I am having the same issues all of a sudden.  I never experienced issues with Adobe Flash Player until a few days ago.  I have tried different browsers, troubleshooted according to the information on your website and uninstalling/reinstalling.
I get error messages saying that I need to update Flash Player when I have the most current version on my Macbook Pro.  I am currently using Safari, but was using Firefox, tried Stainless as well.  I cannot get it to work.  Now videos in Youtube wont eve run...I just see a lot of digital dust in the screen and a faint message about flash.
I can run a video on Vimeo however, bc I have tried that.
Can someone help me try to figure this out.  I read a few days ago there were vulnertablities when I had started experiencing the issues.  So, I downloaded it again to be safe.  As I said, I have completely wiped it off my computer while reinstalling as well and I get the same issue.
I have also done come clean up on the Mac too, just in case.
Please help.

  • ExportPDF log in problem

I purchased the ExportPDF online and was successful in logging in the first time and I even uploaded a pdf file and transferred it into an Excell page but was timed out due to inactivity. I tried to log back in to my account and was told there was an error please try again in a moment. I tried, and tried, and tried. Now every time I try to log in it just reroutes me back to the log in screen without any error codes or message. I actually see the ExportPDF page but then the screen turns black and the adobe sign in page pops back up. Can anyone help? I need this application desperately for an inventory project I am working on!!

Deannejosh98 I would recommend you post your inquiry into the Adobe ExportPDF forum.  It looks as if you are not the only user currently experiencing difficulties.

  • Adobe connect log in problem

Even after trying forget password option, I do not receive the reset link within 24 hrs to reset my password. Please provide me the link in my email id.

I would recommend that you reach out to the email address provided by Alstom to seek a resolution. Those of us on this forum (users of Connect) have no access to that account, or the ability to rest your password.
Reaching out to [email protected], as indicated on the login screen will be your best course of action.

  • Adobe ExportPDF convert problem

I have a problem with converting PDF to word. I have subscribed and paid for One year, and is should work well. When I go to my adobePDF file and click on convert to WORD,then convert button is not active. I'm sign in and still not working. It says to subscribed but I am already. When i click subscribe,it takes me to adobe ExportPDF page, then i need to log again (even if before i did and click remember me),Than converting opens and it seems like it does working, but when i want to SAVE it-it doesn't work,It doesn't save anywhere. I've tried to contact support line but the phone numbers don't work! Please could anyone HELP ME!!!
    Thank you,Mary

    MaryS,
I'm sorry for the issues that you're having. I see that there is an ExportPDF subscription associated with the same Adobe ID that you used to post to this forum <<[email protected]>>. It sounds like you're trying to use ExportPDF from within Adobe Reader, using the right-side Tools Pane. It also sounds like you're trying to log into ExportPDF directly from <<https://www.acrobat.com/exportpdf>> and that's not working either. Is that correct?
If you log into the website and choose "Select PDF file..." (which uploads PDF), you should then see a Save button. Clicking Save will show you a Save As... dialog which allows you to choose where on your local computer the file will be saved. Is this process not working for you? Can you let me know where exactly this process is breaking for you? I can then diagnosis further.

  • Problem with adobe exportPDF situation

I was going through my e-mails, when I accessed my bank e-mail to copy my starement, there was a adobe window telling my I need to convert my PDF file to a Work file, every time I tried to do it , it would bring up a window that told me "cannot convert it because it's password protected.
So I clcked on another box that said something about adobe export pdf help, it brought up a page with different subscription's to adobe exportPDF so I picked the annual one for $ 23.88
Then when I went back to access my bank statement and did the same as above I still could not access the statement, I don't know if I was suppost to download something or what, it did not give me a download option.
I have tried to figure it out and I'm totally exaperated because I can't figure out how to fix this so I can access and print my bank statement,
I can't find a phone number anywhere to call you all and get help with this, and your help sights are no help because they don' t address
    the problem I'm having.
Please call me at (405) 632-3171 or E-mail at maddi1@ cox.net with a phone I can call to get some help, your website is of no help to me
    with my problem.

  • Problems with Adobe Exportpdf subscripton

I need help with my Adobe ExportPDF subscription. When I am using the Adobe reader app and I go to export my PDF to a word document and try and open it in either Pages app or the Quip app, it changes the form of the document where I am unable to read it. The lines and words are all messed up and even overlap. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a technical problem with the app?

Could you view other word documents (not converted from pdf) with Pages app on your iPad? If not, it can be a compatibility issue between word doc and the mobile app. Please let me know.

  • Adobe LMservice causing logging off problems

When shutting down or loggin off Windows XP srvc Pck3, I keep getting this error message: End Program-1184, 136c, dsagent.exe (it changes everytime I logg off) and it only happens with my user.
I have performed a "clean boot" and I have isolated the problem to one program that reads "Adobe LMService" in the System Configuration Utility under Services Tab. I thought this was part of Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premier 8, so I uninstalled it, but it did not remove the adobe LMservice nor the problem.
Not knowing what other Abobe programs were causing the problem I went ahead and unstilled: acrobat, adobe acrobat connect add-in, adobe air, adobe flash player 10activeX, adobe flash player 10plugin, adobe reader 9.3.4, and adobe shockwave player 11.4. After removing all adobe programs the problem went away and was able to logg off without the error message.
Supposelly the new Abobe programs are not using this service and have this issue resolved so I reinstalled PSE8, PRE8, Adobe reader 9.4.0 from the disk and it installed adobe air as well as photoshop.com inspiration browser but now I have the same problem again and the adobe LM service has been reinstalled by one of this programs again.
Following the advice from microsoftanswers.com I went ahead and disable AdobeLMservice but the problem continues and it suggest to contact Abobe support for a solution.
I love using my Adobe programs but is fustrating not finding a solution to this problem. Please help!

