Adobe ExportPDF Annual will not convert to Excel

The file is uploaded but when it tries to convert it gives the message "file failed to be converted using Adobe ExportPDF online".
The same file will convert to WORD.
Please advise.

Rebooting my laptop seems to have resolved the problem - the file will now convert !?!?!

Adobe ExportPDF Annual $19.99 package suddenly dose not work after 3 months use

I do need help from Adobe expert. My Adobe ExportPDF Annual $19.99 package purchased 4 months agao and it convert pdf into microsoft word or excel off line. Very easy and convinient to use. However, recently it just requires each file be uploaded online to get job done. The worst part is that it always takes very very long to to convert but still failed in the end. It drives me crazy, since I have a lot of doc to deal every day. Besides, my Adobe cannot convert word or excel file to pdf anymore because all uploaded file must be in pdf form.
Why it changes into just a complelete different product and how can I get it back?

finally getting back to this project---adobe starter edition 3.2 is on a windows XP computer
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 12 is on our Windows 8.1 computer.
error messages--- had to give up trying to convert---I copied all our pictures to our windows 7 laptop and I installed adobe photoshop elements 12 (my bought program)
I wanted to try to convert there first. also I copied our catalog to this computer also. Everything was working fine I could see the collections just as they where on the XP computer.
then I tried to convert on the laptop. I believe the error said something about corrupt file, so I gave up that day. Next day I tried to open ADOBE STARTER EDITION 3.2 and it wanted an unlock code, no such code exists. and my copy of Elements 12 turned into a trial version which has expired. So I am a little hesitant to try to convert on the XP computer and mess up the existing catalog,
unless there is a fool proof way. I have tried manually making collections/ albums on Windows 8.1 and PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 12 and coping pictures into the new albums. sloooow!!
I probably have about 4500 pictures and 150 collections/ albums to go. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yesterday I purchased & had my Adobe ExportPDF Annual account set up & working. However I cannot convert a pdf file to a word file. My pdf files are 774KB & 810 KB and my browser is Microsoft Outlook. I keep getting the same error message " An error occurred while trying to access service". It sounds like you just haven't logged in to the service yet. From the ExportPDF website, click Sign in at the upper-right corner, and log in to the service with your Adobe ID credentials. Now, when you click ExportPDF, you'll be prompted to select PDF files to export, instead of being asked to subscribe.

Follow these instructions to uninstall MacKeeper. They have been tested with the most recent version of MacKeeper (v 2.8). Earlier versions than the one released in 2012 require more extensive work to uninstall all its components.
The effects of having actually used MacKeeper to do anything are a completely different matter. If you used MacKeeper to encrypt any files or folders, use MacKeeper to un-encrypt them first.
Quit the MacKeeper app if it is running.
Open your Applications folder: Using the Finder's Go menu, select Applications.
Drag the MacKeeper icon from your Applications folder (not the Dock) to the Trash.
You will be asked to authenticate (twice):
You do not need to provide a reason for uninstalling it:
Just click the Uninstall MacKeeper button. You will be asked to authenticate again.
After it uninstalls you may empty the Trash and restart your Mac. All that will remain is an inert log file that does nothing but occupy space on your hard disk.

When converting Word Doc to PDF Acrobat converts all words and tables but will not convert graphs

When converting a word microsoft word document to PDF Acrobat converts words, tables, everything but the graphs in the document. It will not convert the graphs it leaves that area blank.

Acrobat XI Standard will not convert any office documents to PDFs.

I have previously been able to convert Publisher and Excel files into PDFs using Adobe...but today it will not even recognize those files and will not convert them. why not? Is this really the only way I can get tech support for this product?

How are you trying to do the conversion. It sounds like you are trying to open them in Acrobat. It may be that your OFFICE did an update and PDF Maker is not working within those products. PDF Maker has to be active and working for you to open those files in Acrobat. You could also open the product and print to the Adobe PDF printer. If that works, then try the Acrobat menu from within the product. That menu is the PDF Maker product and has to work for what you are trying to do.
Also, check your updates to be sure you are current with Acrobat.
