Flash Website I've working on...

Final Cut Pro, Flash Video Encoder & Flash Player

Well, let's get started.... I'm getting real frustrated with
Adobe. I emailed them about this problem two months ago and NEVER
got a response. This is extremely unacceptable product support. We
just purchased the Creative Suite Premium two months ago and have
never gotten Flash Video Encoder to properly encode a Quicktime
video exported from Final Cut Pro.
I have heard from a few on the Final Cut Pro forum on
Creative COW that there is a bug with this issue between Flash and
Final Cut Pro. Adobe doesn't seem to care if I report it, so that's
why I am here.
I create my program as usual, export a Quicktime file (not
reference video, but a full self-contained Quicktime). BTW, I have
Quicktime 7.2 on my Mac Pro Quad 3.0 with 8 gig of RAM. I open
Flash Video Encoder to make my flash files. Import the Quicktime
and select my settings which are custom. I set it to encode and
wait for the encoding to be done. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to
encode a 23 minute program. After the encode is finished, I check
the Flash file by opening it up. BTW, I also have installed a copy
of On2 Flix Exporter, which encodes Flash files, too. The On2 Flash
player is the only player that works. Adobe's Flash player opens
but it won't open ANY Flash files.
Has anyone seen this?

When I try to import it on FCPX it says "None of the selected files or folders can be imported. Change the selection and try again." and even on Compressor it either doesn't play and fails to convert, or else it plays only a the audio but once I've completed the process the outputted file doesn't play anything.
Here's a screenshot at my different attempts to convert it. I managed to get the record the video on VLC, but I can't record the audio so I tried getting only the audio form Compressor as well, but like I said the outputted file doesn't play any audio even though it's as long as the video (36 mins approx.).

Flash problem persists after 6 months...does this new information help?

I posted my problem almost 6 months ago, (I'll paste some of the info below to bring you up to date), but I STILL can't access only FOUR sites because I get a "Plugin file is missing" error, (after my previous post I found 2 other sites). I've been trying to solve this problem off & on, but I got more dedicated the other day because I'll be needing access to these sites very soon. I found some new information today that I hope will solve this awful problem; however, since I'm not very technically inclined I know I have to ask a "Flash Expert", so here goes....
I run Windows 8 & I use Mozilla exclusively. I updated Flash the other day to version 15.0.0.152 & I wanted to make sure the plugins had been updated, so I opened the "Flash Player Settings Manager" & under the "Advanced" tab it lists:
                                        NPAPI Plugin Version 15.0.0.152
                                        PPAPI Plugin Version Not installed
Is it significant that the PPAPI Plugin is "Not installed", or does Mozilla only require the NPAPI plugin?
My second question regards the installation of Flash. I know that when a program is problematic, it sometimes helps to uninstall & reinstall it...I recently had a game that went nuts & that's the procedure I had to do. Also, someone on Mozilla's forum said they were having a Flash issue & they went to your site & downloaded the .exe AND the .msi Installers from the Distribution Page, then manually installed them & their problem was resolved. Would this help me resolve MY Flash problem? If you think it's worth a try, do I have to uninstall Flash first?
Well, that's all the new info I have. I have to figure this out before December because that's when the nest-cam comes back on...I really have to get this problem fixed! I'll paste my previous post below, but I hope the uninstall/reinstall method will be the answer!

I watch several wildlife nest-cams every day running Windows 8 using Firefox 29.0.1, but yesterday morning, (after I'd already watched the 6 cams I view every day), I started getting a solid, black screen with, "Error loading plugin: Plugin file not found", on TWO of these sites.
My attempts to resolve the problem were:
1. Checked all the other web-cam sites I view daily, and there's only a problem on 2 of them.
2. Went to You Tube, Facebook & other similar sites and I can view streaming media.
3. Refreshed pages-when that didn't help, I closed & reopened Firefox & still 2 sites with "plugin loading error"
4. Completely shut-down my laptop & rebooted.
5. Did "System Restore" to earlier in the day when ALL web-cam sites were working.
6. Went to Adobe Flash site & verified that I had the most current version...I do, & I saw the animations on Flash site.
7. Verified my Flash Plugins in Firefox...AGAIN...they're all activated & up-to-date
8. Checked & re-checked ALL the web-cam sites I view every day, (for, at least the 10th time), and the
     same 2 sites are still showing the "Error loading plugin: Plugin file not found" on a black screen. Even
     though the video isn't seen the "chat" area is functioning, (I don't know if that's important, but I
     thought I should mention it).
9. I posted the issue on Firefox's Forum but no one has an answer since Flash works everywhere except
     for 2 sites.
I've tried everything I can think of to troubleshoot this, but as you can see, I've had no success in solving this "mystery".
As for the 2 sites I can't view, they are:

