Adobe Flash (Every version) Constantly Crashes...

Hello
I'm new to the forums but hopefully I can ask this question appropriately.
I've scoured the net for days now and have read similar threads in this forum looking for an answer and nothing i've done has worked.
Both Flash and Shockwave crash every single time I go to a website with a high usage of flash.
I've uninstalled both using the official uninstaller and have resintalled different versions and it doesn't seem to matter, it still crashes.
I've tried going to flash sites in Chrome, Firefox, and IE. They all crash.
I've updated my sound and video drivers and that didn't make a difference.
If I go to the adobe flash website I do see the animated F without a crash but that's the only site with flash that doesn't crash.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!  (But please, no one comment telling me how they have the same problem and can't figure it out. I don't know why that's such a common trend in forums but It doesn't help me and no one cares.)

    Many thanks!

This is what I wrote at another post:
I too have experienced this problem and was hoping to find help here. Another person has experienced a very similar problem, but without response here: Adobe flash player freezes constantly
This all started when I updated to version 16.0.0.305. When I downgrade to version 16.0.0.296, the problem is resolved. However 16.0.0.305 is a bug fix that patches a critical zero day exploit, so I do not want to stick with it for very long.
I hope this is a known issue and Adobe will be releasing a patch for it soon.

  • I use the latest Firefox 13.0.1. I'm using Windows 7. After a day I updated my Adobe Flash Player, suddenly it crashed and showed a blue screen. Please help me.

My Firefox version is 13.0.1. I'm using Windows 7. Adobe Flash Player version is 11.3.300.265. A few minutes after opened the Firefox, suddenly it crashed and a blue screen showed up, it says there are unexpected error occured and forced my computer to be stopped. I need to restart the computer to see either it still show the blue screen or it just fine. After restarted, I use the Firefox once again, but this time, after about 30 minutes, it crashed again. The same blue screen showed up. As I expected, the new Adobe Flash Update crashes with the Firefox 13.0.1. Really need a solution here. Thank you.

    Hi,
Blue screens usually indicate Windows system level problems involving device drivers like graphics card drivers, hardware errors (RAM, hard drive) etc. Malware may also cause this. Searching for the displayed error code would usually provide helpful pointers. The [http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us Windows forum] would also be helpful.

  • Should i upgrade Adobe flash every time?

i just want to ask Adobe flash every time upgradation is necessary,i feel troublesome for this. can i upgrade to the highest version one time? not every time upgradation.

Every version has its own new features - so just see if those new features are what you need.
If you don't need the new features and you work alone, there is no need to upgrade Flash every time.
My personal recommendation is that if you are a pure animator with no need of ActionScript besides basic movie control, and is cofortable without the
features in CS4 (Inverse Kinematics, bone, 3D transformation, etc), Flash 8 performs best since it is faster. It also accepts more import/export formats than any other version of Flash, so that version is good for graphic designers and artists.
If you have to work with ActionScript 3.0, Flash CS5 seems best with its built-in TLF support (so that you can create TLF text within the GUI). Of course, if you target for multiple devices, the upcomng CS5.5 would be ideal.
And finally, if you have to work with people with higher version of the software as you, you don't want to lag behind since Flash only saves to the format of one previous version (i.e. CS5 writes only to CS5 and CS4 formats, not CS3 or before). In that case and if you work with multiple people, you'll want to synchronize the versions of Flash. Users of Flash version differences higher than 1 will not be able to work with each other.

  • MY ADOBE FLASH 11.6 KEEPS CRASHING HOW DO I FIX

MY ADOBE FLASH  11.6 KEEPS CRASHING KEEPS CRASHING VERY ANNOYING! HOW DO I FIX THIS?

To help troubleshoot we'll need the following system information:
    Operating   system
    Browser
    Flash   Player version
When reporting issues with video or audio, it's also helpful to get your system hardware and driver details.  Instructions for finding this information can be found here:
    Windows
    Mac
Finally, sometimes video and audio problems are caused at a lower level and not directly related to Flash Player.  I recommend trying both of the links below to see how they perform.  If the problem exists with both, then Flash Player is most likely not the culprit as the HTML5 video link does not use Flash Player when playing.  You can verify the user of HTML5 by right clicking the HTML5 video and looking for the words "About HTML5" at the bottom of the context menu.
    HTML5   video
    Non-HTML5 video

  • My Adobe Flash Player Plugin keeps crashing. Annoying

I play games from the developer Zynga and I keep getting Adobe Flash Player plugin has crashed. I downloaded Mozilla Firefox thinking that I would have more luck with it than IE. Not so far. What can I do to correct this?

Reloading the page will often get the video, game or animation to play again.
If Flash continues to crash, updating to the latest version of Flash should fix the issue.
As this has been happening to you for a long time, try this too...
Go to this Flash help page on adobe.com.
    http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html?promoid=ISMRY
Right-click on the box that lists your Flash player version and then click Settings… in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
    Restart Firefox.

  • What can I do if  shockwave flash player is constantly crashing on google chrome browser ?

What can I do if shockwave flash player is constantly crashing on google chrome ?

I think Google Chrome is more easy to troubleshoot. Try this:
    1. Open Chrome.
    2. Click the far-right Icon (Customize and control Google Chrome).
    3. Select about Google Chrome. It check if Google Chrome is up to date and if not it'll get update.
    4. You must wait until a GREEN check mark appear saying your Google Chrome is up to date.
    5. Remember, you don't need to get Adobe Flash Player separately because Google Chrome has it own integrated Player.
    6. Accept Google Chrome constant upgrade to their Chrome browser.
    Wishing you Good Luck!

How to stop Adobe Flash plugin from repeatedly crashing Firefox?

    yeah, having the same problem.
Hulu is working on my internet explorer 8, tho... Interesting thing is that it detected I didn't have the 10.1 version of adobe flash player even though I just downloaded that on firefox. So MAYBE the problem is between firefox and adobe. Just a guess

Your MacBook Air is an Intel-based system. To download the current version (11.2.202.228),  go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download it from there.
If there is still a Flash issue, you can try the Google Chrome browser, which has the current Flash built into it, to see if it works any differently with the videos. It's available from https://www.google.com/chrome

Adobe Flash Player, version 10.1.102.64 is installed, but I cannot access FP dependent applications (such as those on Facebook.)
I used the link you previously  provided  http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html
to  download the FP .exe and it worked for 2 days, but is no longer working and I'm getting the same message for both  Mozilla & IE. The only things I recall doing prior to FP not working again was 1) sign up for G Mail & 2) I used Save As to dwld a number of Images from Google.  I also rolled back my PC a day, but that has not fixed the issue.  I get the error both in IE & Mozilla.
I've reviewed HK Local Machine/Software/Adobe, but there is no file folder for Flash Player under HK  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Adobe {though there are folders for Shockwave, etc.)  Does anyone know the KEYS for Flash  Player, that I could add manually?