Not sure how are you able to derive the relation between the two, but as per my understanding there shouldnt be any relation between the error message and the Adobe licensing service. Because, when I search for the dsagent.exe, it seems that this is Dell Support Agent executable, whereas Adobe LM service is the service used for checking activation status of Adobe products like PSE/ PRE 8 version.
The service has to run for allowing successful launch of Adobe products, so there is no workaround in that context.
Newer version of Adobe, since CS5 and PSE 9.0 onwards dont use that service. So if you are sure that the service is the culprit and are willing to move on the newer version, here is one option to move on 9.0 version. But, having said that I would repeat that I dont think the service should be cause of any error. Havent heard of such issue since last one year of release of PSE 8.May be it is because of some other reason what Dell support advisor is conflicting with this service, not sure....
Hope this helps to some extent??

  • How do I speed up the conversion of a PDF to Word using Adobe ExportPDF?

How do I speed up the conversion of a PDF to Word using Adobe ExportPDF?

Believe me, we ALL know what you are going through!
You CAN develop your slideshow directly in iDVD and you can have multiple songs (I just figured this out myself just now! LOL). I will walk you through the process.
Firstly, open a new project in iDVD.
Then press the + button (bottom left hand side) and add slideshow and a heading "My Slideshow" will show up on your iDVD screen. Then, go into your media and press photos, and drop your folder of photos into the "My Slideshow" button (if you havent put your folders into a new album in iPhoto, now is the time to do this).
Now double click on your My Slideshow button and all your photo's should come up. Down the bottom of this page you will see some options. Slide Duration, Transition etc. Again, go into your media and select audio. Go through your playlist and hold down the apple button (next to space bar left hand side) and select the songs you want to play with your slides then drag them across to the audio button (it automatically changes the slideshow to fit to audio). The only problem I can see with this is that there is considerable "dead" time between tracks which means some slides show without music. You can easily solve this by going into Garage Band and trim off the excess "dead" time at the end of each track. If you have problems with this I can talk you through that too if you would like.
Oh and I think i read somewhere that 99 photos is the maximum you can have in iPhoto?? That could be what is causing your problem. You could always break it down in to 2 separate slide shows?

    Hi Dude291,
I'm sorry that you're having trouble with ExportPDF. Can you please tell me a bit more about what's going on, so we can get to the bottom of the issue?
What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing the browser cache?
Are you converting from within Reader, or directly via the ExportPDF website?
Are you able to convert other files? Or is the error specific to this one file?
How large or complex is  the file that you're trying to convert?
Are you accessing ExportPDF from a networked computer that may have firewall/proxy settings that are limiting access to the Internet?
I think that's good for starters. Please get back to us with some detail about the problem and we will see what we can do.
    Best,
    Sara

  • "An error occurred while trying to Adobe ExportPDF online"

When I try to convert a file I get the following message: "An error occurred while trying to Adobe ExportPDF online. What does this mean?

    Hi darlenet74127898,
This error can occur when you log in via Adobe Reader. Please see: "Error occurred when trying to access this service" when logging on to Acrobat.com
If updating Reader doesn't resolve the issue, please log via a supported web browser.

    Hi there,
It sounds like there may be an issue with the quality of the PDF. Not all PDFs are created equal, and especially those created from scanned documents can be problematic if the scan quality isn't the best. Is there a dark background on the PDF, or stray marks or smudges?
You can try converting with OCR disabled at outlined in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community. But, while that's a good test to find out where the problem lies, you'll end up with a Word document that isn't editable, so it's not an optimal solution.
Please let us know how it goes.

  • Help needed using adobe exportpdf

The first time I used adobe export pdf it worked well. However the next time and every other time I try to convert a pdf doc to word docx I get the error message at the end of the uploading session. "pdf doc failed to export to m,icrosoft word.  There was an unexpected problem.
    Anyone overcome this problem?

    Hi Stacy
Thanks for that info.  I was aware of the 100MB limit but
your response made me think again and go back to the problem and this is
what I found. The first  pdf document I uploaded into Adobe export pdf was  43
MB and it went through fine. when I looked at the conversion to Word  docx I
found it had been transformed into 83MB.
So the conversion (which was a children's book with lots of images in it)
resulted in an increase of MBs by a factor of 1.7.
The second pdf document I uploaded was 64MB and this failed. If I apply the
1.7 factor then the Word docx I wanted was going to be 109MB and therefore
    over  the 100MB limit.
I didn't know that converting pdf to word would increase the MB like that.
Why, I don't know so thanks for your help I've learnt something new.
    Cheers
                Garth