I hope you have a solution for me, as I'm desperate! I'm WAY behind in my documentation for these 2 sites, so hopefully you'll have an easy answer. If it's a technical thing, please use LOTS of details, as I'm not very technically inclined.

I just checked on another site that offers many different wildlife cams, & I CAN view the "Pittsburgh Bald Eagles" if I go through: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/pittsburgh-bald-eagles    I'm sure this means something, but since I don't understand this technical stuff I don't know what that is! (I told you I'm clueless!)

I definitely see a problem with the pixcontroller/eagles site on Windows 8.1. It works fine for me in the same version of Firefox on Windows 7. It's unclear to me whether it's a Firefox or a Flash Player issue, but I'm happy to look into it further and get some bugs filed.
As a temporary workaround, both sites work fine with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Flash problem after software update (on 10.6.8)

I'm having flash problems on *some* macs after one of the recent software updates (june 2012).
On my school's 10 iMac's (2010), I can't play flash games anymore *in safari*. Chrome is ok.
An example site, is http://www.barryfunenglish.com/games.php (select any game)
But on my school's 6 MacBook Pro's, I can - both safari and chrome.
It was working 2 weeks ago on all computers.
I'm using Software Update server from our server to update all the macs, so it's possible there was an update problem.
Why is flash missing on the 10 imacs safari? But not on the macbook pros?

Yes, it was blacklisted by Adobe for security vulnerabilities. OS X now checks to make certain you are running a safe version and disables it if you aren't.
With the latest update, you now have the option of having Adobe doing a "Silent Update" in the background without your having to do anything. I would recommend you implement it.

How can I get serial numbers or the free versions of Adobe, Air, Flash Player 14, and Reader XI Pro that I had installed on my computer before Microsoft crashed my computer and I had to do a fresh install? I finished reinstalling Win 8.1Pro on my computer thanks to Microsoft Lvl 1 Techies corrupting my Command Structure so nothing would work. I had recently taken a picture of my installed programs (control panel, uninstall programs list) so that I would be able to reinstall everything I needed. I can't seem to find an email for the Reader which I remember paying for, the others I believe were free installs. Can anyone help me out.

Led flash problem - Led flash don't work

Hi, i'm an italian guy. I've a problem at the flash of my iphone 4. When I register the movie with flash on, The LED flash does not fire. I've send twice my iphone 4 to Apple in Holland, but they don't see the problem. How can i solve this problem?

Flash problems

I am getting a Director Player Error message that reads:
This application requires an Xtra (Flash Movie...) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s).
I am using Chrome but the same thing happens in Firefox. I have Windows 8 and have yet to see any threads that tell me where to locate the Xtras folder of which they speak.
I am using the 11.8.800.97 version of Flash Player. I see here (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html) that they only list Internet Explorer for Windows 8. Is it a problem that I am using Chrome and Windows 8?

Although you have the Flash Player installed, the error message you are seeing is related to the Shockwave Player and has no relationship to the fact that you have Flash installed, or its version.
The best thing to try first is to install the full player, not the slim version. Download the full installer from this link

How do you export 4 discrete mono audio tracks with video from Adobe Premiere Pro 4/Adobe Encoder?

