Adobe fails to solve a problem they created
Last week, Adobe Flashplayer stopped working in both Firefox & Safari on Mac OS 10.4.7. I do not want to use Chrome as my default browser just to get Flash working.
This is not an Apple problem; they referred me to Adobe which then charged me $39 to fix a problem they created.
I am furious.
For those of you who are having the same problem:
Uninstall Flash
Go to Library, Macromedia folder: delete Flash
Go to Library, Cache, delete Flash
THEN do not go back to the main install page; instead, go to tinyurl.com/fplayer111 and download the installer for Flash 11 which I HOPE is the 11.7 version referred to in the notice on this thread as I am really over dealing with this.
One problem: the tech could not tell me how to move the installer off my desktop without endangering the fix.
If you have a solution, please let me know.

Flash is on its last leg as far as I know. The advent of HTML 5 and the ability to embed other media for web viewing (that's compatible with smart phones) will drive the final nails into the coffin. Apple has had a long battle with Adobe over Flash, and technology has saided witht hem against the format.
Unfortunately for a lot of desktop computer users, it's still a necessity.
Is your Mac Intel or PowerPC? If It's Intel I'd seriously recommend moving to a newer version of OS 10. Tiger is outdated.

Also check that the ports 5353 and 5354 (Bonjour (mDNSResponder), AirPlay, Home Sharing, Printer Discovery) are open on Windows Firewall.

How to solve the problem "cannot create a datasink for **(datasource)"
There is a forums that can send and receive RTP streams, and it can play on the client. Now I want to save it. I write the code according to the jmf2_0-guide, how ever it always throws the exception "cannot create a datasink for **(datasource)". The datasource is the RTP stream received from the server. Is there anything wrong with the data source or anything else?

Hi, I created a new user on mac, Admin but I can't use adobe CS6 while the original user is admin too and all programs are running normal. How can I solve this problem?

Software applications are usually installed in the Applications folder on the Macintosh HD and are accessible to all users.
I would advise you to check the Applications folder and see if your software is in there.
Next step would be to Control Click or Right Click on the application and choose "Get Info" and make sure the permissions are set to "Read & Write" for all users. The article below provides more details:

I only edit videos every few months and the last time I edited a video was around 6-9 months ago. At that time, I noticed AME was only using a single core of the CPU and contacted Adobe who instructed me to disable core parking, which worked. After disabling core parking AME used 100% of all 12 logical cores to process the video and all was good. Then last week, I decided to edit another video and noticed AME was very slow and checked and it was again only using a single core to process the video, but core parking is still turned off. By slow I mean that a 10 minute video with the lens distortion correction preset and one video transition effect is estimated to take nearly 3 hours to complete. For comparison, the GoPro software processed the same clip with the same effects in 20 minutes. Also, through troubleshooting with Adobe over the last few days, I have also tried downloading previous versions of the software but the prior versions have the same issue.
The video I'm trying to edit was shot on a GoPro Hero 4 Black with 1080p Wide at 60 frames per second. The default video format for GoPro is .mp4. The output settings I'm using when I export from Premiere Pro to AME are H.264 with the YouTube 1080p HD.
My system:

Intel core i7 4930k (6 physical cores, 12 logical cores)
16GB DDR3 Quad channel RAM
Samsung 830 SSD 128GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (not CUDA compatible, I know)
Please ask if you need any additional information to help solve this problem.This has been driving me CRAZY... so going over the message boards from 2 to 5 am this morning I found the best explanation I have seen. The problem is that Adobe Creative Cloud is NOT "Processor Group Aware". Windows parses any more than 36 cores into "Processor Groups" and while the Pro version of Windows 7 & 8 can handle 256 threads they have to spread them across multiple processor groups.

Mountain Lion fails to install saying it cannot create the recovery; I had a similar problem with Lion and the Apple Store that helped me resolve it gave me an installable version of Mountain Lion on a flash drive for my inconvenience....is there some trick I am missing or do I need to make an appointment with a genius...
I have the MacIntosh volume and the Boot Camp partition only. I know that when I installed Lion, I had to go through a whole back-up and recovery of Windows and then re-format the drive.
The tech at the Apple Store had a previous life as a MSCE and was very helpful. I believe he even said that I should not have htis problem with Mountain Lion which is why they gave me the flash with it onboard. I was in the process of starting a new job when I went to Lion, so I have waited to do this next and probably last upgrade to this old MBP since I doubt Apple will support this MBP in Maverick.
I do not have another installation, so that is not an option. I will try to create an external, I have plenty of hard drives around and see if I can get it done that way. It might take me a week or two to get back to it, but I will comment back upon completion of that effort. Thanks for your help....Dave Iverson -

Were the VISA and MasterCard issued to you by a bank in the country where you reside and do they have a verifiable billing address in the same country?

I see that I have a particulier abonnee of my ISP , which has closed all the ports for security reason and they don't want to open any of it 80,443 ect.
suppose If I want to use Essential server 2012 how I can solve this problem , essential wants domain name whith A record.
I asked DDNS service provider if I lease from them a domain name whith A record would that help to open or manipulate the port 80,443 they said that I have to solve this problem myself . they lease only domain names with dynamic dns records.
so what can be a solution the ISP provider won't open this ports , how I can solve this problem . domain name with ip adres is not helping so what it's go to help?

h.davidThe domain name in this instance is only used for remote access, and is seperate from the active directory domain name.
If your ISP blocks port 80 and 443, and you dont intend to use remote access anyway, the wizard will likely not complete successfully whether you have a valid domain name or not.

As far as trying to power up your device, make sure it has a good charge and then hold the button on the top of the phone and the home button on the faceplate together until the apple appears on the screen.

2. What version of the iOS are you running (Settings > About)?
3. Do you use MobileMe/ iCloud or another server based sync solution like Google or Yahoo?
4. Do other changes to synced information like Address Book content sync successfully back and forth?
Based on your description it sounds like you have a 1 way sync issue. Events sync fine between the iOS devices and fine from the computer to the iOS devices but not from the iOS devices to the computer.
Try:
Backup your computer and iOS devices before doing anything else:
