Adobe Export PDF is not user friendly.  How do I get a refund?

I purchased Adobe Export and I don't find it user friendly at all...I spend to much time trying to use it then actually using the product. Very frusterating and not worth the time or the risk to my health (high blood pressure)...My patience is wearing thin!  I want a refund!

    There is nothing to download for ExportPDF. Simply go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf, and sign in with your Adobe ID. Once there, you can use ExportPDF.

  • Upgraded to Adobe Reader XI - Docusign and Export PDF tools are missing.  How do I get them back?  Docusign through my company is current, and Export PDF through my personal account is current as well.

    As usual, I blindly updated my PDF and now all of my tools are gone...  I used to have a tools menu on the right side where my document signing and export commands were available, and I cannot figure out how to get them back.

    Nobody could possibly think anyone would ask for help without first trying to fix the issue oneself. Or maybe you do. I have opened the file and looked under security. I have changed it to owner-notebook (which is what the techs called me) and clicked accept but geepers it didn't work.
    Maybe someone else has an idea.

I ended up being able to open some pdf files after transferring them from one partition category to another. I wish it was that easy as you seem to think.

    I am a newb to Indesign, I have purchased the Adobe textbook, and downloaded the tutorials through Peach Pit, however Minion Italic is missing. Can i recover this are do i need to pay? Th bold and normal fonts are present on my Operating System.

    You haven't told us what version of InDesign you're using. Recent versions of InDesign (or Creative Cloud or Creative Suite) automatically install:
    Minion Pro Regular
    Minion Pro Italic
    Minion Pro Bold
    Minion Pro Bold Italic
    It's likely that those are the fonts used in the Adobe Classroom in a Book.

  • Mac App Store app does not install. How do I get a refund?

    I purchased an app from the Mac App Store (Connect360 - $20).  I "installed" the app from the Mac App Store.  The app appears on the dock and loads, but when it's done, it disappears from the dock.  The app is not located in the Applicaitons menu like it should be.  When I return to the Mac App store app and go to PURCHASED, the app is listed there again with the INSTALL button ready to go to be installed.  I've gone through this now 2 or 3 times and the app doesn't ever install.
    I followed all the links from the Mac App store to the developers website and after digging down into the comments found that others have had this problem as well.  I contacted the developer and they said this was a "Mac App store bug that Apple is aware of and to please contact Apple."  I have not found anywhere to properly report this and feel very frustrated that I keep getting sent in link circles from one place on the Apple website to the Mac App store and back again. 
    I had previously tried the "trial" version from the developer and loved it.  I followed all the instructions to "uninstall" the app before installing the Mac App store app as well. I thought it would be nice to have purchased the app through the Mac App store so it was tied to my account, but no suck luck.
    Anyone know the proper procedure for requesting a refund or point me in the direction to get answers on how to get my $20 back?

    Your only recourse for a refund if you can't get the app installed correctly is from the developer, not Apple.

If you are referring to The Songs Of Innocence album (£7.99) then that was given free to everyone three months ago, and was free until 13th October - you are sure that you've been charged, it's not a temporary store holding charge ?