I've posted this question in different terms a few times and have not had an answer. I can't find the answer on the Premiere Pro support site either (which makes me think that a simple solution doesn't exist)
We use adobe premiere pro 4. We capture DVCAM tapes with 4 discrete audio channels. When we export the video using adobe encoder, the result is stereo tracks with the discrete audio channels mixed together which is completly useless to us. When I select Mono for the output settings, two channels of audio are mixed into one audio channel. Also useless.
When capturing the clip, we always use the mono timeline and modify the clips to mono. We can edit the discrete audio channels but when we export the video, the audio is mixed down.
this is the problem. Each of our 4 audio channels contain a different language of dialogue. When exported, these 4 get mixed down to 2 mixed channels blending of course the language.
Can Premiere Pro 4 export discrete mono audio channels? How do you do it?
Does version 6 have the ability to export 4 discrete mono channels?

Important info is missing from your post - what format are you wanting to export to, and for what purpose? We need to know how the exported file is intended to be used. Who's going to view it, using what gear? Is it for another editor to work with? End user viewing?

Flash problems only on Firefox 11

Flash player will not install on Firefox 11. I have installed, uninstalled, tried to install 32 bit even though I have 64 bit (which did not work), done a manual install when the automatic install fails on Firefox. Tried installing through the "install missing plug-ings" on firefox, that has failed about 20 times. It works on Chrome and Explorer, and shows up as a program I can remove in the control panel, but oddly does not in my Programs on Windows 7 start button. I have read through numerous threads and done searches of this problem, which seems to be common with Firefox 11, 64 bit, Windows 7, but none of the fixes in the other threads has worked for me. I have spent so much time trying unsuccessfully to fix this, I am about to make Chrome my default browser., but for several reasons still prefer Firefox. However, if I cannot use the flash player, I cannot use the browser. I have full Acrobat 8, also. Can this be fixed?

you are probably running a 32-bit version of firefox. firefox 11 is not available in 64-bit. the nightly's on the other hand are available in 64-bit.

the 64-bit installer should work fine. it will install the 32-bit plugin also.
after the download is complete, quit out of firefox and double click the installer. follow the prompts to completion and start up firefox. navigate to this page to see that the install succeeded.

Adobe Encoder CS6 stopped working, not start.

My system is slowing down after nearly two years, and I am dreading a reinstall - there always seems to be something you have forgotten! What really worries me is what happens to existing raid0 arrays seeing as the mainboard needs drivers. They are backed up, but I just don't trust a single level backup, and will have to add a further 3Tb of drive space to make a straight copy of the raid0 arrays. I also like the idea of Windows 8.1, but dread finding out that the drivers don't work!
The Premiere Pro hardware forum is the perfect place to ask about stuff like that. Harm, Bill, Erik etc. are super clued up on such things, so I shall run my concerns past them before committing.
So I wish you good luck again, and I know you'll make a plan before going ahead with it.

Adobe r700 flash player has stop working

I have the most up to date flash player but it keeps crashing still. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still dosnt work and it's in protecting mode and have try to disable protecting mode and still the same thing . Now when I try to load a page with flash it stalls out until it finally crashes some times. I have Windows and it's been doing this two years now.So how to fix this problem now it's causing blue screen and saying hard ware not fix and can not be updated with 1 detected ?

Letter boxing in adobe encoder cs4!

I maybe being really stupid here but i am at the end of my tether trying this for days!
I export a movie from after effects at the required size 682 x 374 and pull it into adobe encoder (both CS4) and choose all the desired compression settings ensuring to not resize the video and noting that it does say at the foot of the out put screen that both source and out put are at 682 x 374. However when i preview in encoder it shows black bars to the right handside. In case this was just a poor preview i carry on and export, before pulling the file into Flash....and sure enough....wrong size with bars to the right and left.
I know it needs to be happening in encoder as i export it from after effects and use quick time pro to reduce an mov file and it comes in perfectly at the same size........
Am i doing something wrong here as i would have thought this was a basic request!?

First make sure the source file has square pixels. If that is already the case, up the MPEG profile level to 4.1 or higher and set the profile to Main or Advanced. Certain combinations of profile levels and profiles use pre-defined ratios and resolutions, since they need to be compatible to a wider selection of devices, and thus may not give the result you require.
